If you shop with them they will screw you over. They advertised to say full refunds for all NZ orders. I paid $400 and then they said no refunds. They lied. They then screwed me over in a contact stream of emails which were evasive - those emails that drive you CRAZY. This store has ruined my week and I would love to save others from going through the ordeal I have faced.
Ridiculously hard to speak to a representative and they make their return process much harder than it has to be. I've been trying to return clothes for awhile and every-time i call or chat with customer service it reads they are "away at the moment".
I bought a skirt from there earlier in the year and loved it, but my second large purchase has been a disaster.
Am not planning on buying from this website again.

The shipping is amazing because of how fast it is, though the quality and sizing of these items were despicable! I bought three dresses within two weeks and returned them all due to sizing issues. I'm not sure if their sizing charts are off, but I usually wear a size 14-16 AU, though the sizing chart recommended a size 20 for me! Of course, the dress was enormous on me and I had to send it back. For the premium prices you pay, the quality could be a lot better. And the fact that you can't get a full refund and only get a store credit is very tedious. The customer service team was very helpful throughout all my returns although, I will not be purchasing from this site again.

I ordered 2 items from this website in the Australian sizes (since it's an Australian website). They sent me American sizes so everything was way too big and when I tried to reach out to customer service, they were very rude and unhelpful. This was after I was sent incorrect tracking information and my package arrived torn open. I am now stuck with store credit to a website that offers mediocre clothing and horrible customer service. Not to mention that this order ended up costing me money since I had to pay to send it back. Save yourself time and money... shop at Lulus's instead.
I've ordered before and the qualities not been there. But this last time was really frustrating I was given a completely different size than I ordered and returning is difficult. Don't order save yourself the trouble!
So disappointed! First order was not delivered to daughter's dorm and returned. Took 26 back and forth emails to finally get credit for it because they applied to Australia even though I live in US. They would not send original dress we ordered to my home, and once credit applied it was sold out. Had to buy another dress and it arrived and was huge. Ordered a Sz 8 but dress received was a 12, and I was told it is "equivalent" to an 8, but there is no way it will fit her and would have to be completely remade. Once again having to email multiple times. Returning it but they won't give a refund so have to do credit and go through this all over again. I have never had this much difficulty getting a dress!
One of the ladies working there, Jill, treated me like a child upon asking about a refund I was promised. This was over a month and a half ago and still haven't gotten my refund of $50! On ordering a skirt, my normal size was three sizes too big for me and when sending it back and getting the right size, had to pay a fee of $16. Quality of clothes was cheap. Would not shop here again.

The company does not give a refund. Only store credit. If you are one of the victims of this company who does not want anything to do with their cheap products anymore, and just wanting your money back, I urge you to make a complaint at Fair Trading because their policy is not fair to unsatisfied customers. Their clothes are pretty expensive so I was expecting a good quality as well. My orders are all dismaying. Really really cheap and bad quality. I returned them the next day and would only give store credit in return or gift cards. Their policy is not fair. We should have the right to have our money back rather than store credit or gift cards. I have already made a complaint in Fair Trading and if anyone else out there deserves justice to their purchase, please report this unfair policy to Fair Trading.

I made an order of 3 dresses for a total of 200 USD. One of the dresses was 100 USD! The quality is beyond horrible and for the prices Showpo offers, you can buy quality stylish dresses elsewhere! I would compare the quality to that of SHEIN. The 100-dollar dress arrived faulty (torn and the zipper is broken) and I am in the process of trying to return it and get a refund which is apparently a complicated and lengthy process. STAY AWAY!
