Is Air cover only a joke? I had continuous failed host guarantee claims that I could not get compensated when damages happened! Reps handling claims are ridiculously unprofessional. They are finding excuses as much as possible just so they don't pay me. As ridiculous as it sounds, they are not following any terms or conditions of the policy. In one case, the rep told me I passed 14 days filing deadline by counting hours from guest check out without even confirming the actual check out time! Even later after I informed him guest had a late check out, this rep is not doing any investigating or changed any his decision a bit. The communication is in void, a big time waster for the host accompanied by frustration. In another claim, room wall and floor had damages. I spent a lot of time collecting all documents required. I called in contractor to do an estimate. Airbnb said they might send their third party to do a valuation but they never did and directly declined the claim! I even received a warning for file the claim! One more case, I was stolen by one guest. But after wasting ton of time to collect required police reports. Airbnb declined my claim anyway. I was never paid when theft and damages happened. I asked certain security deposit for these strangers to stay at my home. None were ever used to compensate when loss happened. Will sue to get compensated!

Selection is ok. Very bad search filter. Never improved through years. Rude customer service/attitude. They won't even allow price adjustment or cancellation even before order was shipped

Living in the city, I dont have a car. So I use Uber a lot. It's only a couple of dollars each trip more than Lyft. The difference can be neglected that it can save me so much headache later! I was so much disgusted last few times experience by Lyft customer service not taking any responsibility on any issues when happened. I have given Lyft multiple tries. It really sucks. All they care is grab my trip money and run! On the contrary: Uber customer service is very responsive, fast and always taking care of customers for a good experience!
Once I lost/forgot my leather gloves on the car. After the trip at home I messaged Lyft customer service for help. They are cold and not helpful. Not taking any responsibilities.
Second time, me and my friend called a shared Lyft from JFK to Manhattan. I live midtown and she lives up east so it's on the way. However, Lyft matched us with a guy living in Jersey city and to drop him off all the way in NJ first! Oh My... It obviously is a bad route. The detour wasted us so much extra time in the car but not saving on cost! It only fattened the driver and company's wallet by picking up passengers up from the same spot.
Third time, It is the worst experience. I decided I had enough. I will forever ban this company from my life! I am really angry after hours long 4,5 times transferred to different reps repeating myself the incident and multiple emails later. Both reps replied after 24 hours are only a copied terms and conditions the company takes zero responsibility or insurance for the users (including driver and passenger). Imagine if I was in bigger danger or damages. I can not risk it. The incident was I have a shoulder injury, the driver damaged my large box of grocery. He carelessly dropped it to the floor. My trip was extended double time due to the incident. The grocery are spoiled due to the delay. My back was also hurt because the driver unwilling offering a hand. Neither the driver or the company offered any good gesture or even an apology

Terrible experience! I finally were connected after 30 mins hold on line. This black woman was not speaking a word or greeting after she picked up the phone for about another 5 mins. She is completely in a phased out mode after I said my request then I had to repeat because she did not get it. She hanged up on me before I even finished! She should be fired! Will never return to shop again. Go bankrupt soon.

Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude handling customer complaints or any problems in general. Be aware there is no customer phone number. Everything is through online chat or email. They are just like thieves stealing customer's money and run. Very unprofessional. Never received any formal confirmation emails or reminder from them for my order. They purposefully hope you just forget you had a subscription so they continue to charge your card. It will take forever they will never refund you or do anything to help. Their products taste awful compare to other brands I tried. STAY AWAY!

I downloaded its app from our company email. Once I installed the app, I receive tons of notification of leads reminder per day. I paid for 6 leads. All fake leads except 1 lead that woman was in a hurry to tell me she is not interested to hire an agent. Not only did I wasted my valuable time to call and email these FAKE leads. I noticed whenever I take a new lead, the setschedule representative call me immediately with crappy phone signals. But it doesnt mean anything or any valuable information they provide! And it doesn't matter whatever feedback I provided them, every time I told them no one answers or reply that lead, I never heard back from them. WHAT THE HECK IS THE POINT OF CALLING YOUR CUSTOMERS?! No complaint or survey I provided in their app had ANY feedback ever. Zero. This is a $#*!TY SCAM company. All they want is your money! You will not only waste your time and money with them! STAY AWAY!

I placed a wrong order online and wanted a return. It is a simple return request. It took me 3 weeks back and forth messages and calls with customer service. They wasted me so much time and energy. Still they don't have a resolution for me! On going... What a moron company! Why you make it so difficult! They just want me to pick it up and send it back in person to a store. But not everyone live close to a store or have the time to do it. It is a big heavy box! Why is it so hard for you to provide a shipping label and pick up? It is simply STUPIDITY!

Let's first start by saying nowadays when a lot of shopping sites competing for customers' business, this site is still charging $9 even you buy hundreds of dollars. Because only 1 code allowed at the time, if you use any promotion code then you can not get free shipping any more. It's kind of nickel and dime customer and I can see why it attracts less people to shop there. I believe not many returning customers for this reason. Also good luck returning your order with your own shipping and not getting a refund for a long time until you follow by calling multiple times. It all happened with me.

Secondly, they have very poor customer service. Final sale can not be returned even for credit. No courtesy.

They are losing customers and running sales like crazy everyday. When you actually logged in, you find the sales are all left over or run out of sizes. A lot of items I saw them on the site hanging for years regardless deep discount.

Never coming back to shop here even it's 90% off or encourage anyone else to buy from here.
