Had tickets returned because they were purchased for the wrong day. You would think this would not be a problem, but I was charged for the return. I spoke to support and they were rude, unhelpful and when I tried to show them the account they conveniently had it 'under maintenance'.

Join a class action and post everywhere you can to get the word out.
Google Price fixing, Hidden Fees, etc.
A well designed service run by really bad people. Please do whatever you can to get the truth out there about them
