Scentsy

I ordered a replacement dish on the website. There are no sizes listed on the website, so I also sent an email at the same time to request that the dish was a certain size. When the order arrived, the dish was wrong. Three emails, two phone calls, and a text to the rep and I finally got a hold of someone. Couldn't tell me the size of any of the dishes or credit me for the wrong dish, even though all this could have been prevented had someone at Scentsy returned my email.

I purchased the liquid laundry detergent and while I found the fragrance to be very pleasant it did not clean the very basic stains from my clothes and was the most expensive detergent I have ever purchased! I also purchased the hanging car deodorizors and the fragrance lasted less than a week. At $5 per deodorizor this was totally unacceptable. This company is selling people a substandard product for an expensive price! I would never purchase anything from them!

I have been buying Scentsy for about 5 years now, and I have never had any issues. I have recently became a Scentsy independent Consultant. I am TRUELY sorry for anyone who has dealt with a bad Consultant. I can assure you that the issues you have had will not happen with me. I'd like to ask you to give Scentsy another chance. If you have any issues I will correct them because my goal is to have you as repeat customers. It's my goal to serve you as quickly and professionally as possible because I want you as my repeat customer. I like scentsy I like the scents and warmers, but as soon as you like something they discontinue everything you like. One of my neices broke my artichoke warmer I just got, and of course discontinued, and I can't buy it again, I fell in love with mulberry discontinued.

This company is a terrible company. They bully the people that sell their products and threaten to sue anyone who tries to sell the crappy products they buy. I purchased several warmers ad decided to get rid of them and use another better quality brand and as a result I am threatened with lawsuits by Nancy McLinn. This company is located in Meridian, ID and they act like and treat people like they are from California not Idaho. The products are substandard and generally get to hot to use around kids and are unsafe. There warmers are not safe around KIDS or Pets.

I purchased $130.50 for Scentsy bars and they don't last more than a day! I have 3 burners in my small apartment and you can't smell them. Will never buy again! It would be nice to get a refund!

I just bought the scentsy soak in prickly pear agave, and I opened it to smell it, it smells nice, so i went to reclose the ziplock resealable bag and it would not Zip closed. I ended up jabbering to put it in Nother zilch bag of my own and everyone I go to get it out some of the bath sales have spoiled it on the outer duplicate bag and get all over my hands and sometimes falls on the bathroom floor. It's annoying. Packaging sux!

Their scents are great, not too strong and fill up a room nicely. Love that there is no smoke. I must have the best Host, Jessica DuPont as I have never had any issues, she is the best!

I have a stolen package and it's been proven to have been stolen by UPS and the guy Ryan M at scentsy has informed me that they will NOT refund my money or resend out the package. Was a constulant for almost 7 years but I'm done and won't go back. I don't recommend any of the product it's way pricey and the scents don't last long at all. Glad I'm done. Just wish SCENTSY would do the right thing and give me my PACKAGE or MONEY BACK.

I purchase three cans of Scentsy Room Spray and I absolutely loved the scent. But there is something definitely wrong with the way it sprays out. It shouldn't be an effort to spray a room. It's doesn't spray as a mist but rather like little streams (be aware of spraying near mirrors or furniture, it makes a mess) when you're done spraying you are left with the oily spray all over your fingers. I've had these for about four months and the cans are still over half full because I simply stop using them and went back to my B&BW room spray. Also I purchase the fragrance bathroom cleaner. Again, I loved the smell but the product sprayed out in uneven clumps which means it went places that I wasn't aiming at. So needless to say it wasn't long before it was gone. I tried to use a spray nozzle from another bottle of cleaner but it wouldn't fit.
Bottom line the Scentsy Has A Very Nice Smell but the Design Of Dispensing The Product Is All Wrong.

Look closely at the picture below on the desk you will see what looks like little oil droppings. I didn't spray it over the desk but some of the oil landed on it.

I ordered the fall blocks that just came out and they don't smell at all. I just called customer service and the lady was so rude. I will never order from the again.

I never tried Scentsy because I would only buy Yankee Candles due to the reputation and cozy smells. I gave Scentsy a try based on a friends highly satisfied review and experience of the product and brand they trusted & tried. Paige Kelley a new Scentsy consultant is who assisted me when I told her what I wanted my house, kids clothes and all around house odors to eliminate and I will say, she was spot on! I told her I would love my house to smell like a vacation and she recommended the most perfect wax to make my home/office smell like I was in San Diego. I told her I wanted my grandson to sleep well so his mom (my daughter) could also sleep well, she sent me samples of all of the calm baby smells that helped put my grandson to sleep so she could have free time and relax. What an amazing product to share with loved ones. Smells for every season, occasion and need. Thank you Paige Kelley in Virginia Beach, Virginia for the best representative I have ever had the pleasure to do business with and for really taking the Scentsy brand to the level and quality of product I wish to invest in!
