So me and my friends had a fashion emergency and Jessica (the store manager) was so nice understanding and very helpful. Also the store selection was amazing so much cute stuff for good prices. 10/10 would recommend. I don't understand why they get bad reviews.

Went into rue21 in deerpark horrible service no one greeted or helped me they all stood around talking and going about their business me and my daughter left never again. The manager Candice didn't say a word just followed us around the store like thieves in the night

This store just sucks in general! I like the clothes but hated going in to the store, so I would order online and have it shipped to me to avoid going there (Omaha store) now they have made it where you can order online and pick up in store only! I'll be canceling my credit card with them and finding some where else to shop!

So I order about 50 dollars worth of clothes maybe 2 weeks ago. I got no email confirmation saying it's delivered but I was told through the website that it was. Then when I call the number it no longer exist. I can't track it because the tracking site DOES NOT WORK. Is it even possible to get a refund or should I wait it out to see if maybe all my things will show up. Honestly I JUST WANT ALL MY ITEMS

I would not give them my phone number at checkout to track my purchases with and they refused to give me a receipt as a result saying I couldn't return merchandise if I didn't give them my phone number. I didn't want to return, I just wanted my receipt. They refused to give in.

So excited to order a package from rue21 since their prices are so good and they have some of the latest trends for their products. The colored pants I got were only $20 which is amazing, the fit and the quality were great too! I got so many new pieces for spring and so excited to wear them!

I ordered a sweater a couple of weeks back, I never recieved notice anything had shipped, after 2 weeks of no word, I went on their website to track down my order, it said it was delivered 2 days ago, it wasn't. Called customer service & was told what I seen on the website, again NO I never received my friggen sweater... so far I've called Fedex,. Rue21, & card i paid with... so yeah not too happy

There sales are $#*! and everything is over priced I bought a pair of joggers and it was 38 dollars and the sell was buy 1 get 10 off another pair- the joggers aren't even worth 38 dollars they look like they were made by Wal-Mart.

I was at store 2635, Osceola Park, I went in at 7:57 today, Tuesday, August 8,2023. I am a frequent customer and I always buy, I never stare. They told me to leave the things I was going to buy because they were already going to close, it was 8:00, I think attending me for 10 more minutes was a lot of trouble

I bought about 67 worth of cloths from that site. Went to check out and I was cliking a something at the bottom after I wasent sure if it went trough or not, so I kept clinking the button. The more I clicked, the more times I was ordering the same things to my bag. Beware of that button at the bottom do not click it, it`s a trap. Once you have placed your order close the site and wait for your order. Unless they`ve scamed you.

The outlet store on International Drive in Orlando is run by filthy trash. One guy reeked so badly that you could smell him from 6 feet away. I had to leave because his stench got into my mask. The very overweight female employees have their guts hanging out of their clothes with their stretch marks and body hair showing. One underage employee didn't have enough shirt on to totally cover her bra (also had her fat gut showing). The employees at the Rue21 in my city don't dress like this. We left and went to Forever 21 and H&M instead.

I placed an online order on October 21 and it has been processing for two weeks now. I have contacted customer service several times and have heard nothing but generic, copy and paste responses as to why processing was taking so long. Just today they "partially sent" my order even though I was told that all of my items were accounted for and ready to ship. To make matters worse I was charged more than the original total at checkout even though processing took over two weeks and three of my items will be "shipped at a later date." Looks like I'll have to file a dispute with my bank if my money is not returned. This is ridiculous and I will never shop at Rue21 again. Worst shipping experience I've ever had.

Wish I'd have read some of these reviews before purchasing online - or attempting to. They shipped me someone else's $20.00 crap order after I'd spent $140. Shipped wrong items back and a week later still have not received a refund or been contacted as I was told I would be after the items were returned. Terrible customer service - can't understand any of the representatives I've spoken to and then get treated rudely because THEY speak terrible English - but that's what you get when you outsource your service to another country. Don't buy from these jokers.

I placed an order and spent a significant amount of money. My order said it was delivered by the post office who has access to my mailbox but I never received it. I called and emailed customer service and both of them pretty much were like "oh well" so they got my money. I didn't have anything but an unpleasant experience. This is my first and last time shopping with them. Anytime I've ever purchased from ANYWHERE if the package was stolen or missing I was always sent a replacement order. Rue 21 absolutely will not and I don't like that. They're a business and their parcels should be insured

OMG! The worst service you could possibly get. First from the store associates who are children and have no customer service interpersonal skills of what so ever! Next from the corporate headquarter managers, who could care less about you or your order since they obviously are making way to much money and don't need new ones. I will not be ordering from this retailer again. And I would recommend getting your merchandise from somewhere else where your treated with respect and valued as a customer..
