You stay on the phone for almost an hour and no one comes to assist you. Ships wrong stuff and customer service has no clue on how prices of items are sold. This company is not honest in keeping their word on price adjustments. What a shame.
Absolutely horrible and disappointing Service. I have ordered couple of items that were supposed to be delivered by Christmas just to find out after the holidays that those never shipped as they were not in stock.
I was sold 2 Soft tex pillows, promising they would always be cooling. Their was nothing cool about them. Then they tried to charge me for returning their product that didn't live up to what was promised. Wording about what your paying shipping of $9.95 for is vague as well. Turns out it's for future free shipping. Keep fighting them if you have any problems. I got the shipping fee dismissed after half an hour in chat and the free return.
I've never had a problem with this site. As a matter of fact, I've been an active member for a few years now. I always pay for the unlimited shipping because I'm always purchasing one or two things every other week. I love how organized the site is and how you can easily filter and save your preferences. Def makes a quicker shopping experience with just and click, purchase, and done. Wonderful place to shop, my first go to before other online sites.
I cannot speak for everyone but this was my experience. Ordered a pair of True Religion Jeans that turned out to be fake. I went on the True Religion website to check if this style even existed found no match. Wish I had reviews before purchasing anything. Haven't tried to return them I hope they don't give me a hard time.
Terrible experience! I finally were connected after 30 mins hold on line. This black woman was not speaking a word or greeting after she picked up the phone for about another 5 mins. She is completely in a phased out mode after I said my request then I had to repeat because she did not get it. She hanged up on me before I even finished! She should be fired! Will never return to shop again. Go bankrupt soon.
Ordered a messaging device that was advertised on Access On TV 80% off. Supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. Called today to find out they didn't have enough to cover all of the orders. NO notification in any way. Just a ploy to get you on their mailing address so they can send you a billion ads. Don't trust this site! They suck!
I gave an extremely poor review earlier this week for this site. The next day I received a phone call from Ruelala about my complaint. This company went over and above what they needed to do to resolve the situation I was in. My daughter not only received her gown for the ball this weekend they also gave her some beautiful earrings to go with it. There are two very special guardian angels I want to thank so much! I've been ordering for weeks and each time my order gets cancelled. I speak with customer service and they assure someone will call back in 1-2 business days. I never got a call back. Just thousand of dollars tied into the account and items that I'll never get. BEWARE
I purchased a YSL handbag from them. The item was posted as final sale, and arrived looking kinda strange but I trusted them as I purchased other items before and they seemed to be good. 2 months later I still have some doubt about the YSL bag so I had it authenticated. Turn out it was a fake bag. Since it already passed their 30 days return time frame, of course they refused to refund me the money. I had to submit a claim to my credit card bank and still waiting... dont know if i'll ever get my money back. People, stay away from rue la la
Someone at work recommended your site so I went ahead ordered the beach ball just received yesterday... it's fake thank God I only ordered one item originally had six items in my cart... Sorry I did not read the reviews before purchasing... hopefully I can protect the next buyer.
Horrible service! I'm from Canada. I was so excited to see no duty fees on my order, when I was shopping. I ordered clothes for $1200. Delivery was nice and smooth. I wanted to return one item out five I ordered.
Guess what, I can't do it! All these items are Final sale! It was no sign on their website about Final sale! I found it out with the packing slip they sent me with my order!
How can it be more ridiculous then that! What you do to Canadian customers is unacceptable! There is no phone number to call from Canada, only email address, which I use for my multiple emails, and keep receiving the same answer with your stupid apologies!

I ordered luggage that was shown on the Wendy Williams Show but it went through RueLaLa. After a few days of not receiving a confirmation I called and was told by their customer service that there was no such order. I just checked the reviews and so far, it looks as if it's close to 100% negative.

I have shopped with Rue La La a lot over the past year and had no issues until Dec 18 2017. They sent the correct shoe but two diff sizes not once but TWICE! Then wanted to charge my account additionally to send correct size shoe and then comfort me by saying that I would get refund in 7-10 business days! Customer service is not all that great and I have no clue how the same issue happened twice. They sent a size 36 and 39 then on another attempt size 37 and 39. Terrible. Dont shop with them! Save your disappointment
I've ordered a lot of items from Rue, but the last order - nothing worked. I had to send it all back. I was very disappointed. The customer service reps were very nice and they sent me the shipping labels, but they received my returns 2 days ago and I haven't seen a credit. I've always found it interesting that they can take your funds right away, but it takes up to 10 days to put them back. I will give an update as to my refund and see if the stars go up, down, or stay the same.
So three packages out of 150+ orders were missing, they disqualified my address where is the safest place in the US. I contacted them for over 10 times, each time they asked me to wait for 3-5 days for over 2 months. Horrible customers service really. They said they would refund me but I have never received my money back. When I was trying to ask them more questions, they shut down the chart and stopped replying me lol.

I made a purchase of a YSL optical sunglasses, am a regular customer for how many purchases i made already in the past, but just with this recent purchase that i found out that is defective(feels like a fake one), so after 3 days I requested a return for that reason, and it made really mad and disappointed for they have no intention to refund me, they even said that the item is labeled as "final sale" and too many excuses after that, and mostly their replies are formatted not sincerely expressed. You guys, don't buy from this online store/site again and do not wish to experience the same.
Interesting to see such negative comments about the site. I usually make at least a couple of dozen purchases from there a year. Mostly clothing and brands such as Timberland, Brooks Brothers, ASICS, Sorel, just to name a few.
A couple of purchases of higher quality wines. Four bottles for $100, when they are $200 at the store is difficult to say is a bad deal.
Most of the negative comments did revolve around jewelry and I have bought watches from them in the past and everything worked out well for us.
Overall, I would say give it a try and find out for yourself.
I used to be a fan of this website, and used to buy some great stuff here. Luxury accessories, clothes, etc. At some point, their blunders with all the crap they brought on that no one bought must have added up so much in their inventory that they are not limited in what great deals they can bring. Their "sales" and "luxe picks" and "steals" are all leftover, ugly crap that I see over and over again of unwanted items and brands. Meanwhile, they have picked up some shady practices to try to increase sales, with final sales no return policy, inability to categorize properly, which they may have thought would increase visibility on other unrelated, unwanted products (it must help with sales!), etc. The end result is a dysfunctional, unimpressive, borderline lying company with craps to sell and an unreliable customer service, let alone a company vision. This one is unfortunately toast, move on to something else.
RueLaLa advertised a name brand watch (Invicta) that retails for $795 but you can have it for $69. Check Invicta's website and the exact same watch lists retail for $109. The chat person told me RueLaLa uses prices that the retailer tells them what the item lists for. Caveat emptor, buyer be ware. I was not now I have to pay for the return shipping. When I tried to cancel the order they said it already shipped. I received an email the order shipped a couple days after the date they quoted me. Stay away from this seller
