They show a value bar which is misleading it means the value of the ticket COMPARED TO TICKETS ON THEIR SITE it does not mean compared to the face value. Many tickets are prices OVER FACE VALUE!

STUB HUB IS A FRAUD

I bought four ticket for two MLB games in late October for regular season game in March for 1000 Dollar I even bought the insurance and now I am out 1000 dollar.

SnubHub Let me Down.

I recently bought five tickets from StubHub for a basketball game between the Washington Wizards and Dallas Mavericks. This game was important to me because I had some friends fly to DC from Texas and Florida this weekend to watch the game with me. I purchased the tickets and was impressed with the price. Unfortunately, when we tried to enter the arena, we were informed that the tickets had been refunded by the seller. I was embarrassed and humiliated for buying fraudulent tickets from StubHub. The ticket office told us that we could purchase the tickets for more than twice the amount I had paid initially. My other option would be to call StubHub to discuss the matter. I called "SnubHub" and was placed on hold for ten minutes. I was then offered seats that were not as good as the ones I had purchased and told that if I bought them, we would not be able to sit together. The agent offered me a coupon for future purchases, as if I would ever wish to buy tickets from them again! He also informed me that there would be an investigation into the practices of the seller, as if that was a concern on mine! He then put me on hold again to work on a refund, which I might receive in three to seven days. Meanwhile, my friends wasted money on airfare, hotel fees, and I had to pay event parking rates for an event we would not enjoy, due to the negligence of "SnubHub". We walked into a sports bar to watch the game but I had to endure a very uncomfortable feeling in the pit of my stomach because I had disappointed my friends. Instead of letting me suffer through the evening, perhaps StubHub could have paid the difference and allowed us to see the game. This would have been the best option, but StubHub chose to deny any culpability and allowed the seats to be unused at all. Thanks for nothing, FlubHub!

I sold a pair of festival passes on stub hub. Tickets were delivered without issue, I received my payment and figured it was a done deal. The festival weekend arrives and I get a call from stub hub telling me that my tickets were reported as "stolen" by the person who bought them. Stubhub replaces the tickets at my expense, and also takes the initial payment OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT without any notice. NOT OK. If you read the terms and conditions on the stub hub website, it has no mention of how allegedly stolen tickets are proved to be stolen, and states nothing in regards to their ability to revoke processed payments. When I tried to sort out the issue with stub hub they requested a few documents that I was able to provide: receipts, confirmation emails, and anything else proving that I did in fact buy the tickets and they weren't stolen. They then requested a "scan report" from the venue, which shows that the tickets were not scanned (i. E. the buyer didn't use the tickets to get into the venue). I call the venue and try to obtain a scan report, which I'm unable to do because these are proprietary information. I tell this to the stub hub agent, and they say, essentially, that they knew that would happen and they'll review my receipt and documentation and get back to me. Well, after proving that I purchased the tickets (by providing receipt and confirmation e-mails) they use the fact that I was unable to provide them with a document that is impossible for me to obtain, they keep the payment from the buyer, and stick me with the bill for replacement tickets. The worst part is, they're unable to justify the buyer's claim that the tickets were stolen. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I lost a ton of money buy trying to sell legitimate tickets! Stub hub was never able to prove that the tickets were stolen, especially after I provided the receipt! They completely took advantage of me by asking me to produce documents that were impossible for me to obtain. I'll never use stub hub again, and I warn any seller about your vulnerability in this situation.

Never get a refund
December 12, 2021

I had an event cancelled Nov 2020. Here is a list of calls I made and promises Stub Hub has made:
7/3/0/21 Julia... processing in 30 days
9/23/21 Shavour... expedited. Refund in weeks
10/8/21 Shaneeka and Sanour ( supervisor) expedited. Get refund in weeks
10/22 Orane it was never sent over to be expedited
10/22 Sanore if no refund in weeks... call and we will issue a check
11/5 Deanna you will get it in 3-5 days
11/12 Chonti and Pam supervisor we are working on it
11/26 Suzannee... no late than Dec 3
12/12 Danielle... sending it over to tech dept.

IN OTHER WORDS IF ANYONE GETS AN EVENT CANCELLED DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND. SINCE THEYA RE IN CALIFORNIA AND SO AM I... I CANFILE SMALL CLAIMS ACTION

Get This Straight

StubHub is a fan to fan marketplace which means they don't own the tickets. Unlike Ticketmaster, they don't own the tickets they only provide a safe place to sell or buy tickets and you need to understand that. When you have done something on your own to make your ticket invalid and then you call in and wanna abuse the agent because they can't do anything it really sucks because they don't own the tickets. Why must they correct YOUR mistake? If StubHub has made an error, they will work their hardest to correct it. If you bought tickets and the order was cancelled they automatically start looking for better tickets for you. Don't give the company a bad name just because you came in with some ridiculous $#*! that not even God himself could fix. All of you with the bad reviews I've read are absolute $#*!. Anyone reading this take my advice: STUUBHUB IS A GREAT PLACE TO BUY AND SELL TICKETS. YOU'RE ALWAYS PROTECTED BY THEIR FANPROTECT GUARANTEE. READ THE FINE PRINTS FIRST AND STOP MAKING PEOPLE'S LIVES HELL WHEN YOU CALL OR CHAT IN WITH YOUR NONSENSE!

Scammers!

Sub Hub is a terrible company to deal with!
1st they never sent me the tickets
2nd lied saying they did.
Tthen i made a case with the company and was told if the seller did not give me the tickets in 72 hrs i have the right to cancel and get a refund. This happened on September 15th, i did not receive my tickets i had to repurchase with seat geek who gave me the tickets same day! I am still currently fighting to get a refund they keep giving me the same excuse saying they are looking into my case. I opened a case with klarna who i got the tickets from and they sided with Stub hub ONLY cause they sent an email saying i received the tickets, meanwhile they also sent me an email saying i never got the tickets. So i am now going to do another chargeback to get my refund.

I will not pay for tickets i did not receive. Its sad how hard you have to fight for your money back for tickets you never received. Went to see the show on September 24th what a shame how i have to keep fighting for a show i already saw. I will never ever buy from them again. They are scammers in my eyes and try real hard not to give you back your money.

I ordered two tickets from Stubhub for GreenDay for today August 27th at 5:30pm(Oracle Park in San Francisco). I still have not received anything from Stubhub I waited on hold for customer service for 6 hours and I talked TO TWO AGENTS, the first one (who has a Jamaican accent and was extremely aggressive), told me they contacted the seller and I would have my tickets in 25 minutes and he would call me. NOTHING, I HEAR NOTHING FROM THIS AGENT, I do not receive any email.

The second customer service agent, I spoke to (after I waited another 3 hours on the phone), assured me that they would give me replacement tickets by today at 8am. She would also call me. She never did. I never heard anything about replacement tickets.

STUBHUB is a joke and I spent $560 buying these two tickets. I need my money back now!

It is one thing to have technical difficulties its another thing to have FAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WHO LIE.

I am on hold again as I write this, you guys are truly horrible. I really hate you guys from the bottom of my heart. I was really looking forward to GREEN DAY and now my plans are ruined because of you. I will do whatever it is in my power to write horrible reviews about you guys throughout the internet.
