on 10/1/15They sell tickets they do not actually have yet. They started selling tickets for a Garth Brooks concert in Salt Lake City before tickets even went on sale. They have no way of knowing if they will actually get tickets to fulfill orders, and just cancel the order the day before the event if they don't have the tickets. Its pretty much a gamble with Stub Hub if you will get your tickets or not.
Just read the comments and you'll know why...
Is it legal for resellers to sell you tickets that they don't have or already own? It seems like a scam. They charge your credit card well in advance of making the tickets available to you. This shouldn't be legal!
I had a first good experience. I used them again to but tickets to the Michigan vs Ohio game. I'm flying from Georgia for that game so I hope I can report my second experience was great.
Try another site like tickets now or vivid seats. Most sellers will list the same tickets on more than one site. There is no reason you have to deal with the dirt bags at stub hub
It is better to make your purchase and experience things on your own. Right now they have discounts going on. Chat in with them and have them add you to their fan rewards program before making your purchase. I'm glad I did! :)
