I purchased two pair of shoes from the after thanksgiving sale. When my order arrives it is only one pair of shoes and a pair of socks with dog faces on them. I called and told the rep what had happened and she told me that they could only refund my money but not ship me the product and charge me regular price for the shoe which was $35 instead of $15. I explained that my receipt in the box showed two pair of shoes and that I felt like I was bamboozled by them being that I had a pair of socks in the place of shoes. She didn't care just said she wound issue a refund. Never again will I order from them

I have spent over $90 in stores while on a trip to Vegas and it was good. I earned $40 in rue bucks that I could redeem online or in store, great. I went online because living in Hawaii, there is no store I could go to. I soon figured out that in order to redeem my $40 my purchase had to be $80 or more. Okay so I proceeded to make a purchase over $80 and I even went over $90 because there is a $50 minimum for free shipping. Little did I realize that they do not even ship to Hawaii or Alaska and so there is no way for me to redeem my rue bucks which expire in 3 days. Customer service was not helpful because of the time difference and after reading the other reviews about missing items and scams I think I am just gonna let the rue bucks expire because it is not even worth it.

My order was supposed to come in on December 5,2019. I received the shipping confirmation number however, UPS never updated that it had shipped. So on December 5,2019. I reached out to Rue21 and they told me to wait the 10 days. I contacted UPS and they said they didn't know where the package was. So now Rue21 said all they can do is marked the package as stolen and refund me my money. The sad part is I got a really good deal on the promotion they had and I cannot get the same promotion again because they're "sold out"!

Soooo slow! The slowest online shoooig/receiving on the market! It'll be 2 weeks ago I ordered and it's finally almost here! Also there are a few items I've had tried ordering before that were out of stock hat are still showing they have sizes for on the website. Which also happened to be at a time when it was a free shipping deal, and not having those items in stock made me pay for shipping, overall I'm done trying to order online from here ever again!

I'm at Tanger Factory outlet in Georgia. Most every store here do military discounts but Rue21. This is a message from a veterans to all veterans and others that support veterans. This is memorial day weekend and for them to be one of the only stores here that don't support us and glad to tell me that. Hmm. So at this point they will never get my money or support and for everyone who reads this spread the word. If they can't support us then don't support them... Thanks!

I purchased 2 items online from the store in tyler, TX. Checked for availablity that stated both items were available at that store but when I arrived to pick up purchase the next day my items were not available. They refunded my money without even giving the courtesy to let me know my items were not at the there I found one item and they did not charge me the same price I paid online they charged me more... this was very frustrating and more of an inconvenience will not be shopping with you again poor customer service.

Tried to exchange item for different size of course they didnt have size i needed, so had to find out what daughter wants me to do, she says just return and get money back. Well there is the problem cause she lives out of town it was past 30 days so they will only do store credit and that is worthless when she lives 200 miles away. I guess i just threw away my money, contacted customer service and they wouldnt even respond. Shows how much they value my business

I've order multiple times from rue21 and recently I've had issues with the last 3 orders. Items I've purchased all of a sudden become out of stock yet you can still order the said item. This is the last time I will be ordering from rue21. Customer service is a joke and no help. Don't waste your time shopping with tthem you can go else where for better selection and better customer service.

If they screw up your order, they provide ZERO customer service. DO NOT TRUST Rue21 to send what you ordered! They scammed me out of my money, and never shipped product I ordered. Instead, they sent a pack of HUGE 40DD bras (super ugly plaid ones)
The customer service phone number on my $292.72 receipt offering customer service has a recording stating that they NO LONGER PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICER by phone! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT THAT FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID FOR!

I really like rue21 until I went shopping there on Tuesday. I was shopping for joggers and one of the employees told me that they were buy 1 get one $5. It was a really great deal we went to lunch and then we came back to rue21 and I grab the joggers I wanted and went to check out and they employee said the total was 36.52 I said no its $22.46 and she was like no. I was like there was a sign that said buy 1 get one $5 and even an employee told me that as well. The employee was being very snotty and she said " let me go get you a manager" the manger came and didn't make eye contact with me and just said
Oh, we do that a lot. And that's all so they both got mad because they already rang the stuff up and I didn't want the items.
