I recently purchased 4 dresses from showpo and I was so excited but the sizing wasn't true to size for me. I got stuck in one of the dresses and the other one just would not zip up :( I usually run from a size 4 to size 5 and I even ordered a medium but it would not zip up and I feel so sad bc I don't have enough time to send back and order new ones since my trip for my friends wedding is in 2 days :(

As a part of our US store policy, we allow customers to select their preferred refund option. Customers can be refunded in the way of 110% store credit or receive the funds back to their original payment method.
