Ive ordered through Showpo before and i really love their clothing. The quality is always so good. The dresses i bought this time round ran a size too big for me, and having never returned items before i was a bit nervous it would be a mess. BUT the customer service team were so helpful, and QUICK! I was even fast tracked my store credit so i could still take advantage of the sale that was running. Turn around from original purchase to return, store credit and new purchase was a matter of days! So thankful for the pleasant experience.
Have had a great experience dealing/ shopping with Showpo. Great quality clothing and was very impressed with their plus size range. The customer service team are also extremely helpful and got back to my email within the same hour that I had sent it off and resolved everything I asked them promptly and were very friendly. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Nice range of clothing sizes and has amazing outfits, not to mention, customer service really deserves the title of customer happiness :) had all issues with my order (due to my own fault) resolved almost instantly.

I received my order ahead of schedule and loved the look and feel of the dress. Unfortunately, it was way too big. I'm attending a wedding in a few weeks and was worried about receiving a replacement in time. The customer service team has been working with me to help me with this and have been wonderful thus far!
The only reason I am giving a 4-star review instead of 5 is the return policy. This is one of the first companies I've purchased from that doesn't do a full-refund and this is very problematic when ordering online. Otherwise, it has been a great experience!

My order arrived within 2 days of order which was amazing especially since I live in a different country! I had to return an item as it was too small. There was a delay with the processing of my order however, after my enquiry the lovely team responded straight away and arrange my store credit immediately. Every time I need a last minute outfit my first place to look is showpo. So many different styles & can even get the same day. The quality is great and as I am quite petite the sizing is perfect for me! If there's any issues the staff are always ready to help any way possible. I've had issues that have been resolved instantly especially if it was a last minute outfit.

They are so helpful and quick at responding when I have needed help from their customer service team! They are fast to ship, I received my parcel in two days with express shipping. The quality is amazing and true to size! 100% recommend!

There's LOTS of online stores and yet it seems so hard to find a good one. Showpo WILL be your go-to online store. Not only are the clothes good quality, returns are easy, and help is easy to come by. When you call, you can actually talk to a real person without having to hit 0 over and over. If you send an email, they reply almost instantly. They're always willing to resolve issues and FAST. Thank you Showpo!

I order from Showpo on the regular and everything comes in perfect condition, exactly as advertised & the delivery time is insanely fast. One of my orders was from the U. S and it arrived within 2-3 days without even paying any extra on shipping!

Absolutely love Showpo. The first place I look to when clothes shopping. My orders always arrive either over night or on the second day, they send an email for every update so you know exactly where your package is and when it should arrive. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced when clothes shopping. I have bought dresses, skirts and tops from Showpo and I have never had a problem. They are true to size, good quality and I love that they offer a range of sizes. Something for every occasion too!
I found this store a while ago on Instagram and have been hooked ever since! They constantly have new stuff coming out, and I just love their style. And great customer service which is super important to me!

As someone who works in client service, I am a bit more harsh when judging client/customer service, but wow. Showpo does it right. April replied to my emails in a timely and respectful manner and helped me get a refund + took extra steps to show me how to make a return. My love for this brand grows every day!

I will say the customer service for this site is AMAZING. They are very helpful, reply very quickly, and store credit that doesn't expire is really awesome. However the quality of clothing isn't on par for me. The clothes are photographed beautifully, you get a sense that they'll be of really good quality but that's not the case. The materials are usually very thin and flimsy, when for the item of clothing you've picked out you would have expected a thicker more substantial material. I will also say the sizes run slightly bigger (on me anyway, I'm a size 4-6).

Such a great range of clothes and their online customer service is amazing, better than what you'd get in most stores! Andrea helped me super efficiently with an order that was lost due to an Aust Post fault. I got my product re-delivered the very next day. Their online range of clothes is my favourite to browse and at a good price and efficient delivery!

Awesome communication, took a few days to reply but very helpful when they replied. Annoying that we have to wait until they receive the return before we get the money back in our account. But other than that, was good. Sizing is also confusing, I had to go up two sizes in dresses
