I had some help with the subbed out customer service but they really didn't know how to ship to a major city in Canada. After repeat attempts and kindly explanation only certain "things" aka Flags are able to ship to Canada, who knows specifically... NO sale for the United States Flag Store... my Chinese made flag will have to come through some other country I guess

I like these metal clips much better than the cheap plastic ones that were supplied with the pole and flag kit! Just wish they stated they were plastic when I ordered it so I could have ordered them all at the same time!

I was excited when my package came but felt like a real dummy when I opened it and found the rings for my flag pole to be too small for my pole. It is totally my fault for not checking the size before I ordered. These are 1" and my old ring measures 1 1/8 inch. Or there abouts. I never thought to measure it before ordering so it is my bad. Otherwise the service was great!... I will go to the flag store in town and see if I can get the right size... which is what I should have done in the first place. Oh well! Live and learn.
I had some questions before I ordered so I contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful. I received a reply email from them a day later, and they were very responsive to all my questions and concerns.

It has taken too long to get my order. Shipping via "Mail Innovations" is the slowest delivery service since the old days of snail mail. It can hardly be called an innovative service by any means.

Two things here, the customer service rep helping me to determine the part was excellent, then after purchase, the delivery was fast. I am looking to install it soon - hopefully next week
This did not work out for us. Our flag pole is 1 3/4" diameter; however, description for 2" diameter states that it should have worked up to 2" diameter.

My order was received about a month after ordering which was disappointing as we needed them for flag repair. I imagine they were being delivered from overseas. Online Stores did not provide an estimated delivery date so it was only my assumption that was off.
My name is Linda Hicks and I am director of the Museum of Veterans and Military History. I made an order and received it on Sept. 23,2024 that included 100 (3 by 5) American flags. Sales receipt #CS*******. FLGFUSP*******105 3 by 5 ft. Poly cotton American flag—U.S. Made *******. When received, we opened the box up and they looked beautiful—vibrant in color. The purpose of the flags is for one particular event at the museum. One-hundred are posted on Veterans Day in honor of killed in action soldiers. A couple of weeks prior to Veterans Day, the new flags were unboxed and mounted on metal poles (mounted with zip ties) to be carried by veterans. While mounting, it was noticed the sizes were off a bit—some being 33 inches wide instead of 36 and some being a half one-half inch short. That did not interfere with our needs so we proceeded ahead. On the day of the program, which was only days, they still looked beautiful. However, there was a heavy mist during the program, which lasted about 25 minutes, and the red stripes began to bleed into the white. The flags did not even get saturated. This is our 12th year for this portion of the Veterans Day ceremony and we have used the same flags every year until this year. We were very excited to have new ones.
I called your online store Tuesday and talked with Marcy who said for me to send photos and an explanation. I know that we are not in accordance with the return policy due to thinking they were fine. I really don't know how to resolve this issue. Someone suggested, if the online store doesn't make them good, for museum staff to try to wash in Woolite. We are a non-profit 501c3 and these were purchased with donation money. I have ordered many flags from you in the past and this is the first issue. In fact, the 200 other flags (12 by 18) I ordered at the same time were just perfect.
I received a message back from the company that they perceive the bleed to be rust. No it is not. I have 100 witnesses who carried them out looking perfect and 20 minutes later returned them inside looking like they do.
I guess it doesn't matter about customer service. Do better.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I sent an email to the company detailing my experience. I don't feel like writing it all over again but basically shipping address was entered wrong, I didn't even realize it. The site must have an autocorrect address feature or something. Anyway, I was told they would refund my money minus shipping since I never received the package. Then later was called back and sent and email saying "No we're not refunding you." You can either order it again or you can go and get the package from the address it was sent to. Really? Those are my only options. Where is the customer service? Buyer Beware. Also the pricing in the website is deceiving, read the fine print.
