I have been shopping online from Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy for over 8 years and very happy with their free mail returns. I like that I can go online and select the items that I want to buy and return the items that don't fit me very easily. I go online and select the items that I want to return, print the return slip and the shipping label, and return them in the same bag that arrived in. I buy suits and pants from Banana republic, pants and jeans from Gap, and shirts and sweaters from Old Navy. I am very happy with their service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The first time I bought from them I didn't have an issue because I didn't have to return anything. But the 2nd time, they wouldn't issue me refund even though their policy states that they have 30 day return policy from the shipped date. My order had 2 shirts and one was shipped on 10/22/18 and they said that the 2nd shirt was on back order. So I waited and the 2nd shirt shipped out on 11/19/18 I tried to return the 2nd shirt for refund because the sleeves were too long and was well before 30 days from the shipped date which was 11/19 through their online system but the system said that I couldn't return it because it's been over 30 days since purchase. So I send them an email on 12/9/18 explaining that the shirt was on back order and I didn't receive it until 11/20, and they responded back stating "i am sorry but, our policy is that 30 days and we would not be able to refund". They are not honest people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RATING ON FACEBOOK. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY ON ITEMS THAT WERE ON BACK ORDER.

I only used StubHub once to buy a pair of ACC basketball championship tickets that were completely sold out. Our college team made it to the final four and I was very happy that I was able to get tickets for my husband and myself (both attended the same college). This was back in 2016, but I ran across my old ticket when I was cleaning out my room today so I wanted to post a nice review here since I had a good experience with StubHub.
Yes, I paid way too much, more than the ticketed price, but I knew StubHub was a reseller unlike some other deceptive reseller websites that exist now a days. I had a horrible experience at another reseller website recently, I am old and don't pay attention to fine prints on the websites as much as I used to so I didn't realize that I was on a reseller website until I had already purchased the tickets. They had tiny print at the very top of the screen where it stated that they were resellers, but I was too concerned about getting the tickets before they would sell out that I didn't even notice the verbiage. My eyes were focused in the center of the screen where they advertised being "100% Guarantee" and "Instant download". Unfortunately, they wouldn't cancel my order even though I called them within minutes of submitting the online order and explained to them that I made a mistake and didn't realize that I was paying 3x the normal price. They said there is No Refund Policy. I feel like I was scammed because the tickets that I purchased were not even available for sale to public yet so they could have refunded my money. I googled and Ticket Masters will start selling them to public this week, Monday as presale and Friday to general public. So very disappointing.

On 12/06/2019, I googled ticket masters and clicked on what I thought was a online direct seller. I didn't notice the fine print about them being resellers until too late. It was small font and placed at top edge of the screen. See attached picture. I didn't know that I was buying from a reseller until I received an email confirmation stating that the seller will make my tickets available by 9/01/2020. What!!! That's like 9 months from now. The venue is on 9/11/2020. I called to cancel my order right away but they refused saying that they have NO REFUND POLICY and that I can resell my tickets to someone else if I didn't want them. How can I resell them if I don't even have the tickets yet??? THEY ARE CROOKS! I googled and I could have bought tickets when they go on presale a few days from now, on 12/9/2019 since I have citibank credit card, I get presale access.
