Wow

I bought mine in Texas at a party they were hosting. Pricey but I've had it for over 5 years only had to replace light bulb once. I bought 4 huge of the plastic boxes and I can't believe it still smell delicious. I Love it. Best product ever. Will definitely keep buying more once I ran out.

Cancelled some of my orders 2 and a half weeks after I placed my order. I now have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. Turns out they over sold many products. These were sale items too so can't be replaced. Wouldn't trust the company again.

So I was working at the corporate headquarters in shipping department, my experience was good until I asked for help but when they needed help with anything I was their, training new employees, doing everything for them if they needed it done and I did so but when I needed help they weren't their for me, I quit the job because that company does not to good for the employees at all, it's all favoritisms their, it's who you know, and now something more is happening someone I worked with just got lad off due to their shift closing and they said that they would be able to get unemployment, and now that he applied for it their are holding his checks due to them saying he quit when really he never quit, he got lad off and due to their company going down hill they don't want to give him unemployment, witch is total BS, company is nasty nasty nasty

I am not happy!

I just had my second warmer completely quit after less than two years! The first one that failed had loose wiring so I assumed it was just defective, but to have it happen again... NOT good! I have purchased others and given them for gifts and I certainly hope none of those gift recipients have experienced the same problems. To have a $40 warmer last less than two years is ridiculous!

I have been waiting since September for things from my sponsor, she said I will receive them and still never seen them! She beats around the bush, I posted on radiant rockstar page on Facebook and told them how I felt and no one respond back they just deleted it. And also if soemone order something wrong and they want to exchange or return, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO AND NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT! Watch what you do please

Total Rip Off Products

At almost £7 for a bar of wax it's a complete joke. The scent doesn't last long and I've had certain scents that I can't smell at all! Asda do wax bars for £2 that are excellent. So I can buy almost 4 of those for the cost of one Scentsy bar! The warmer lamp was also a total rip off at £70! SEVENTY QUID! It's worth in reality no more than £15. Won't ever buy anything from this rip off company again. Makes no business sense to sell below par goods at rip off prices... if the wax was £2 to £3 a bar then I might consider it... at £7 a bar you can jog on!

Subpar customer service

I personally enjoy scentcy products, but for the price I expect good customer service and you definitely dont get it. They tie the hands of the consultants so even when you find a good one theyre not given the company support to help you.
I was told which replacement product to get and when it didnt fit basically was told No refunds or exchanges. That will be my last Scentcy purchase.

Don't waste your money!

A colleague has been bringing the Scentsy melts to work and it is the most disgusting stink ever. It is sickeningly sweet and I am wondering if the creator was hoping to replicate the cloying sweetness of an opium den. Yuck and yuck. I can understand a young girl liking the vomit worthy sweet overload but not for a grown woman. Utter garbage. Invest in good quality essential oils and beeswax and make your own.

Not worth the money

To be 100% honest. I never willingly went out of my way to go on this site and purchase any of their products. I only ever used them when my friends threw parties and I felt obligated to buy something from them.

I think that their products are nice looking and smell delicious but I can get the same things for way less money, almost anywhere else. Walmart, for instance, strong smelling waxes and nice looking warmers for half the price AND the wax does last longer. I just don't think that the money is worth it to buy Scentsy.

Total crap

I make my own waxmelts for myself and family. I decided to see what all the hype was about. I ordered 6 bars and they all smelled great cold. Put them in the warmer and one chunck did nothing much, put 2 in and got a pretty good smell... For a couple hours if even. I'll continue to make mine and save the money. Mine definitely last a lot longer

Garbage company

Can't speak to any of their products quality but can say trying to get my stolen money from them is impossible. I'd never even heard of the company before it showed up on my bank statement. So I called them to see what it was about and all they tell me is they won't give me my money back. Glad this happened tho so I know not to ever buy from them.

Very disapointed!

A family member had a scentsy party and I purchased online because I could not attend in person. I had always heard people talk up the scentsy products, so I thought this was a good reason to finally try it and help her get something out of the party. I ordered a wax warmer and two different wax scents. They arrived in about a week and a half. I opened the boxes and immediately thought the warmer seemed kinda cheap. I also ordered a 'shade' for it and quickly found out while trying to place it in the room I wanted it in, that the way the shad HAD to be put on it, that you couldn't even see the main design of the shade. There is a notch on the shade for the cord which doesn't allow you to turn the shade so the design can be visible where you put it. OK. So I then plugged it in and put some of the wax I ordered in it. Within 10 minutes I was coughing, choking and my throat was sore! I immediately turned it off and had to open the front door to air out the house and it's dead of WINTER! But I had to because I was suffering and freaking out that I might not be able to breath if I didn't get the room cleared. At first I thought maybe it was just that particular scent that was irritating to me, so I cleaned the warmer and put in the other wax that I had gotten. Same thing happened. I said that's enough! Threw out the wax and thought I had just wasted a bunch of money. The next day I was at Dollar General and purchased some wax that they had. I was determined to see if it was the wax or something else. I melted the wax from dollar general and I was just fine. No coughing, no irritation and my house smelled great. I have no idea what is in their wax, but I would be careful and test it first for all family members before you fill up the house with it. Be mindful of it and turn it off immediately if anyone has any symptoms like I did. I really wanted to like this stuff because of all the hype, but I will use my warmer with other waxes.

What happened?
April 13, 2017

I use to love and recommend Scentsy Wax Bars but I feel I'm waisteing my money now days. The scent is minimal and may or may not last a day. Very disappointed in this product. Probably will be my last order. Sorry you messed your product up.

Many Scentsy items can be found at stores like Walmart or Hobby Lobby, but the website has additional styles that are very cool. There is free shipping with $50+ purchase, and I decided to treat myself with new warmers and scented waxes. One of the warmers was asthetically defective and I shared detailed pictures with customer service. Immediately, they offered for me to choose any warmer as a replacement. They quickly sent the replacement at no charge and let me keep the defective warmer (which worked but had problems with the imprinted decoration). Very happy that they stood behind their product.
