After ordering tickets 1.5 months ahead of my event, they shipped the tickets 2 days before the event. No problem shipping the tickets, but apparently an "invalid" address did not allow my tickets to be delivered. Why were they able to be shipped, and why was I not contacted prior to shipment? Google maps had no problem finding the address, and neither did I when I went to the location!

After calling/live chatting/emailing for multiple hours while on MY VACATION, I was afforded NO HELP. I was told to contact the Royal Mail, who told me to contact the shipper! I provided a NEW address to FlubHub, and still no shipment...

I had to purchase new tickets at DOUBLE the price from a RELIABLE ticket vendor to make it to my dream event.

I am being told that because I entered an "invalid" address, they cannot guarantee delivery and I WILL NOT be getting my money back.

This is unbelievable, I've never left a review for an app but this was well worth my time. I will continue calling and emailing until I receive a full refund and explanation as to why the tickets shipped less than 48 hour prior to the event, and I was not contacted immediately upon failed delivery.

DO NOT USE STUBHUB!

Greedy stubhub

I bought a pair of tickets. The service fee was 40 bucks, but because i was buying 2 the service fee is charged per ticket. $80 before you even buy your pair of tickets...

I calmly reached out to stubhub to explain that the customer should not be paying 2 SEPARATE service fees for ONE TRANSACTION.

They fed me a line about how that goes towards making sure you get genuine tickets from the seller and bla bla bla. So for instance if you buy 4 tickets be prepared to shell out $200 just in fees!

The icing on the cake is that if you were to buy 4 tickets for instance, they will charge you 4 SEPARATE TIMES FOR SHIPPING! EVEN THOUGH IT IS COMING IN ONE ENVELOPE! These people have the audacity to charge you the cost to ship 4 tickets individually even though they are going to be shipped to you all at once and in a single envelope.

You guessed it, the pair of tickets i bought? I am getting charged for 2 separate shipping fees. They wouldnt waive one of these charges either, they said it is PART OF THEIR FEES. MEANING THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THEY ARE JUST POCKETING THE OTHER HALF OF THE SHIPPING CHARGES.

NEVER USING STUB HUB AGAIN, THEY ALSO DID NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

Hidden charge of 33% per ticket. Better seats anywhere but here. DON'T DO IT! YOU WILL GET SCREWED LIKE THE REST IF US! If you still buy from here you deserve to be taken advantage of. SCHMUCK!

THE WORST!

DO NOT PURCHASE OR SELL TICKETS ON STUBHUB! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT IS THE WORST. YOU WILL NEVER GET THROUGH AND WILL BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS FOR THEM TO PROMISE YOU IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF AND NEVER WILL BE. I Purchased four tickets to a show and it was rescheduled 3 times because of COVID. It was finally rescheduled again for 8/7/21 and we could not make the show, so I sold the tickets because Stubhub offered me a waved processing fee due to all of the rescheduling of this event. Because I sold the FOUR tickets separately, they never refunded me the $105.00 for the second set of tickets that I sold ( I sold 2 tickets first, then sold the other 2 at a different time) I have called them at least 15 times and waited at least 3 hours each time (NO EXAGGERATION) for the past three weeks wasting HOURS of my precious LIFE. They told me time after time that they will refund me the $105.00 on my paypal and that they will prioritize this (just to shut me up) but still have not been refunded. Every time I call, it's a whole new explanation and nothing is ever settled and refunded. I am on hold once again as I am writing this. It is absolutely the worlds worst experience! DO NOT EVER deal with this horrible rip off business. They do not help. They just take your money and good luck if you have any issues... You will NOT get any help!

Their system sucks

I purchased tickets for my 2 daughters and a friend to go see Suga last night in Oakland. The night before, I tried to download the tickets to my Android phone and the link to download the software to do so did nothing and I was not able to download them. I then downloaded them onto my wife's iPhone 12 and they went into her wallet. When we looked at them there was no barcode on the tickets and it said to enable NFC for the barcode. Well, the iPhone 12 and 13 no longer allow you to toggle the NFC manually.

We called stub hub support and the woman on the phone was of no help at all we spoke with her for almost two hours following her directions. Neither our phones nor our laptop were able to complete the process. She then said she would pass this up to the next level and we would receive an email. The next day, the day of the concert, we were able to communicate with the Stubhub via email but that was also riddled with technical issues. In the end, we were able to get confirmation that once my wife's iPhone was in proximity to the scanner, the NFC would enable automatically. So we incredulously accepted their response. So we get to the venue and we get to the end of the line and the tickets still did not work. So we then had to try to download them onto my Android phone and again the link to download did not work. So people around us are annoyed we are panicking as these tickets were very expensive. We tried one last ditch effort to download the StubHub app on my daughter's iPhone 7 and finally, it worked.
So while the final result was a win, the journey getting there was not. We wasted hours trying to get this to work and we were stressed to the max the whole time. I have purchased tickets from several other competitors and I have never had this much of an issue. I have purchased tickets from StubHub before and did not have issues until recently. We also bought tickets to an NBA game and had a similar issue that was not resolved until the last possible minute. After two such incidents, I am done.

Dear StubHub, last year I paid over $300 for Eagles tickets in January to see them in March. Due to COVID it was postponed until September of this year. Well, over the last year, my tickets completely disappeared from your website and app, and no longer existed. I was incapable of returning them or selling them. Finally, days before the concert, I get an email that you've transferred my tickets to Ticketmaster, who then gave me my tickets for The Eagles show only HOURS before the actual show. Mind you, by now, I've spent weeks attempting to contact Stubhub with absolutely no response. Then I spent all of my Saturday evening attempting to contact Ticketmaster, which by the way, through their app and their website, there is no way to contact them via email, phone or chat and their TEENY TINY "contact us" button at the bottom of the page only takes you to the top of the same exact page, IT TAKES YOU IN CIRCLES. I attempted to sell my tickets in a last ditch effort with no luck. So after explaining to Stubhub that I am a nurse and I do not want to go due to COVID and how absolutely ignorant people are about protecting themselves and others, and I need the money because I need new tires as I drive for work, but these big corporations didn't give a $#*!. And since I couldn't get in touch with either of these $#*!ty companies, I'm trying to write reviews everywhere, maybe they will see it, maybe others will see it and know that Stubhub and Ticketmaster are abusive with their power.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!

I purchased tickets from this site, stupidly I had selected the wrong date... I called the customer services immediately, but they advised they could not cancel the order even though it was 5 minutes prior because the money is with the seller, it turns out this was a complete lie.

This meant I had to pay the admin fees and I was forced to re-list my tickets, luckily enough i re-sold these tickets, as such I will never see the tickets as they changed the address on my original order to that of my new buyer... the hugely disappointing fact is they are not transferring the money owed to me until 5 after the event. This means that they still have my money and also my buyers money for 5 months, this is completely unjustified. I understand that the original person listing the tickets shouldn't be paid until the event to ensure validility of the tickets... but in my circumstance it is unacceptable for them to hold onto this money. The sheer arrogance of the company and inflexibility is truly shocking.

I will never use this site again due to the service I have received, I even emailed the CEO and did not even receive an acknowledgement which sums up this organisation.

We are so sorry for this experience. We are a marketplace which means we don't own any of the tickets on site. This is the reason we aren't able to cancel orders but we work with our customers to get their tickets re-listed on site should they not be able to attend. Some events we are required to pay after the event. Please reach out to us if you feel that is incorrect and we can review your account for you!

Dont waste your money

As a Christmas gift to my daughter and her family I flew them from out of town to San Jose California, because they wanted to be at the 49er game on Christmas Eve we purchased these tickets from stub hub three months ago, today which is 20th December they decide to text u as a Christmas gift to my daughter and her family I flew them from out of town to San Jose California, because they wanted to be at the 49er game on Christmas Eve we purchased these tickets from stub hub three months ago, today which is 20th December they decide to email us and tell us that the fire pulled out, and we no longer had tickets for this game, I was very upset, and I said how could you guys do this just a couple of days before the game, there fixed to the situation was to give us 20 percent off our next ticket sale, really did you really think I was going to go through with giving you guys more money after you guys pull this, not only was it crappy tickets, we had tickets in a really good section really close to the field their option was nosebleed tickets way up high, at $120.00 each, Being so close to the game, I am very disappointed, we already had our tailgate party planned other people had already bought him tickets to join us at the game, this really sucks I will never go through their site again I cannot believe such disrespect for a customer, your site really really sucks it would never ever come out of my mouth as a recommendation to anybody

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM STUB HUB

Stub Hub is a fraudulent company who sells what they do not possess. They Offer tickets for sale, but they are not the owners of the tickets and do not have possession of the tickets. They have a website that will collect your money, but will not immediately give you the tickets you purchased. You may never get the tickets you purchased. I purchased tickets to the 2022 MLB All Star Game expecting to have tickets; instead all I got was a picture of where my seats were supposedly located and a message that said the tickets will be ready by the end of the day, July 19,2022. The event begins at 4:00 pm on July 19. They said they would send an email. There are no tickets! I contacted their Customer Service and they said I could sell my tickets—problem—I don't have any tickets—not in paper form—not in digital form—not in any form! Bottom line—I paid for tickets, they didn't have the tickets to sell and I've been defrauded out of my money—! This practice of selling what you do have to sell is the very definition of fraud! I paid my money and got nothing! I didn't pay for a receipt—I paid for tickets. I only have a receipt and only received that after I complained. They have been sued and settled for $20M in a class action suit regarding fees—well here's another lawsuit waiting to happen. Selling something you have no possession of and not providing the good for which you sold and received money for is fraudulent! This company should be brought up on criminal charges. I am probably not the only one that this has happened to, but I will be one of the last if I can help it! Terrible Terrible company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Stub Hub selling tickets
December 2, 2022

I was selling a parking pass through stubhub for the Washington Commanders for November 27th, 2022 against the Atlanta Falcons. I have been doing for several years. I would post the tickets through the normal stub hub process. Stub Hub would inform me that there is a buyer then follow the process through the Washington Commanders venue of transferring the ticket and then confirm the process with Stub Hub. The Washington Commanders venue would inform me the ticket has been transferred. I had to do this process 3 times starting with Stub Hub. For some reason I would receive an email from Stub Hub that the transactions were cancelled. Their email reasoning for cancellation was too generic. I would then delete the ticket and restart the process. I finally gave up. Then, Stub Hub billed me $52.40 and $96.03. I have no idea what the $96.03 is for. I contacted Stub Hub explaining what took place and customer service representative appeared not to understand. I was constantly repeating my issue with this charge. It was like talking to a wall. I had to send this person information that she requested and all it did was confuse her. Since she did not understand the person started quoting their policy. This was extremely frustrating and annoying. I asked her why am I being charged for a sell of a ticket that no transaction took place. Informed her that charging me was not right and I would be communicating with my credit company. She hung up on me. This type of service is horrible and hanging up is unprofessional. You would think Stub Hub representative would have been more willing to work with me since I use their services. The person I was communicating was just incompetent.
