Good site. Somewhat cumbersome going through legal disclaimers. Once registered smooth enough. Options for sending tickets to friend didn't work, as they didn't want to sign up for, of in to, the Ticketmaster monopoly.
One of the worst experiences I ever had purchasing online. Initially it did was my bad that I was in rush to buy a ticket and haven't read disclaimer about pricing. But I mean 3 times higher - that's ridiculous. I bought a ticket for Miss Monique for 159 instead of 49 and they refuse to cancel it. Be aware and check/compare their prices with original or best just don't buy from them.

My five stars are like this company, a sham. I'm not sure how I ended up on TicketsOnSale since I thought I was on the venue. I paid 3x the price for much better seats. I unknowingly got obstructed view seats besides being ripped off. When I contacted them about the mix up I was informed that I had no recourse. So this site and the man who priced the tickets so outrageously have scammed me. I'm going to use all the resources available to keep them from scamming you!

Quick & painless process. 1st time order. Says I won't get my E-tickets untill the day before the event, which makes me VERY NERVOUS! I've always used Ticketmaster til now. I guess I'll have a stellar or blasphemous review on Google maps after this experience. This venue is,, at the very best 3.5 hrs away. Never been to this venue, never seen this band outside & only traveled more than 1 hour for 2 concerts in my life. I REALLY hope this all falls into place!

Purchasing the tickets was easy. When I received an email that I would not get my tickets until two days before the event I immediately emailed customer service. The response was very quick and transferred into ticket master. Thank you.
I didn't understand why my tickets would be sent 2 days before the event. The tickets were sent immediately for transfer. My issue was resolved within 24 hours.
They were the only sight that had tickets available.

They took long to electronically transfer and fees were ridiculously high. Any concerns i had regarding the tickets i was helped by customer service chat immediately. Tickets were legit eventually came but on time and we enjoyed our show! Thank you

I have learned that I could have bought a General Admission ticket to the game I just bought tickets from you for $10 less that what you charged me. Now I can't get a refund for the tickets...that is really unfair to the customer. I will not use this service again! Neither recommend it to others.

Wanted to attend a baseball game on a certain date.

I choose tickets on sale because it was recommended for me when I wanted to buy tickets for the Romeo Santos concert.
I have always wanted to see Romeo Santos perform live therefore I took now as my opportunity.
Site is a total scam. They marked up tickets 15x and dont offer refunds.
Also they wont provide the tickets until just before the event. Why not send them digitally right away? Probably because they likely won't ever send them.
Luckily, paypal is handling the refund for me.
It was quick and easy to check out. Wish they would have been listed in Canadian dollars though.
