I have sold 2 cars on car gurus and have gotten top dollar for both. I used their white glove service to process sale and didn't have to worry about a thing my money was secure and I had a check in 2 weeks. What a great time saver when buying a car as well. Search for what you want, they do all of the price comparing for you saving you hours. Message dealer/seller, go see and test drive the vehicle and purchase. It couldn't be easier. I've read some reviews complaining that the car they wanted was sold before they were able to see, but that isn't anyone else's fault. People aren't going to hold a car for you. There is no guarantee to them that you are going to buy their car, so they will sell it to the first one with the $. They are hard to get a hold of if you want to talk to someone in person. This is why only 4 starts.

I have been helping this store survive for 2 decades or more and find some of these reviews ridiculous. I have absolutely loved them forever because of their top-notch customer service, selection, quality items, free delivery and hassle free return policy....... until lately. They are now using Lasership, which is- in my opinion, the worst shipper ever! Unfortunately the closest Nordstrom location is 1.15 hrs away. I will travel, but there is no guarantee that I will find what I want in my size and color preference, so I order 80% online. Needless to say, I will be purchasing less if they continue to send Lasership to my home.

They have routed my purchases from Nordstrom to the wrong place, twice. It takes long enough for them to get order to your door as it is( 8+ days!), this caused another 3 day delay. They show up to your home with street clothes, not uniforms and what I am guessing is their own vehicles, not company issued delivery trucks. Very unprofessional operation. How these folks stay in business is beyond me. I'm very surprised that Nordstrom does business with this company, but I guess the free shipping and free returns is eating up to their profits.

As much as I shop online, the 2 day free shipping is well worth the yearly fee for Prime. Prime video however, needs some attention. The movies are just bad. Old and bad. They really need to work on this area. I do like the books and magazines that I get with Prime. I really want to keep people working at my local stores employed but Amazon makes shopping extremely convenient. They have whatever I want at my fingertips. One click, and it's mine. Sorry local retail personnel.

I have been ordering my pet supplies from Chewy for 2 years now and have never been disappointed. My food is on autoship and if there is anything else I need I just add it to my order. My order has been correct 100% of the time and always arrives on time. Their selection is great, shipping is fast and customer service is exceptional. My 20 year old cat passed away so I called to return his 3 cases of can food. They told me to donate it to my local shelter, gave me a full refund for all 3 cases and sent me flowers! I do spend an enormous amount of money here with 6 dogs and 3 cats but they SENT ME FLOWERS! I'm still amazed by this.

I was looking for a particular straw bag for summer. I can't believe the crap that people try to sell on this site. What is worse, is what they are asking for said crap! I felt like I was looking through a run down thrift store. I did find my Mar Y Sol flower tote , although overpriced, it was in excellent condition and I wanted it. I ordered, sent payment, and item never came. I am now trying to get a refund. I won't waste my valuable time on this ridiculous site again.

I have spent over $7,000 with this company and have never been disappointed. I have a problem with consumers that have an issue with their delivery carrier or with reading item descriptions . Example the man that had his kitchen island left on his porch where box and item was damaged. That is an issue for UPS or Fedex, not Wayfair. Or the lady that ordered a $300 bed and expects a quality piece of furniture. Really? You get what you pay for people. Do your homework, educate yourselves and be realistic. If you should have an issue they will take care of it.

I have absolutely loved everything that I purchased from this site (7 bags and counting). Every bag came to me in better condition than described. Pay a little more and purchase only "new" or "excellent" condition. Also, I love that I can get a leather bag and not feel guilty about killing another animal for it (huge animal lover). My reason for only 4 stars is this, 1. Customer service. It takes forever to hear back from them through email, sometimes you don't hear back at all. 2. Shipping- It takes 7-10 days to get my items even after first purchase verification. This is excruciating for a girl that just purchased a great bag and wants it today! Still, it's a small price to pay to save many times 50% on a bag that looks and feels brand new. When I want a new bag, I always look here first to see if they have what I want. Many times they don't, and I have to buy new. But if I can save a grand or so and put that in my bank account instead of someone else's, I am all for it!
