Scentsy

At almost £7 for a bar of wax it's a complete joke. The scent doesn't last long and I've had certain scents that I can't smell at all! Asda do wax bars for £2 that are excellent. So I can buy almost 4 of those for the cost of one Scentsy bar! The warmer lamp was also a total rip off at £70! SEVENTY QUID! It's worth in reality no more than £15. Won't ever buy anything from this rip off company again. Makes no business sense to sell below par goods at rip off prices... if the wax was £2 to £3 a bar then I might consider it... at £7 a bar you can jog on!

I bought some items from scentsy and after using the essential oils was starting to get a migraine, after awhile the scent was ok again then my dog got sick off it so when i contacted legal their response was we can't give you an ingredients list due to confidentiality um yeah you can as its illegal to sell a product without that list. NEVER buying from this scam company again.

I bought one of these $45 warmers from an old coworker, as I've never owned one, and they look so pretty in a room. The first day or so the lavender scent enveloped my office nicely. Then after that, no fragrance. I assumed my nose had gotten used to it. Then I changed jobs and unpacked the warmer and plugged it back in. Nothing. The wax took nearly an hour to melt. And no scent. And the leftover cubes in the packet were all greasy and had 'bubbled'. Very poor quality. Older wax cubes I have (from yankee candle) did not bubble or erode like this during storage. This is a way overpriced cheap product for the money I spent.

To be 100% honest. I never willingly went out of my way to go on this site and purchase any of their products. I only ever used them when my friends threw parties and I felt obligated to buy something from them.

I think that their products are nice looking and smell delicious but I can get the same things for way less money, almost anywhere else. Walmart, for instance, strong smelling waxes and nice looking warmers for half the price AND the wax does last longer. I just don't think that the money is worth it to buy Scentsy.

I love Scentsy products. I have floral allergies so I was very pleased to find a nice selection that I could use. I LOVE the bath soak, the cleaners (Johnny Appleseed is my favorite) and the warmers. I had an issue with 1 order and it was quickly resolved. Will be a customer for a long time!

I bought the diffuser that lights up, and mist setting. Overall it's great, I found it a little pricey, but there's a life time warranty. They recommend using their oils in the diffuser, of course they would. My rep told me that I can use my own oils in it, and it still has a lifetime warranty. So that's good. What I didn't like about it is the size of it, the lid is round and all you have to do is lift up off the base. But I have small hands, and can't get a good grasp on it, to remove the lid. I suggest making the circumference of the lid smaller. Other then that I like it.

Was a first time purchase and lesson learned to not buy from this company again. Received a plug in warmer that didn't work and the wonderful customer service, which was really lack there of, expected me to jump through hoops to resolve their issue. Scentsy is not worth it and I'm left with a defective product.

Waited on an order for almost 2 1/2 months because your representative lied to me the entire time. Then she ordered stuffed i didn't want and ended up being allergic too. A waste of money and product so she could run off with the money for months. I will never buy again and will be filing charges on both the representative and Scentsy! I will stick with Yankee Candle at least they never tried to kill me or run off with my money. The products at Scentsy are too expensive and not worth what you receive. Plus the wax melts don't last more than a few hours. Yankee Candle will last 3-5 days.

I signed up thinking it was going to be fun. Its not It's 100.00 and then a kit it's -another 45.00 to have an account each month if you sell you get a commission but you can't use that money everywhere they track what you buy and the security is super tight. I went to my local grocery store in my town they said it was denied imagine hearing that after you sold 400.00 and your commission is nice but you can't use it no funds shocking. They have no customer service each employee is rude you have to call each time to take the security off my card. They monitor what you buy. I'm 40 years old I don't need a babysitter. Scentsy is a Joke no discounts the people that work there are rude and there is no help or training. Don't waste your money you do give get a free gift an air purifier but I had to trade mine in it didn't work it broke three times leaked everywhere the changing of the colors didn't work and it melted, the items break and not high quality horrible gifts that break down. The whole experience has been a joke …

I ordered a bunch of scents I accidentally ordered 4 scents in the wrong form, scentsy pods. I wanted the bars. I emailed customer service twice about exchanging these items. I had no response. I finally called today. I have been on the phone for more than an hour. I waited on hold for 37 minutes before someone answered. The customer service rep told me that the only thing he can do is exchange the incorrect item that I have for another of the same item in a different scent. He was of absolutely no help and kept repeating things that had no connection to my issue. He transferred me to a supervisor and I waited on hold for more than 20 minutes. The phone was taken off hold and I could hear someone 2 different times. They were clearly avoiding helping me. What a ridiculous company.

If you think you're buying from a good company, think again. This company is HORRIBLE. Anne and her husband Chris used to (or maybe even still do) run a daycare that was just an excuse to get five-year-olds to scrub their floors on their hands and knees with scalding hot water, pick up after their dog, and pick up rotten apples from their backyard, etc. Complete child labor and child abuse. Had children making and packaging their wax melts for them, no supervision AT ALL. Owners are horrible, bigoted people and I honestly don't know how this business is still up and running.

Paid 12 pound for my order then they say iv gotta pay 60 pound as what I have paid is only a deposit but they gave me a email saying my order will be sent out in 10 working days so what is it as the email dont state a deposit scammers
