Купил у них билеты на depeche mode in Helsinki. Покупал весной, билеты пришли за неделю до концера.
Приехали в Хельсинки, а финны дебилы обосрались какого-то там урагана и отменили концерт. Стаб хаб бабки вернул через 20 дней. См. Скрины.

StubHub doesn't provide 24 hours cancellation of tickets bought in error. They want you to use their lousy resale feature (very bad user interface and complicated unexplained procedures) that kept telling me the tickets were not listed every time I reposted a ticket. I ended up creating a bunch of duplicate sale listings which I have to go back and delete. Then I noticed the old dups said hidden visibility which lead me to think the duplicates will not be sold seen they were not visible. Wrong! I ended up with 2 duplicate sales and one real one. StubHub then said since I don't have the tickets to deliver and can't complete the sale I owe them the cost of the 2 duplicate transactions. That more than doubled the cost of buying the wrong ticket. Don't ever use this site to resell unless you know how it works inside out.

I bought Club 5 Row 22 seats. What was delivered were 5C Row 22 seats. I immediately messaged them of the mix up. When first contacting them they acknowledged the discrepancy. However, when I contacted them by phone that attitude changed. They then went on to state there wasn't a mistake. That I made the mistake when purchasing. Despite my having screenshots to show otherwise. 5C is across the arena from where I wanted to sit. I paid for preferred seats and received standard seats at the preferred price.
