Ruelala has terrible customer service that gives you the run around and gives answers to questions you don't ask all while skirting the issue you're complaining about. Also, they are super slow in shipping items. I've had purchases take two months to arrive. I thought these were "one-offs" but it seems pretty standard practice for them to take their sweet time. More hassle than it's worth
I have had issues come up with purchases now and again. Each time I dread going to their customer service because I know I'll get the same none-answer and no resolution to the problem. Then, when I really get angry, they will try to pacify me by throwing a $5 credit my way. I've given it a pass because the issues were minor but I should have listened to my gut and stayed away from this company. Now, they are not delivering on what they promised and it looks like I'm out $100. Worse, the emails they send back imply that I'm the one to blame - not them. What a despicable company.
Item didn't turn up even though they stated delivered. Have kept me hanging on for a refund for 6 weeks now. Need to be reported as scammers!
Lots of strange charges to places around LA, California (where we are not residing or visiting) after placing an order on RueLaLa. Do not buy from them. SCAM. Whether I get my merchandise or not, I will not use them again. Poshmark has no problems, ebay had no problems... RueLaLa is a RUSE...
Horrible customer service. Charges you, never ships product and reuses to give money back tells you keep waiting - three weeks! Uses your money to float their bank account.
I make an order and arrive very quickly actually i call and then help me wt my wrong address before delivery great customer service
Wish I'd read the reviews of others before I ordered from Rue La La which has been a total waste of time and money. Very slow & inefficient and the so-called customer service link is useless - they just lie. In the end I've received something that did not arrive in time, is not what I wanted, and cannot be returned. The whole experience has been horrendous - stay clear!
I'm disappointed to see products on their site that are found elsewhere cheaper.
They have a toy targeting game that they claim is worth $300. They sell it for $50.
" Shooting Game Toy for Age 6, 7, 8,9,10+ Years Old Kids, Boys - 2pk Air Guns & Shooting Target"
I bought it on amazon for $30.
I can't trust their marketing anymore.
Please be careful with this website. They sent me a damaged or defective ysl sandals. I tried to at least exchange it and they refused it. After one wear logo came off, and I have a same pair in brown for 2 years now and this never happened. They are scamming people
They sell fake. If you go do more research you will know I am not the only purchased fake good. There is great amount of people purchased fake. The worst case is the one I brought was new. I only found out now that I try to resell it. Don't be fool like. Used a fake bag for a couple years.
I purchased 2 Thairapy 365 blowdryers from Ruelala and what I received were incomparable to the one I currently have. The ones from Ruelala are FAKE! They were heavy, noisy, without infrared light for scalp and folicle therapy! Do not buy from this site!
It's been a months since they got they item I purchased back and still no refund, I called 3 times each time I was told that they see the item was received and they will do a manual return, 3 times the same story and still no refund.
We purchase a lot of clothing from RueLaLa. But, we had a horrible experience buying neckless. We purchased 4 gold neckless for over $10K. We were very careful on refunding 2 since the size was not what we wanted. We called RueLala after a month because we did not get any of the refunds for the 2 that we sent back. They sent the case to another of their division. They follow up with a call back saying that the neckless went to the vendor and they have received. However, we should wait a bit longer to receive the refund. After 6 months and numerous call they ended the case by saying that they never received the boxes. At the end they claimed that we never sent it back. What a ripoff... if they misplaced or one of their employee stole the neckless, they should take responsibility. We lost over $5K.
Got a wrong size jacket. One rep told me either it was a mistake or when ran out of the size and sent me another size. Whattt? They offered a $50 credit for the inconvenience. Yeah i will shop there really soon. What a waste of time spending on phone for unhelpful responses.
I ordered a product from this site as a gift. It has three shipping options. I picked over night because i needed it fast, the site said one day and then i received an email that said 3 days later. That isn't overnight. It arrived in the same time as regular shipping and they would not refund me the difference. If you want to be scammed order from them.
Why would anyone try to find the brands I like, when only way to search for clothing is to become a subscriber to the site. I do not add apps to my phone just to search a site...0 out of 10 stars
I put 2 items in my cart; but I can't check out. I'm trapped in an infinite loop by coding bugs. I even reset my PayPal (Canada?) account when I got forced there, but I really just wanted to use my Mastercard. But no such luck. I suspected I would "rue" the hours I just spent trying to get this site to work. I'm fed up with trying to get it to recognize the 14-character password I gave it (with confirmation!). Many seem to agree they're not at alpha-version yet, neither code nor customer service interactions. Good luck! I sha'n't be back for a (long) while.
They sent the wrong order, and my item is now out of stock. To add salt to the injury, I must be inconvenienced by re-boxing the wrong order and taking it to a FedEx store before Ruelala will even give my money back. I will never shop there again.
I purchased a pair of Cristian Louboutin shoes (picture attached) for my niece and they're not the right size. High end shoes with a high end price that you would think they would do anything possible to make this customer happy. All I was wanting to do was exchange them for a larger size. Not a return just an exchange. My niece just lost her mom and I lost my sister and to honour her and lift my niece's spirits a bit was the reason for doing this. After a long response to my exchange request it was returned with a very short, curt, response saying that all sales were final. Disgusted with the level of service I received and very clearly told them that this review would not be a positive one. Sure it's a "discount" site but cmon! Bottom line is please don't waste your time on these scumbags. They will take your money and leave you hanging. They are on the same level as the scammers in Mumbai telling you that your internet security has been compromised and you have to pay them in Target gift cards. Not even worthy of a star. If there were negative stars they would get a few of them. Stay away! Now my niece has a pair of beautiful shoes she cannot wear and is now faced with having to try to sell them on her own you get the ones she can wear. Very disappointing
I purchased a Christian Louboutin sneaker from them on Jan 23. After wearing it twice, the CL Paris label fell off. I went to the CL store and asked for suggestions on which repair shop I can use. The store told me the sneaker is fake. So I called Ruelala. They told me it's over their 90 days warranty and there is nothing they can do (now is July). Lesson learned... this site sells fake goods. I spent about $800 plus tax, I should just buy it from Neiman and pay $200 more for a real one. Don't buy from them!
Answer: If you go on the pandora.net website (their official website) you can search authorized online retailers. Rue La La is listed. They are real charms :)
