I ordered a few dresses for an event coming up. Unfortunately, the sizing was off. *note to all us orders, the sizes listed/that you order are all US! Not AU like i thought* it was slightly frustrating but joey was helpful and allowed me to get "fast tracked" for store credit so i could hopefully reorder my correct sizes before the event! The dress was absolutely beautiful and felt well made just was unfortunately WAY too big!
So I haven't picked my order up yet but was surprised as to how quick it had been delivered! I had some trouble with receiving an order number but realised I wrote in the wrong email address(whoops), I had contacted the showpo team which again to my suprise were very kind and professional. They had fixed the problem in a quick and efficient manner no fussing about which was a major plus. The customer service was by far the best I've come across, am very much happy with my experience so far! Thank you girls xx
I loved this dress for our family photos so I ordered a size zero because that is my normal size. However, it was way too small so I returned it and ordered a size two. There seemed to be no difference between these two sizes as I could not come anywhere close to being able to zip up the dress. Showpo's sizing charts are incredibly inaccurate and unrealistic. I have wasted so much time and money into this company from the two dresses I have ordered to the cost of returning the dress that did not fit.
I recently discovered showpo about a month ago and its safe to say Im completely obsessed. Everything Ive ordered so far has fit so perfect and was delivered to me SO fast! Showpo is definitely my new go-to online shopping site and I cant see that changing anytime soon.

The team at Showpo are great to deal with! I've had a few returns needed and store credit processed and they're always so helpful! The returns portal is super useful and a great system for tracking rather than not just sending a return into the mail and hoping for the best! Clothing is pretty good, sometimes I feel it's a little on the expensive side for quality, but fast postage, great service and a lot of variety. Overall I'm very happy with the store :)

I've bought items from Showpo over the last 2 years & it's rare that I decide to keep the items... All their clothes are absolutely beautiful online, but when I receive the items the material, quality, & fit are not what I expected.
But the customer service level that Showpo has, regarding the assistance needed for returns, is second to none. Firstly, Tash was very understanding of my situation at the time & was very helpful. Secondly, Jia was able to sort out my issues with the return very quickly.

I was very surprised how fast my shipment came in from Australia to the US where I live. Super cute clothing too that is affordable and when I emailed Showpo I got a response right back with very helpful information. Will definitely be ordering from here a lot more! It took only 12 days to get to me from when I ordered it.

Absolutely love Showpo! They have awesome clothes and are so inclusive with the sizing which is fabulous for me being a size 16 I can still be stylish and cute in all my showpo items. Have been shopping with Showpo for a few years now and recommend to other girls constantly.
The dress I received was too big so I returned it for store credit (which includes free return!) and they even fast tracked my store credit once I had proof of shipping my item so that I wouldn't miss out on purchasing the correct size. Very impressed with their quick response and customer service!
I had a special request to see if they could pop a note in my order as it was a gift for a friend, Showpo went above and beyond!
Every experience i have had so far (which is a few) has been fantastic!

I had some problems with my item and reached out to email them. They were quick to respond and helped me so fast. Even though I had an issue with the item itself I will continue to shop there as their customer service was super fast and were very nice as well. The quality of the item(dress) was definitely high quality not to mention super cute! I definitely recommend ordering from Showpo and if there is an issue just send them a email! Super helpful plus all the cute clothes.
