I've always had really great experiences with customer service. They always reply very quickly and honor the replacement of faulty items or refunds. I think the quality of their clothes are really great, but some items can be hit or miss. I suggest checking the material of each clothing item before buying. Overall I really enjoy this website!

The pajamas were ordered for the holiday but received in mid January. The quality of the fabric is very cheap. I want my money back but they only give store credits. I went to return this a day after I received it and the system said I could not return because I was outside of the 30 day return. Well maybe they meant 30 day ORDER date. They did correct this so I can return the item. Their returns for store credit only is a RED FLAG! I won't order from this company again. Poor quality, poor shipping and poor return policy.

They make it nearly impossible to return items and only for store credit! They don't even have a phone number that they answer. The clothing is cheap and sizing is off. You'd be better off buying clothes from China through Amazon because at least you'll get your money back!

I bought several items... all looked stellar on the models, however none looked even close to that on me, were of poor quality and some (size L) wouldn't fit my size 6 daughter! Then try to return... what a freakin' joke! Store credit... for more over-priced garbage that won't fit? Please people, check reviews before buying! All these bad reviews speak volumes--due diligence would have been a terrific idea before I placed my first order for their garbage.
I will say, as a business owner & healthcare provider with a doctorate, they certainly do have a nice site... but buyer beware!

Buyer beware! When a company won't refund your money, that speaks VOLUMES!

Products used:
Absolutely nothing!!! They post pics of their items on multiple different models...which is a great concept, however nothing is as pictured on any of the models.

Beware of ordering from this store. Ordered A sweatshirt for Christmas on 12-15. Still don't have it as of Jan 1st. Postal office in Indiana is working with me, trying to get a hold of Bowling Green post office to see if they have even picked it up from pink lily warehouse. I have tried to contact them and I keep getting the same generic email back. Pink Lily is not offering much help. Poor customer relations! They don't care about their customer at all! I will NOT ever shop at this store again!

I bought six items for my wife in two separate orders. I tried to return one item from each order for store credit but was rejected both times because Pink Lily classified one of the items as "promotional" and the other as "clearance" because it was marked down by 35%. Pink Lily lists their items for more than they are worth, and only these items are returnable for store credit. Anything 30% off cannot be returned for any reason. I left a one-star review of one dress as my wife said it was poor quality and hated it, but it could not be returned. Pink Lily deleted my review within 1 hour. Try to find a one or two-star review on Pink Lily. I noted that many of the 5-star reviews have similar words, grammar, and style, making it highly suspicious that the company pays someone to make up multiple reviews of their products. Not an honest company.

This is a pathetic excuse for a "boutique." I'm learning not to buy from any of the ads you see on Instagram. The photos look great, and the styles are cute, but it is so overpriced for what you get. See through dresses from cheap fabric, messy hems, loose threads. And don't bother trying to return anything. They dont let you, even if you ordered your appropriate size and it doesn't fit well at all. There are better brands/stores out there that are truly boutique.

Over the last two years I've ordered from this website several times. Every order came to Canada in no more than a couple weeks, sometimes less. I don't know if my standards are low or what, but I've ordered everything from sweaters, kimonos, blouses, denim shorts, t-shirts and the list goes on. Some of the quality is a bit iffy, a couple of the sweaters got nubby after several wears but I did wear and wash them more times than I can count, so I didn't mind. Nothing ever shrunk. One blouse was a bit larger than I expected, one sweater was a bit wide, and a jumpsuit was a bit small but thats basically all of my complaints about this website. I just feel like that's something you have to deal with when you order online. If you're not able to try on the clothing you're always going to get things that don't fit sometimes.

Drop shipped clothing that's highly up charged but marketed as made in US. Not size inclusive. Awful people to work for in management. Don't even know how to properly pronounce some of the products they sell. "Quay" (key) sunglasses but they say kway. Return policies are shady.

I ordered a bunch of items and can't believe how bad the quality is. A sweater unraveling and missing a button. Another blouse is beyond wrinkled and the thinnest material. This is quality you'd get from cheap online stores like Shein, but prices are much higher. Shocked that they are so popular. I tried to review these items on their website and they strategically only show favorable reviews it seems. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Placed order for 2 items 11/27. Emailed Pink Lily 12/8 since I received a tracking number but it showed my items didn't leave the warehouse. I was told my items were in transit and tracking should update soon. I emailed Pink Lily again on 12/17 after contacting USPS and confirming they don't have a shipment for me. Pink Lily responded and said they would get back to me in 24 hours. It is now 12/21 and still no response. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Beware!

I bought 2 dresses from Pink Lily Boutique and neither one looked good with my body style so decided to return them. I was told I cannot return them for a refund (Only in store credit). Running a business where you are guaranteed to make money even if your product is not up to par is not a company I want to buy from. A return policy such as this should be bolded not in fine print!

Tip for consumers:
Pink Lily does not provide a refund of products! ONlY in store credit. Beware!!!!

Pink Lily would not allow me to make a return because my item had "hair" on it. Pink Lily adheres to a return policy, but really accepts/reject returns only when it's convenient to them, regardless if it complies with the policy or not. Do not waste your time or money. I really hope they go out of business, the world would be better off without this boutique and their unfair selling tactics.

Merchandise does not look as depicted. You better be sure you're going to like it because they make it virtually impossible to return. Please refer to their policy on their website. I found similar merchandise on Amazon for considerably less and with easy returns. Very unhappy with my experience

I received a pullover for Christmas from my sister. She ordered a Medium and what arrived would have fit an NFL defensive linebacker. A Medium ladies pull over should be comfortable for a 5'5" girl like myself. I could have housed a family with this thing. That isn't the bad part. When I called to complain the rep was rude and would not exchange the item. Buyer beware, Do not buy from the Pink Lilly. Go to a local retailer and try on what you want. Or at least buy from a business with a return policy. Total ripoff!

I ordered two items from this website. They looked nothing like the pictures and come to find out, because they were on sale (for Black Friday, NOT clearance), they refused to let me return them even though they were new items and still in their inventory. I sent an email asking for a store credit and was told no. I shared my disappointment that they don't stand behind their merchandise and I was simply told to "have a good night". I will never shop at this boutique again due to their poor customer service.

Publicly brags about flouting public safety measures. Doesn't care about others. Don't bother bringing them your business they do not care about you, only your money which is better spent elsewhere at businesses that have ethics.

Placed an order online over a week ago and never received a confirmation although my card was charged. I have repeatedly tried to contact them via email and phone but cannot get a response. I realize that it is Christmas and they are probably busy but there is not excuse not to answer! When I try to sign into my account, there is a message that they are upgrading their software and I cannot sign in, I have no idea what the status of my order is and have no way to find out although they took my money very quickly! Very frustrating!

2 out of the 3 dresses are ok - but after reading the reviews and only reviewing store credit, I guess I'll keep all 3. I'm very disappointed in the quality of these dresses. The one I was most excited about was supposed to be a very light yellow and ended up being bright sunny yellow. I feel like If the product isn't what was advertised they should provide full refunds, but it is my own fault for reading all the terrible reviews AFTER ordering these dresses. Ivy & Leo has much better for the same amount of $ I'd advise spending your money elsewhere.

Ive purchased several items shirts are awesome. However I purchased a romper on sale that I couldnt return because it was in sale?! Warning they dont clearly state any sale item cannot be returned. I spent an additional 30.00 altering a romper with a small inseam. If your above 54 be careful. There stuff is short! The last dress I bought looked adorable on the 54 model but Im 57 and its basically a shirt on me!

The tags in both my tie dye swear shirts that I paid a total of $98 for both say made in CHINA. Maybe the actual tie dye was done in the US, but I really thought I was supporting a product made entirely in the US and that's why I didnt mind paying a lot. Plus hand wash only because the color will bleed? Really? They didnt wash this in cold water so it no longer bleeds? So disappointed.

Obviously this store orders cheap China knockoffs. I ordered several items the one shirt had the under arms sewn in so low you couldn't put it on. The "lined" dress had no lining and was paper thin. The two cardigans were ok kinda funny shaped but wearable. I won't ever order here again. They were friendly and offered me a store credit but the clothes are just too overpriced and cheap.

This is the worst company ever! The clothes quality is super cheap and sizes are micro tiny! I have purchased a bikini, a dress and a couple of tops. Tried returning due to poor quality and micro sizing. To my surprise they do not give you your money back. All you get is a store credit and to send you stuff back they charge you $6.99 for shipping. I ended up buying the tanning lotion and graphic tops and sweatshirts - as those look like the safest bet - of course I had to size up. Never ever I am done with them and will post the reviews wherever I can as this company is a fraud and should not be in business!

DO NOT BUY you will be disappointed!
