I use to love and recommend Scentsy Wax Bars but I feel I'm waisteing my money now days. The scent is minimal and may or may not last a day. Very disappointed in this product. Probably will be my last order. Sorry you messed your product up.

My Partner has been with Scentsy for many years. There are severe cultural issues with this company where there "Compliance" department is not unlike a secret police organisation. One small breach of any of the fine print and they will absolutely nail you for it. This company actively encourages other consultants to dob in their fellow consultants for minor infractions so it is run on fear and intimidation. This is a severely toxic environment that has all but destroyed my partners career with Scentsy, simply for a couple of Tupperware posts. It's a shame as their products are quite good but the company is as toxic as you can get.
Scentcy no longer fills a room consistently let alone several, lasts at the most 8 hours, and many scents now have a similar underlying note to them. The Bath and Body candle I am burning has filled the whole 1600 sq foot house, much like scentcy used to.
I love Scentsy products. I have floral allergies so I was very pleased to find a nice selection that I could use. I LOVE the bath soak, the cleaners (Johnny Appleseed is my favorite) and the warmers. I had an issue with 1 order and it was quickly resolved. Will be a customer for a long time!
I purchased from a friend. It took over a month to get my purchase & when the order arrived one product was missing stating it was on back order. The essential oil scent was ok & expensive. The car bar that you clip to the AC vent would not stay put, it smells good. But for the price & wait times- I would not recommend.
Hi, I like Scentsy products for the most part. Their large warmers look nice anywhere and are out of reach to little ones, mostly. I wanted to buy a night light for my granddaughter and I thought, not only would it be a light but it would be a great way to add scent into her room. I asked about the wax in fear that she may touch it and I was told the wax does not heat up and will not burn her. Well, that may be true, but no one ever warned me about the ceramic vessel that I bought, rose nightlight, would get so hot it would burn the flesh off her. Luckily my daughter plugged it in with the 17 watt bulb, that was supplied, and the rose got So Hot! From what I understand it should only be a 12 watt for a miniature light. I am really upset that one; we cannot use the product as is and two; we now have to find a new way to light the light so not to burn her. Not cool!
You think the sale of wax melts would be lovely, until you're on Facebook and there are 100+ people trying to sell you the exact same product for the exact same price on every post on every group.
If they are not trying to sell to you, they are trying to recruit you! It is a disgustingly predatory sales tactic and should be shamed along with all the others.
Recently joined as a consultant to get discounts. I spent over $1000 AUD within 15 days of joining to be able to avail the FREE shooting star enhancement kit. When I tried to redeem it, it said I have to pay $339 for it! Contacted their customer service but she couldn't do anything. How hard is it to just update the workstation? But obviously, it was their intention to bait people - false advertisement at its finest. Such a huge waste of time and effort! CSR said she could try to cancel my order but no guarantees as it's now in printed status - are you joking me? It hasn't even been shipped as I just placed my order a few hours ago (at 2am!), then refund would take 7-10 days. LOL! Also, I was told I would get a negative PRV for cancelling! Worst service ever! I'm so done with Scentsy as they cannot be trusted. Lots of companies selling wax bars - for a lot cheaper and better customer service - plus made of soy and no paraffin. Stay away from Scentsy!
I have waited over three weeks for my package I order and I have not received anything I called customer service and they told me I have to wait seven business days for it to be sipped it takes a whole month to wait for something I ordered never ordering from them again don't waste your time and money
I bought 459.00 worth of items. One of my 5 warmers had a broken inside glass piece when it arrived. I called the main number was on hold for 25+ minutes. Then representative said I would basically need to call my rep. I said what rep I ordered through your website. There wasn't a consultant! Then she said they said they assign you one. I was like Ok. Gave me some crazy number I called. It said this number is not in service. So I called Scentsy back again. On hold again 10 mins. Then this lady said I had to mail it back take and to a ups store. And if I had a printer? Really during this time? In Oder for me to get a replacement. What? Why I did not break the inside piece? I just wanted a pretty nightlight. I am sooo disappointed! This is how it arrived inside package. No! Ups man did not do this!
Brand new to scentsy. I received a scentsy warmer among other products in the mail that totaled $160 for the order. The warmer I bought didn't give off any scent. I tried it in several different rooms, tried 4 different scents. I called customer service, the customer service representative, Sarah. After spending 45 minutes on the phone to get some answers, she stated that this particular warmer doesn't give off much scent at all. That would have been nice to know because I never would have bought it. They also stated that I had to pay $7 in shipping. Collectively, I would be paying $49 dollars for at $35 warmer. They would rather not have a customer over $7 dollars who already spent $160 for a defective product. I would not recommend this company because they do not value their customers.
My order of scentsy room spray came. It was not the same as the last order, the spray itself was all oil, it ruined my carpet and left big oil stains on my couch and chair. When I contacted them, their response was. We didnt change the formula, dont know what to tell you. Its a BS product, with a BS pyramid scheme format. Customers dont mean $#*! to these people. Never again.
I have been buying Scentsy for 9 years now. In the last year the wax bars have lost so much oil. It's a shame Scentsy can't be honest and say they are putting in less oil. One cube would last over ten hours of warming. I am lucky to get 5 hours from one cube. I have started to buy supermarket wax now cheeped and last longer. The warmers are made cheaply and it's all over priced tack now. The market seems to be for people on benifits they can't get enough of it
I have contacted my consultant 3 times and you guys 2 times. This is the first response have had. I have made 2 orders now and contacted someone the same say within 10 min of placing the order. Yes I know the order shipped already. I have had it for a week now. Your support is horrible. I will not be ordering from you again. The consultant I chose is nowhere to be heard from. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will certainly make sure to give you a review on several platforms. Horrible, horrible, horrible!
I really love the bathroom cleaner as store bought stuff can make me sick because of the strong smells. So I decided to buy the Counter Cleaner too. It is NOT for Quarts Countertops. It streaked really really badly. Took me 30 minutes of getting it off with just water on a rag and drying towel. Be careful if you try the Counter Cleaner on a large countertop. Not worth the work.
My teacher bought some scent from yall website coastal sunset is the name of the spray and my nose is burning and my nose is hurting so bad after she sprayed it
I like Scentsy and have friends who sell it... But recently I had a rep. Contact me to do a order trade with her! She said she wanted order Modere Trim from me. So My stupid butt was like ok! So I bought 2 Scentsy Buddies from her... Then I am sitting there waiting for her to order then she sends me this big huge voicemail telling me IT will take her awhile to look and the information on the Modere Trim and doesn't make decisions right away? Seriously! SO with this being said I will never agree to do a Order trade with your reps or any other Direct Sales Reps ever! I dont even want these buddies no more. I want to send them back and get my money back
Just received my first electric warmer, glimmer and glow. The product looks nice but the power lead lets it down, It is just 5ft including the plug so it limits where it can be put.

I make my own waxmelts for myself and family. I decided to see what all the hype was about. I ordered 6 bars and they all smelled great cold. Put them in the warmer and one chunck did nothing much, put 2 in and got a pretty good smell... For a couple hours if even. I'll continue to make mine and save the money. Mine definitely last a lot longer
I purchased $124 order from Scentsy that I never received. The consultant will not respond to me and when I called Scentsy they weren't much help either. My money was stolen from me and I plan to file a police report.
