I've been using Scentsy for years but I've just about had it with the customer service. I guess I'll go back to scentsationals at Walmart or yankee candles. They tell you they have a life warranty on the warmers I've had two warmers go out on me they did not replace they are full of it after my first email they stopped responding totally upset

My friend of 32 yrs. Started selling this stuff so to support her, I placed an order on 1/18/24.
Yesterday, 2/1/24, my order said it was out for delivery through Fed Ex and never arrived.
Today (2/2/24) it said it was out for delivery again (concerning because it is the glass Nova warmer $50 alone!) plus varying wax melts.
I called Fed Ex because I had a delivery already come and they advised that it is not them delivering it, but it goes "through a third party we cannot see, like UPSP, Lasership, etc."
After my call to Fed Ex, I called Scentsy, having spoken to associate "Anna" who could not see the latter tracking numbers or carrier! I asked for a supervisor.
Next on the phone was supervisor "Omar" from Idaho. I explained the situation and he too advised that he was unable to see any further tracking details. After voicing my frustration that this order was "supposed to be delivered yesterday per Fed Ex and now says today and I hope it's not broken because it's a relatively large, glass warmer. Are you able to refund my $10.00 S & H?" and he responded that he could not, "Refunds have to come from your representative as we can only give refunds for damaged items."

I've been using Scentsy for years but I've just about had it with the customer service. I guess I'll go back to scentsationals at Walmart or yankee candles. The direct customer service is awful they don’t want to deal they just tell you reach out to a rep and the rep tells you talk directly to customer service smh

Awful customer service! I have never received my item which was ordered over a month ago on the online store and have tried complaining. It has taken me to have to raise a claim on PayPal to get any response from the company. They have not offered me a refund or any compensation for the £6 shipping fee I paid. They just keep constantly telling me that's it's my responsibility to track my parcel via UPS. They are the worst company I have ever experienced and I will never use them again.

I bought 4 boxes of dryer discs. The discs themselves smelled good. The laundry did not have any scent at all using them. There are 2 in a box so I tried using both at the same time. Still no scent on the clothes. They are supposed to each last up to 15 loads. If load number one didn't have scent surely the rest won't. I contacted customer service and you can only return them unused and for the same product. How could I try them and have them unused? And why would I want more discs when they are useless. Plus pay return shipping. Not happy and won't buy again.

Don't buy their wax! I was so sick for 3 months until my Hubby and I figured out it was their wax causing my symptoms! Cough, runny nose, sore throat, lungs felt like they were scorched, dizzy, etc…. Please don't use this product if you have young children! They don't tell you about the chemicals in their product, BE AWARE! Research before you buy! This was a birthday gift and I was sick ever since, until we finally discovered the cause! Would not recommend!

I signed up thinking it was going to be fun. Its not It's 100.00 and then a kit it's -another 45.00 to have an account each month if you sell you get a commission but you can't use that money everywhere they track what you buy and the security is super tight. I went to my local grocery store in my town they said it was denied imagine hearing that after you sold 400.00 and your commission is nice but you can't use it no funds shocking. They have no customer service each employee is rude you have to call each time to take the security off my card. They monitor what you buy. I'm 40 years old I don't need a babysitter. Scentsy is a Joke no discounts the people that work there are rude and there is no help or training. Don't waste your money you do give get a free gift an air purifier but I had to trade mine in it didn't work it broke three times leaked everywhere the changing of the colors didn't work and it melted, the items break and not high quality horrible gifts that break down. The whole experience has been a joke …

Worst company to work for they do nothing for their sellers no gifts nothing everything they offer you costs money you have to buy . Horrible and the scents dont smell good after a week they send you 100 scents that look like lip balm but when you get them they’re melted and smell like poop.

It takes forever for them to mail out 2 weeks not sure what they’re doing over there !!! they monitor your spending they put a hold on your card you cannot use it you constantly have to call to get it unlocked such a hassle and they don’t help there home chickens are quacking there music is loud so u professional it’s awful no customer service . No help nothing scentsy a joke .

I have ordered from Scentsy for years. My warmer has lasted well over 6 years with one bulb. The wax melts are always good quality. I don't love every scent that I buy, but I have never had to deal with customer service. Their site says that wax melts can be returned for exchange if not used. I typically always use the melts before deciding I don't love the smell. I wish there was a place on their website to read scent reviews before buying. Also wish they offered free shipping with minimum purchases.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use wax melts. You can only return if they are in new condition.

The corporation has told all of their distributors that the Scentsy products are made and manufactured in the United States. This is not true. The box for the wax melt warmer we just purchased clearly says Made In China. On top of lying to their distributors there are the numerous human rights violations that are perpetrated upon the Chinese workers on a daily basis. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not support this terribly unethical company or any other company that has their products Made In China. Lets make a difference

Excellent concept, great scents, refusing to let me leave?
There are no ways to cancel your subscription other than emailing customer service. I've emailed them multiple times asking to cancel my subscription, no reply and no cancellation.
Be aware before you choose to join!

If you think you're buying from a good company, think again. This company is HORRIBLE. Anne and her husband Chris used to (or maybe even still do) run a daycare that was just an excuse to get five-year-olds to scrub their floors on their hands and knees with scalding hot water, pick up after their dog, and pick up rotten apples from their backyard, etc. Complete child labor and child abuse. Had children making and packaging their wax melts for them, no supervision AT ALL. Owners are horrible, bigoted people and I honestly don't know how this business is still up and running.

I have purchased some beautiful warmers in the past. I recently purchased 3 holiday warmers and 2 regular warmers. I only liked one of the holiday warmers. All of the other warmers were cheaply made and you can see the light bulb through the cheap glass. The pictures online don't show the bright bulb blinding and shining through the warmers. I ended up donating the warmers I didn't like to a pet rescue thrift store. Sadly, I won't be buying any warmers anymore.

I purchased $130.50 for Scentsy bars and they don't last more than a day! I have 3 burners in my small apartment and you can't smell them. Will never buy again! It would be nice to get a refund!

I like scentsy I like the scents and warmers, but as soon as you like something they discontinue everything you like. One of my neices broke my artichoke warmer I just got, and of course discontinued, and I can't buy it again, I fell in love with mulberry discontinued.

I bought the diffuser that lights up, and mist setting. Overall it's great, I found it a little pricey, but there's a life time warranty. They recommend using their oils in the diffuser, of course they would. My rep told me that I can use my own oils in it, and it still has a lifetime warranty. So that's good. What I didn't like about it is the size of it, the lid is round and all you have to do is lift up off the base. But I have small hands, and can't get a good grasp on it, to remove the lid. I suggest making the circumference of the lid smaller. Other then that I like it.

We just had one of their wall plug models leak sticky garbage everywhere. I was so mad, I threw it in the garbage, along with all the crappy wax cubes it came with. If you get the stuff on anything, it's brutal to clean. It's like sticky laundry soap. Just horrible! No more of this garbage in our house. We're done with it.

The scent is so weak u put in a new cube and u can only smell the sent if ur standing over top of the warmer. At this price they should be making and effort to make the scent stronger asking for all the money I have paid. I can't believe the bland sent at this point would rather use a 2$ air wick

I just bought the scentsy soak in prickly pear agave, and I opened it to smell it, it smells nice, so i went to reclose the ziplock resealable bag and it would not Zip closed. I ended up jabbering to put it in Nother zilch bag of my own and everyone I go to get it out some of the bath sales have spoiled it on the outer duplicate bag and get all over my hands and sometimes falls on the bathroom floor. It's annoying. Packaging sux!

I have waited over three weeks for my package I order and I have not received anything I called customer service and they told me I have to wait seven business days for it to be sipped it takes a whole month to wait for something I ordered never ordering from them again don't waste your time and money

I ordered a replacement dish on the website. There are no sizes listed on the website, so I also sent an email at the same time to request that the dish was a certain size. When the order arrived, the dish was wrong. Three emails, two phone calls, and a text to the rep and I finally got a hold of someone. Couldn't tell me the size of any of the dishes or credit me for the wrong dish, even though all this could have been prevented had someone at Scentsy returned my email.

Hope you don't have any issues, because Scentsy won't take care of you.

Their Australian consultant Ali Collins needs to be taught how to deal with customers. People like her should be given proper customer service training first and then make them sales consultants. She is very impatient and has no respect for others. Asking questions about Scentsy products puts her off so why be in this business. Its people's hard earned money and they have the right to ask details about the product before spending on your products. Very very RUDE!

I wish I would have read more reviews before spending the money. I purchased 2 mini fan diffusers and 3 packs of pods a total of $77. Definitely not worth the money at all. The pods don't smell like anything. We have both going in a small space and still no scent. What a waste of hard earned money.

I like scents and candles so a friend sent me a small scented wax sample. It's just like all MLM … you have to buy one of their warmers supposedly to properly use their waxes and they've got a few big name brands so it looks legit. Fast forward to me ordering ten wax bars and two wee scent bags. The seller Becky won't give me an invoice or quote for my order even after being asked several times. All of a sudden a box shows up, no return address. Why it's my Scentsy order! And the charge for this is FOUR QUID SHORT OF £80! For that small amount. I've never been so angry in all my life! I send her a note with a photo of the items telling her she's over charging me. She writes back that she's given me a huge deal! Can you imagine! How delusional can you be! No apology, no offer of return…. Nothing. The wax bars smell nice but aren't worth the overpriced charge for some cheap wax and a bit of scent. Please learn from my mistake and don't support this hideous Multi Level Marketing company.

I bought some items from scentsy and after using the essential oils was starting to get a migraine, after awhile the scent was ok again then my dog got sick off it so when i contacted legal their response was we can't give you an ingredients list due to confidentiality um yeah you can as its illegal to sell a product without that list. NEVER buying from this scam company again.

They get 1 star only because one of the warmers were cool but their customer service is absolutely the worst if you're unhappy with a product & ask for a refund. For starters they are ridiculously expensive. You can definitely find cheaper. Beware of their "natural" oils & don't get it on anything unless you want it to disintegrate. Besides some warmers I bought this fragrance flower for my camper. I used a weekend & decided I would pack it up for another weekend. I set the flower wick on the soap dish to dry & it actually melted the surface. I contacted the rep that sold it to me & told her I was unhappy with the product. I wanted a refund because it damaged the sink & sent her pics. She told me she contacted the company & they would be contacting me via email. Next day I get an email from their legal department. Which read:
"We are sorry you had this experience with the fragrance
Flower - we assume that the bottle must have been knocked
Or tipped over, as there is no other way for the fragrance oil
To have leaked out and created a ring on your table.
Please note that the warning on the packaging states,
"This
Product contains fragrance oils that may cause damages to
Fabrics and other surfaces; avoid contact with such."
Scentsy cannot be responsible for accidents with or misuse
Of its products. As a courtesy we would like to offer you a
Replacement fragrance flower if you would like.

They didn't even have the info right. It was a sink not a table & what idiot offers you another one of something your unhappy with in the first place. Needless to say I definitely won't be buying anything from them again. The scents don't last long either. Don't walk RUN if someone invites you to one of those parties.
