I ordered clothes from rue21 July 3rd, 2016, they shipped off the 6th, with a delivery date of the 9th. Today is now July 14 and I still have not got my order. Does anyone know when I can actually get my order? I emailed UPS, and rue21, but they are so unhelpful.
