This place always has great clothes and many stiles. The workers are always welcoming and helpful. Definitely would recommend.
Never welcomed, never never anyone to help open the door to the dressing room! Love clothes but because of the service, I'm never coming back!

I love going around to visit and shop the Rue21 stores. I myself worked clothing retail for many years. Today though, I didn't have a pleasant experience at the Burley Rue 21 store. I love to be greeted at stores, promptly, and with a pleasant attitude. That definitely wasn't what I received today. The associates, a burnette woman and young man, were busy on the person phones and made me feel totally unwelcome! The previous times I have been in the store, I have been immediately greeted and made to feel welcome by blond women. I felt that this issued needed to be brought to your attention.

I bought a hoodie from them & wore it one day to get poked by surprise, there was a sewing needle in the hoodie by the neck.
I got a charger and by the end of the damm day it didn't work and I did nothing wrong to it stupid cheap charger that was 10.00 for nothing
The rue 21 in guntersville Al is the cleanest store I've been in in a long time. The employee were amazing and wonderful!
First off I want to say I've always enjoyed shopping at Rue online and instore. Recently I placed an order for two pairs of shoes which I was sure I listed my entire address correctly when purchasing but apparently only my street name showed on the order without the address numbers. The item was shipped via UPS who then sent it to my local post office for pick up according to the USPS app. I contacted Rue customer service who verified as well as my local post office to confirm. I went today for pick up and apparently they sent it back to Rue's warehouse due to no address number. I called customer service where to notify them who then said no its at USPS I even had the rep speak with the employee at the post office to confirm the package was being sent back. As a customer it was very frustrating to hear the clerk at the post office tell the Rue representative that the package should have never been sent out from the warehouse without the a bldg number, address number or apt number since carriers can not hold packages. I asked the Rue 21 rep if she can redeliver my package and possibly expedite with the correct address number she stated they cannot. I would have to call back on Friday and they "would see" if the warehouse could resend since it is based on "warehouse discretion" not sure what that meant. If they couldn't resend my order would be refunded to my card 7-10 days after they receive my order back. I advised her that I have spent quite a bit of time trying to track my package with both Rue 21 customer service and the post office only to call back on Friday for a "possible re delivery?." I then asked for a manager the rep asked me to hold and after a few seconds told me a manager was unavailable and could call me back in a "couple days" since she was currently dealing with another customer. I understand from working in customer service myself that a manager is not always readily available but a "couple days" regarding an order issue just didn't seem right and has me concerned as a customer how many dissatisfied customers you have if it takes a couple days. Frustrated with this whole online order experience also the lack of customer service.
Rue21 FAVORITE word is we are not responsible, people don't even waist your time with this cereal box company they are full of excuses.
I'd like to share my experience with a picture... Rue21 is a store we would visit weekly. We've since moved and had to do our shopping online. Here's our very first time experience with online Rue shopping experience: We ordered such a simple order of:
2- #rue (Mens Cologne)
2- CJ Black Cologne (Mens Cologne)
My husband's order arrived with 4 varieties of ladies fragrances:
1- Blush (Lady Fragrance)
1- Revert eco (Lady Fragrance)
1- #rue (Lady Fragrance)
1- Pink Ice (Lady Fragrance)
We found the customer line and my husband politely explained on the phone that Rue21 didn't receive anything he paid for. Basically, Rue took our money, didn't send even one single item he purchased and then told him that he would have to make their mistake corrected?! The young woman on the phone was very polite and explained that she had to put us on hold twice to get the issue resolved with her superiors and they said, "Sorry! Return the package. Once we have it back, we'll make this right." We have 3 options: 1) Re-order the correct purchase at full price and wait for a new package to potentially be messed up again. 2) Accept the original order and never purchase online because it was so royally screwed we probably won't trust it again... or 3) We "can" send back the package with the free shipping label that STILL has not been emailed to him.
Overall, this has been a horrible first purchase experience with Rue's website and I don't think we will make purchases from the store when we come across one anymore either. We didn't feel like our transaction was honored or that our experience mattered to the company. I thought we would be taken more seriously, and we were dealt with callously.
I'm also really disappointed because we have loved shopping Rue21 every week when we lived close to one. I'm not sure we ever left the store without purchasing a dozen items every time! Now we don't live near a Rue21 location that isn't out of the way for us, but this experience has made us really not want to ever shop the store ever again! We don't want to support a business that treats us this way.
I will make changes to this review in the event that Rue21 comes through for us and resolves this issue in an agreeable manner. Otherwise, we're taking our money elsewhere!
I worked for Rue 21 for 8yrs throughtout a 10yr span. I started working in a totally different district and it was the absolute worst district i worked in with the company. I got a call at Rue21 while i was at work one day, asking did i want to travel to another store to help them out, i agreed and went that following Sunday, May 02,2015. Its now first of Sept. And i quit the company little over a month ago and i still have yet to receive my expense check for traveling to the other store that i was asked too. The reason is cause of the District Manager at the time didnt do her job, and personally she doesnt know who job that well. Me and her had words several times and she once told me some off the wall crap, so that night i read the entire policy and procedure book and come to find out I was correct and the District Manager was wrong. I've been on the phone with corporate all morning trying to find out where my check is and i've just been getting the run around absoultly the worst District (Company) I've ever experienced. It's a joke. Rue21 I need my money today and i dont wanna hear no crap. Sick of getting the run around. It's not even about the money its the principle of the fact that the District Manager is a complete $#*! and asked me to go help another store for her, but yet she didn't do my expense report that is her responsiblity. It's unfortunate that the District Manager left this District, cause she would get a ear full from me or she could make it right today. Not waiting any longer. It ends today!
From a customer point of view. Yes the stores are to packed. Looks like a dig store the company does not have good control with shipping and filling the stores properly but they will learn hopefully.
Answer: Be careful. I ordered from them and never received. My items. Their response. So what. They never even looked into it. If they haven't charged you, call your bank and hold the money. They are horrible. Good luck.
Answer: Well I'm assuming it would take 1 business day. It'll prob take longer and they'll lie to you that it's on it's way when on the carrier website you can see it's not. Customer service is really bad in general but don't expect your stuff to arrive quickly even if u do 1 day shipping, it can arrive like weeks later
