Question:

Why does shipping take so long? I ordered 7 days ago and my order is still processing. I spoke to a customer service rep but he was no help, whatsoever. Rue 21 should be more truthful, hire better/more workers, and stop giving people the run around. It's very disrespectful to play with peoples' money.

Answer:
Be careful. I ordered from them and never received. My items. Their response. So what. They never even looked into it. If they haven't charged you, call your bank and hold the money. They are horrible. Good luck.

How long will the "processing" take when I payed for 1 day shipping?

Answer:
Well I'm assuming it would take 1 business day. It'll prob take longer and they'll lie to you that it's on it's way when on the carrier website you can see it's not. Customer service is really bad in general but don't expect your stuff to arrive quickly even if u do 1 day shipping, it can arrive like weeks later

It depends, your size isn't only based on height but weight so this person can be 5'0 or 5'7

Had a worst experience with Rue 21. Had ordered 4 items online of which I did not get 1 item and among the other 3, two items were not which I ordered. So contacted customer care, who told me to return the wrong items and promised me refund for the missing item. But I did not get the refund for any, even after returning the wrong items. After several calls to customer care I somehow managed to get the refund for just 1 missing item. For the wrong items which I returned them, I never got refund. Every time I call customer care, they say they have issued a refund now, but of no use. I dont know whom to contact now

Is this something that can be taken up with the better business bureau cuz best believe if I don't get the stuff I ordered on the 25th all hell is going to break loose cuz I don't play with my money. And I wouldn't have thought the rue 21 would have so many issues with getting items shipped to their customers. It's quite a big name.Wish I would have read these before I ordered. I already called customer service to see when my order is going to be done processing he said it should be by tomorrow. Sooo if it's not then Friday I'm getting a refund and going elsewhere with my money

Who is rue21's carrier? Like when you order a package who is delivering it?

Answer:
If it is standard, expedited or overnight shipping it is UPS but they usually transfer it to USPS. If it is a ship to store it is shipped with FedEx.

Question:

I ordered clothes from rue21 July 3rd, 2016, they shipped off the 6th, with a delivery date of the 9th. Today is now July 14 and I still have not got my order. Does anyone know when I can actually get my order? I emailed UPS, and rue21, but they are so unhelpful.

Were are your clothes made.

Answer:
I am not sure, but reading from these reviews I feel like they're made in China. Great price, crappy quality, probably China...

Question:

If a sign says "up to 60% off entire store" and a seconds sign says " yes we mean everything" shouldn't that mean that any item you pick up should have some where between 1% up to 60% off. But that was not the case at the speedway Indianapolis store. The cashier told me that "0" is a number too. I explained to him that zero is nothing off. He agreed and I got nothing off until I agreed to purchase another item. Such a play on all of us

They are horrible. Stay away. Bunch of crooks. I would take my money somewhere else.
