Before ordering I called to ask questions about the plants I was interested in buying. The woman I talked with was very helpful. After ordering the plants were shipped quickly and arrived in good shape.
It has taken too long to get my order. Shipping via "Mail Innovations" is the slowest delivery service since the old days of snail mail. It can hardly be called an innovative service by any means.
