I've been using Scentsy for years but I've just about had it with the customer service. I guess I'll go back to scentsationals at Walmart or yankee candles. They tell you they have a life warranty on the warmers I've had two warmers go out on me they did not replace they are full of it after my first email they stopped responding totally upset
Tip for consumers:
The direct customer service is awful they don’t want to deal they just tell you reach out to a rep and the rep tells you talk directly to customer service smh

They say if somethings wrong they will correct it but the few times I’ve had an incident customer service was not great
