Two of my flags (5 flag order) were returned to Online Stores due to an error with the postal service. Online stores immediately followed up with me, allowing me to change the address receive my missing flags in a timely manner!
The flags received were very cheaply made and poor quality. A few staples hold the flag to the stick. The edges were not hemmed or stitched. The flags were just cut out and stapled to the stick.
It was easy to find what I wanted, what I wanted was reasonably priced, ordering was easy, my order arrived a day earlier than expected, and was exactly what I ordered.
Excellent, just like it always has been.
I found a variety of marmalades available that were shipped and delivered in quick time. Excellent experience.

My order was received about a month after ordering which was disappointing as we needed them for flag repair. I imagine they were being delivered from overseas. Online Stores did not provide an estimated delivery date so it was only my assumption that was off.

My name is Linda Hicks and I am director of the Museum of Veterans and Military History. I made an order and received it on Sept. 23,2024 that included 100 (3 by 5) American flags. Sales receipt #CS*******. FLGFUSP*******105 3 by 5 ft. Poly cotton American flag—U.S. Made *******. When received, we opened the box up and they looked beautiful—vibrant in color. The purpose of the flags is for one particular event at the museum. One-hundred are posted on Veterans Day in honor of killed in action soldiers. A couple of weeks prior to Veterans Day, the new flags were unboxed and mounted on metal poles (mounted with zip ties) to be carried by veterans. While mounting, it was noticed the sizes were off a bit—some being 33 inches wide instead of 36 and some being a half one-half inch short. That did not interfere with our needs so we proceeded ahead. On the day of the program, which was only days, they still looked beautiful. However, there was a heavy mist during the program, which lasted about 25 minutes, and the red stripes began to bleed into the white. The flags did not even get saturated. This is our 12th year for this portion of the Veterans Day ceremony and we have used the same flags every year until this year. We were very excited to have new ones.
I called your online store Tuesday and talked with Marcy who said for me to send photos and an explanation. I know that we are not in accordance with the return policy due to thinking they were fine. I really don't know how to resolve this issue. Someone suggested, if the online store doesn't make them good, for museum staff to try to wash in Woolite. We are a non-profit 501c3 and these were purchased with donation money. I have ordered many flags from you in the past and this is the first issue. In fact, the 200 other flags (12 by 18) I ordered at the same time were just perfect.
I received a message back from the company that they perceive the bleed to be rust. No it is not. I have 100 witnesses who carried them out looking perfect and 20 minutes later returned them inside looking like they do.
I guess it doesn't matter about customer service. Do better.
I have to hand it to Onlinestores.com for this recent transaction of mine. They are an outlet for a number of other sites/stores including Fireplace Sales. I bought a rather expensive piece of gear from F.S. And in spite of the "no return" policy on that item Onlinestores granted me a return as it simply didn't work for my situation (gear was not defective at all, just not right for me). It's nice to have a shop that will actually understand and work with you. Big high five to them.
Too many items I search are made in China. I am trying to only buy American or at the least, nothing from China. And sometimes I type in a search and it comes up with a totally unrelated item. I don't really like suggestions I didn't inquire about.
Other than that, I am happy with what I have ordered and the clarity of shipping logistics
I ordered flags through United States Flag Store, a division of onlinestores.com. They ship out of PA and I only live in Queens NY, so I would expect the items in 2-3 business days. A USPS Priority envelope could easily have been used and would have been here in 2 days. They use UPS and it went to Ohio instead of directly to NY. I ordered on 6/17 and it's still not here even though it says it arrived at the local post yesterday. The updated delivery now says Monday June 28! This is such terrible shipping service. I am beyond disappointed and will never order from them again. I'd rather pay more and get the item in a timely manner. I wanted to buy USA made and still will shop for US items, but not through onlinestores.com.
