WOW amazing quality first off! Second, the fit! Literally all the dresses I bought fit me like it was made for me, I usually struggle being on a more petite side and have to tailor dresses. (well, I'll still probably tailor the length but I'm 5'1" so it's a genetic thing lol) third, shipping was unbelievably quick being from the US. And fourth, the price point is unbeatable for what you are getting. I typically don't leave reviews but I'm honestly so happy with this order, I'm glowing. So excited to show up to events looking extra cute - thanks showpo!
I signed up for texts and emails under the pretense of receiving a $10 code. NO terms and conditions listed when putting in my information. Then once I received it and it didn't work, the person on chat said there is a minimum spend. This was not disclosed and I gave out my personal info to this company. I have run into several issues with discount codes and receive no help from their end. I am already weary to order because of the return policy mentioned several times, and now I am beginning to think this company has no care for their customers.
You have to pay $15 to return items, and their return window is atrociously small. The dresses are shein quality despite the crazy high price tag. Just avoid this company, customer service won't help you. The only time a return went through was when I showed them a picture of the broken product.

I recently received some shorts that were the incorrect size. I filled a form out and had no issues with returning the item. I did need another pair of shorts but needed them quickly so called and got issued my store credit straight away which was great. When I checked my account, I noticed that the credit was for the exact same amount that I purchased the shorts for, not the 120% store credit that is mentioned on the returns slip.
I do not mind that I didn't receive the 120% but did get the 100% store credit, however it just needs to be removed if the case is only 100%. Otherwise, great customer service.

Be careful, the size guide is misleading. The size guide says a US women's size 8 bust is 38 inches. My US women's size 8 item's bust was only 30 inches. I sized up due to reviews saying it runs small, however it was nowhere close to fitting. Unfortunately, they charge you over $15 to return the item.

I have never seen a terrible return system as this store have. I'll never buy from them again. It's the worse. Besides the terrible frame window to get a refund, the offer you a store credit, but you have to pay 16 dollars to send the item. It's absurd. Awful.

THE GOOD:
+ The website and the mobile app are well designed and well organized.
+ The selection of clothes are cute
+ Relatively quick shipping times
THE BAD & THE UGLY
- The quality of the clothes are terrible for the price you pay. The clothes they sell are the same clothes you would buy from Shein or Ross but at an astronomical mark up. For example, the lowest cost item in my order was ~ $70. When I received the order, it was like Shein 2.0. So, I decided to look around and saw the same dress Showpo was selling for $70 was also being sold at Shein and AliExpress for less than $20.
- Terrible customer service - You can only get in contact with them via email or their live chat, which would not be an issue if the quality of their merchandise reflected their prices OR if CS was decent. I initially wanted to return 1/2 items. You use the return portal, select the reason for the return, and have to pay $15. Easy enough, right? NO!
- When I decided I wanted to return item 2/2, I was told the return for the first item was no longer valid. This was all in the same day, btw. Suddenly, they told me I had to send multiple images and videos to prove the first item was faulty even though I was contacting them about item 2/2 - at this time they didn't even refund the $15. For the second item, I also had to send multiple images. They also said my items were no longer eligible for return per their policy.
- Lack of clarity - They have a 7-day return period for original form of payment refund. You have to be extremely clear when telling them you do not want store credit.
- You cannot leave reviews for the clothes you buy on their website. I should have noticed this sooner, but I did not.
- Keep an eye out for your refund because it may never come. It took them more than a month to provide the refund. You'll probably have to get in contact with your bank.
- You have to fight tooth and nail to get the outcome you deserve as they will try to scam and inconvenience you. This is a fraudulent company selling cheap clothes at huge mark-ups. Save the headache and shop elsewhere. Take a look at other reviews and they all say the same.

I was so obsessed with the dress I orders (my first order) but unfortunately the strap broke during my first time wearing it. But their customer service team was so responsive and allowed me to return the dress for credit! I'm excited to order more items now. Really awesome.

It has been very bad shopping experience with showpo. Most of the product wasn't in good quality and also doesn't matching with the online photos.
Don't choose for store credit, they won't allow refunds, even I have try to negotiate and to cover the postage cost.
I've bought and refunded 4 times, as the quality doesn't match the price. Their website doesn't have any worthwhile purchases! It's waste your money.
Do not recommend shopping with them. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with their customer service and the refund process.

I ordered a few dresses for an event coming up. Unfortunately, the sizing was off. *note to all us orders, the sizes listed/that you order are all US! Not AU like i thought* it was slightly frustrating but joey was helpful and allowed me to get "fast tracked" for store credit so i could hopefully reorder my correct sizes before the event! The dress was absolutely beautiful and felt well made just was unfortunately WAY too big!
So disappointed. Would not accept my return even though I was within the 7 day window - had email proof of delivery date and they claim their tracking said weeks prior - which is nearly impossible.

The quality isn't great but their return policy makes purchasing here not worth it. You have to begin the return within seven days and sometimes that's just not possible. When you miss that deadline you can only get store credit and I also have to pay $14.95 to send it back. I would literally shop anywhere else to not have to jump through these hoops. I will stick with Revolve and Asos since making returns is so easy and hassle free! 0/10 for Showpo

Don't waste your money. I ordered the Almaeh dress and showpo sent me the wrong size dress with a broken zipper. I needed the dress by November 17 and was told that if I returned it for store credit I could get it by then. So I sent the dress back for $15 and got store credit, then re-ordered the dress with the store credit and another $5. When that dress arrived it also had a broken zipper. I have already tried to get a full refund, with associates Den, Andrea, and Mark. Andrea told me that she could refund me the full amount back to my card, and then gave me store credit instead. I spent $59.52 on the first order which came in the wrong size and broken, then $15 to send it back, then $5 along with store credit to receive the second order, which also came broken. Showpo sent me two broken dresses and refuses to refund me, I've spent at least $80 throughout the whole ordeal and have only been refunded $5. They keep giving me store credit to fix the fact that they sent me two broken dresses. I just want my money back.

I have been searching for a Rolla's denim skirt for ages, and I finally found it in Australia! Love the skirt - great quality and perfect fit. I usually take a US 8, which is Aussie 12. Purchased 2 dresses from here but due to pregnancy complications I was unable to return them in time - was in the hospital for 3 weeks. I tried to exchange them or ask for store credit and keep getting excuses that I'm out of time for the exchange. I made an order of 3 dresses for a total of 200 USD. One of the dresses was 100 USD! The quality is beyond horrible and for the prices Showpo offers, you can buy quality stylish dresses elsewhere! I would compare the quality to that of SHEIN. The 100-dollar dress arrived faulty (torn and the zipper is broken) and I am in the process of trying to return it and get a refund which is apparently a complicated and lengthy process. STAY AWAY!
