You have to pay $15 to return items, and their return window is atrociously small. The dresses are shein quality despite the crazy high price tag. Just avoid this company, customer service won't help you. The only time a return went through was when I showed them a picture of the broken product.
Purchased 2 dresses from here but due to pregnancy complications I was unable to return them in time - was in the hospital for 3 weeks. I tried to exchange them or ask for store credit and keep getting excuses that I'm out of time for the exchange. They have no ethics and are truly a gross company because all they care about is money.

Really bad customer service and return policy! I tried to return some items from an order I received only 14 days prior and the only option given was to get store credit. I had ordered from them in the past and they used to allow 21 days to get a cash refund. Apparently they changed their return policy to 7 DAYS which is crazy, I've never seen such a short return window for online orders! I had even checked the return FAQ page before ordering and saw 21 days mentioned, I did not even notice they added a sentence about shortening the cash refund period. When I messaged customer service, the rep was really condescending and not helpful. I hope this post will discourage people from ordering from this site and losing money on clothes that are overpriced and cheap quality.

It has been very bad shopping experience with showpo. Most of the product wasn't in good quality and also doesn't matching with the online photos.
Don't choose for store credit, they won't allow refunds, even I have try to negotiate and to cover the postage cost.
I've bought and refunded 4 times, as the quality doesn't match the price. Their website doesn't have any worthwhile purchases! It's waste your money.
Do not recommend shopping with them. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with their customer service and the refund process.

As a part of our store policy, we allow customers to select their preferred refund option. Customers can be refunded in the way of store credit or receive the funds back to their original payment method.
If store credit is the refund method option chosen when submitting the return online, unfortunately, we are unable to reverse this.

I signed up for texts and emails under the pretense of receiving a $10 code. NO terms and conditions listed when putting in my information. Then once I received it and it didn't work, the person on chat said there is a minimum spend. This was not disclosed and I gave out my personal info to this company. I have run into several issues with discount codes and receive no help from their end. I am already weary to order because of the return policy mentioned several times, and now I am beginning to think this company has no care for their customers.

Be careful, the size guide is misleading. The size guide says a US women's size 8 bust is 38 inches. My US women's size 8 item's bust was only 30 inches. I sized up due to reviews saying it runs small, however it was nowhere close to fitting. Unfortunately, they charge you over $15 to return the item.

I have never seen a terrible return system as this store have. I'll never buy from them again. It's the worse. Besides the terrible frame window to get a refund, the offer you a store credit, but you have to pay 16 dollars to send the item. It's absurd. Awful.

I just love the fact that i started a return over 2 months ago and i have yet to get my money...they keep saying the refunds coming and it never does.then they say they have to investigate it then i get emails saying oh its on its way 3 to 5 days but then it never comes then they say they have to investigate again this has been going on 3 months! They scam you of your money. I returned things for refund and they only refunded a few of the items. I'm currently in a two-week back-and-forth with their customer support agents where they keep promising to "look into it" and "we'll re-process your refund" (which was supposed to be completed 2 months ago), but have not seen the money yet.

Their website is not forthcoming about the return policy. The clothes were horrible quality and the sizing was not represented well. They are refusing me a refund and claim they have their refund policy all over their website, which is wildly false. I sent many images of their deceiving website and they responded that they don't care. The US law allows them to do this. I'm sure that their P&L is a huge list of people that are not allowed to return their clothes for a refund and many likely do not order more with their "store credit." Good companies offer free returns and refunds within 30 days, a reasonable amount of time. Their policy is 7 days and this is listed in one location on their website in fine print under many other dates given about their return policy. They did their best to hide it. The only thing they sent back to me was that their refund policy is the bare minimum required by US law. Horrible customer service. Horrible quality of clothes. I can only assume the 5 star reviews on here are created by their own employees.

I ordered a dress and used the size guide measurement. It is huge almost three times the size. I went to make a return code the same day I received the dress and it wasn't working so I tried the next day and the day after so I reached out to the live chat team thinking it would be an easy solution and this is their response.

After several messages and a wait time of over 10 minutes between each. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Dress clasp was broken upon delivery, clasp fell off of dress. Emailed Showpo with supporting image, staff were friendly and responded quickly, providing multiple options to resolve situation. I ended up deciding on 50% credit for next purchase :)

I think this store might be a scam. I ordered $400 dollars worth of clothes from here and only 2 items showed up. The "tracking" they provide only shows that the order has shipped, not when it will arrive or what items shipped. I've contacted them twice and no response.

I ordered a dress in my usual size which upon receiving found out it was ridiculously small. When I wanted to get a refund for my purchase, they informed me that it's their policy not to give refunds! They offer store credit but if the items don't fit you, you have to spend your own money returning the items every time! Waste of money and time!

The quality isn't great but their return policy makes purchasing here not worth it. You have to begin the return within seven days and sometimes that's just not possible. When you miss that deadline you can only get store credit and I also have to pay $14.95 to send it back. I would literally shop anywhere else to not have to jump through these hoops. I will stick with Revolve and Asos since making returns is so easy and hassle free! 0/10 for Showpo

If you shop with them they will screw you over. They advertised to say full refunds for all NZ orders. I paid $400 and then they said no refunds. They lied. They then screwed me over in a contact stream of emails which were evasive - those emails that drive you CRAZY. This store has ruined my week and I would love to save others from going through the ordeal I have faced.

Ridiculously hard to speak to a representative and they make their return process much harder than it has to be. I've been trying to return clothes for awhile and every-time i call or chat with customer service it reads they are "away at the moment".
I bought a skirt from there earlier in the year and loved it, but my second large purchase has been a disaster.
Am not planning on buying from this website again.
