StubHub is not standing by its previous agreement to offer a full refund. Instead, it unilaterally altered its agreement with customers and is keeping Buyers' money--INTEREST FREE!--offering a 20% bonus to future events--WITH A DEADLINE! This is both contractual fraud (changing the terms) and theft (keeping other peoples' money). IF YOU HAVE ANY STANDARDS AT ALL--do not do business with this fraudulent group of bandits.

Had tickets returned because they were purchased for the wrong day. You would think this would not be a problem, but I was charged for the return. I spoke to support and they were rude, unhelpful and when I tried to show them the account they conveniently had it 'under maintenance'.

HIGH FEES, HIDDEN CHARGES, DISHONEST, RUDE

Join a class action and post everywhere you can to get the word out.

Google Price fixing, Hidden Fees, etc.

A well designed service run by really bad people. Please do whatever you can to get the truth out there about them

We ordered 2/Box 2 seats, we were walked by the attendant to (Rock Box) 2 seats which were not what we purchased. Now they will only give us back 25% of the value. This Company is SELLING FRAUD BUYER BEWARE!

Very disappointed in StubHub. Bought tickets several days in advance for a comedy show, everything in my account showed that the tickets were confirmed for the 8pm show. Get to the venue at 7:30 and my tickets aren't showing up in my account, just says that they will be available shortly.

On the phone with customer service I find out that the seller had tickets to the 5pm show but listed them as 8pm. StubHub had supposedly tried to find replacement tickets for me, couldn't, and then didn't tell me that my tickets were worthless! The person at the ticket office at the venue said that this has been a repeated problem the whole weekend -- clearly StubHub's fault and not a fluke.

I'll be using Ticketmaster from now on.

I tried going to the Drake and Future concert last night. As many people probably know, this was a VERY popular concert. The same night, I bought two tickets off of stubhub. They were balcony seats. I got to the concert venue, went through security, and when I handed my printed out tickets, the scanner said: Access Denied. I was sent down to the box office and they told me that the person who sold these tickets already sold them on another sight. So, essentially, they were fake or non existent. I paid 350 for two fake tickets. I am getting a refund, but didn't get to go to the concert. In fact, I heard the concert start from outside the venue. When I tried to contact stubhub, I was on hold for almost an hour and when I was told I would be given replacement tickets, I was then disappointed again by being told it was now sold out. Stubhub isn't reliable or safe. The guy at the box office told me TicketMaster is really the best place to purchase tickets. Don't be fooled or take your chances people. You'll be disappointed.

I WILL NEVER USE STUBHUB AGAIN

I bought a ticket for Bonnaroo 2021. The event was canceled, and they wouldn't give me my money back... only credit. This year I tried to redeem that credit for a Bonnaroo ticket, and purchased what looked to be General Admission with a parking pass. Turns out it was only a parking pass that was almost the cost of an actual ticket. I called Stub Hub multiple times to try to cancel the order. They would not cancel it, or even give me the sales fees back so I could properly resell the ticket for a reasonable price that someone would buy. I talked to their manager over the phone, and she kept interrupting me as I tried to explain my story. I felt very belittled by her and not listened to. The fact that a company this large wasn't even willing to help me by giving back the sales fee shows that they don't value their customers at all. I WILL NEVER USE STUB HUB AGAIN!

No one foresaw the pandemic hitting us but, my god, Stubhub does everything in its power to be as unhelpful as possible. Oh, if you bought tickets for locations international (aka not the USA) before the pandemic, you're screwed.
My experience, it took me four months--FOUR months-- to get through to someone to help me finally, actually, locate my tickets. But apparently, USA Stubhub and International Stubhub have different customer service departments. USA Stubhub says if you buy tickets for international events, they cannot help you (even though they totally can because they did help me locate my tickets).
But here the kicker: International Stubhub's services *don't* *answer* *emails* which is the only link of communication customers get. There's no number to call, just an email, and they point blank will ignore you for several months. My tickets can't get listed to "sell" for whatever reason, and it feels like both departments are circumnavigating around having to give me a refund as much as they possibly can.
If I could give this service zero stars, I would. This is ridiculous.

Well here we are over a month later since my events and I have YET to receive my payments from StubHub. I just got off my 5th phone call with them and got more rum around. I've given them a 36 hour ultimatum and will be placing another call to not only to the SEC but the AZAG Office.

I sold some tickets to a couple of events on here a MONTH AGO (to the day). Stubhub claims to post payments within "5-8 business days." Upoin my first follow up call. I was informed that I "did not set a default method" to receive payment. I then rget an e-mail dated the 14th saying my payment was posted. Been checking every day... nothing. My Stubhub dashboard says it posted the 19th. Just got my 3rd call with 'customer service" who is claiming THIS delay is due to a "transition." and now I won't get my payments until the 3rd! Over a month since the events. When I called them out on giving me a runaround and that maybe they should let their sellers know on their website that they might experience some delays... I basically gor hung up on. Even if I get (and I'm not hopeful) my payment on the 3rd... I am reporting them to the FTC.

Prince gave a 3-day notice that he was playing at the Fox Theatre in Detroit. I paid for my tickets at StubHub on 4/6/15, the large amount posted to my VISA on 4/7/15 and I get no email or phone calls. I have to call them 3 times on 4/8/15 to ask where my tickets are? Customer service cannot help me; they transfer me to Mike Goodman, grand master of StubHub, who tells me the broker failed to come up with the tickets. Really?! And this is the business that you're in; $#*!ing people over you don't give a damn about. Your business sucks, your entire management sucks, and most of all MIKE GOODMAN, YOU SUCK! You can respond to the AG and BBB $#*!.

Wish I would've checked reviews on this company before I purchased bought tickets to RuPaul's drag race in Vegas didn't get to go because my daughter had to have an emergency appendectomy the day we were supposed to get on the plane there was an option to relist tickets so I did they never got relisted and I lost out on all my money no refund for the system not working properly to relist my tickets won't purchase ever again!

I sold my tickets to the SEC Championship for extra Christmas money and was supposed to receive payment no more than 5 business days after the buyer received the tickets. Well the buyer has got the tickets, the game was played a week ago (my team did win) and it is less than two weeks until Christmas. NO MONEY.

Bought tickets to a high profile basketball game only to show up to the game and find fans in my seat. Stubhub offered graciously to refund my money via the Fan Protect Guarantee, which was expected as I couldn't sit in the seat I legitimately purchased. Next Stubhub offered me a $117 credit on a future sale. I expressed to Stubhub as customer that both sells and buys close to $10K in tickets annually, this $117 credit was low and ridiculous, especially given I had paid over $1K to travel to the game. Customer Service at Stubhub sucks and I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere.

I was lied to about my refund. I had to cancel due to emergency. Was told by customer service I would get a refund it tickets didn't resale. Very disappointed and out off $158

They over charged me $25 for $60 of tickets. When I spoke to the manager he acknowledged they have hidden and. Misleading fees but refused to help me at all. I wI'll never use stubhub again

I am a long term customer of Stubhub. I have purchases superbowl tickets (2 times > 20K) and NFL Playoff tickets ( more than $4000).
I tried to buy tickets to *******@Titans - $5200. The transaction went through and then a few minutes later, they reversed it and then locked my account.
Nothing wrong with my credit card as it went to bank and was approved and then reversed by Stubhub.
I called and get people who clearly have english as a second language and wont tell me why my account was locked and tell me it will be 24-48 hours for someone to get back to me. No explanation. I cant believe this is how they are now treating customers. I even created a brand new account, bought the tickets, the charge went through, and then a few minutes later Stubhub cancelled the order and locked my brand new account. I think the management of Stubhub should be fired and they may as well close up shop. No one who buys sporting even tickets will accept this poor service.
If I could give negative stars, I would.

Guarentee is a joke

In May I bought 2 tickets for Warped Tour in 2 different orders, each around $50. One was delivered through the mail, the other was electronic. I was supposed to get the electronic one 2 days ago, then they changed it to 1 day. I was told yesterday that the seller had until midnight last night. The concert is today. This morning, still no ticket. I chatted with Stub Hub and they guarenteed that I would get a ticket within an hour. They said the seller would have to pay the difference. An hour later, no ticket. Chatted again and they said they cancelled my order and I could go online and buy one. They are now $112. I asked why aren't they charging the seller like they said they would and they said "Thanks for using Stub Hub, have a good day". I have a very disappointed granddaughter. Their guarentee is a joke! Good luck.

I sold tickets to a concert on this website. In the email they sent me that said the tickets had been sold, they included a UPS shipping label with the words "Once we receive confirmation from the buyer that they have your tickets, you will receive payment". Well I am out of town on business, and the only shipping company within walking distance from me was FedEx. So I shipped the tickets, paid extra and got confirmation 2 days later that the buyers had received the package. Three days after that, I get an email from StubHub telling me my order was cancelled and saw they charged me $22! When I called to tell them I have an email receipt saying that the buyer got their tickets, they brushed me off and said they only get their information from UPS because they have an agreement with UPS. They would not give me my money, instead are asking the buyers to send me back the tickets. Yeah right, like they are going to do that. Way to protect your sellers StubHub! Worst customer service policies I have ever heard of. I will never order form them again.

I have sold 2 Rammstein tickets using StubHub US and they were sold in 2 separate transactions. Even though I bought the tickets at the same time from Ticketline, Stubhub has canceled one of the 2 transactions multiple times saying the ticket is not valid. I keep asking them how one ticket is valid and the other one is not but they don't have an answer, they just rectify the situation for the moment and a few weeks later they cancel my transaction again and I have to call them and have a fight with them over and over again. Please stay away from them as they are 100% scam. They rarely reply to emails or answer when I try to call them.
