I ordered a bomber jacket online to be shipped to the store. It has been almost 2 weeks since my order. Iv'e never heard of experienced a "ship to store"order that take that long form any store. This was my first and last order from Forever 21.
I couldn't take going into the store anymore, because store is always so messy, it looks like a 12 year old's bedroom after a sleep over. I agree with every bad review that has been posted on this site.
In the past I had great experiences with Rue21 shopping online. My last three experiences were awful. After receiving someone else's order and then not receiving all of my order I decided to try ship to store. Even that was a disaster the store lost my order. I came here to see if things had improved before I began black friday shopping. I see they are on a steady decline.
Ordered 6/6/24 and website states it was delivered 7/9/24 at 2AM in the morning. I waited over a month for this ordered and never got it delivered to my place when it says it did.
Don't order online from Rue 21. I ordered items over a week ago. No responses to my emails, no tracking email and my order still says Processing! They are supposed to process within 3 to 4 days AND I can't even get anyone with customer service on the phone! BULL$#*!!
They deliver their merchandise but the sizing is very inconsistent and the quality is very bad. I wash all my clothes before wearing them and a lot of the seams unraveled or started pilling/stretched out. I guess you get what you paid for.
I want to know why my order NUMBER W******* got cancelled. One of the excuses for the delay has been that "they are moving to another warehouse". Order was placed 2 months ago. I've been having many issues with this online store related to this last order. I keep sending text messages and no one has contact me yet. Also a missing item from the order prior this one. I want my money reimbursed to my account ASAP. Very disappointed!.
Really wish I would have read about online ordering b4 I placed an order. This is unreal. They make a huge mistake by sending me somelses order and now want me to do all the work to return it to them. On top of that they won't refund my money until they get the order back. How is this ok. No wonder they keep going out of business on the malls.
I have ordered from Rue 21 now twice. The first order was the original order and all items except for one were great. There was one item that was incorrectly sent and when I tried calling the customer service number on the website, I was told there was nothing they could do other than give me a refund in store and have me reorder online for the correct item. I agreed, received my refund(without shipping) and reordered online. Again, the item was wrong. I have emailed the company asking them to check the bin the item is being pulled from to make sure they stocked their bin with the correct item to begin with as I know others who are having the same problem with the same shirt. I don't intent on ever ordering from a company who can't do an exchange for the correct item for an online order due to their error.
I placed an order on Black Friday for a coat at such a great deal only to have them email me DAYS after the order was placed that they were sold out. I didn't make a fuss and figured there will be other deals. Well I checked this morning and the coat appeared to be back in stock so I add it to my cart, checkout, and once again I got a notification after the fact that it's out of stock. So on one hand, at least they notified me same-day this time. However, they clearly need to fix something between their warehouse and website management department. I shouldn't have been able to make the purchase if it was out of stock. It's a disappointment and a waste of time.
I placed on order for the first time on 10/10 because I'd gone to the store before but never used their website. It was a free shipping day so I thought, why not? That was a mistake because it took a solid week for the order to stop "processing" (even though it took my money right away, go figure) and I contacted them to find out what was wrong with the order and decided I would just like to cancel it because I didn't need the stuff that bad! So instead of canceling now all of a sudden (about 5 hours after I sent the message to CS) the items have been shipped. So it tells me I'll have to wait another 7-10 days and I'm like, what? But it came in four so I guess that's good. But before the package came the price of the items were taken off my bank statement, then put back on it, and just know I'll never do this again.
Ordered online from rue 21 because my sister loves the place, order for almost $70.00 USD and they cancelled the order without informing me. Contacted them via e-mail as i lost money converting CAD to USD for this order. They said they could do nothing and then offered me a 15% off coupon, thought that might salvage the situation really does not. So i decided to place an order now using the coupon. Fake coupon it says already added to your cart when it has not. Worst customer service ever and they don't even care even after informing them the coupon does not work. My suggestion don't order from them, they don't care and they lie!
Rue 21 allowed the sale of tshirt designs to be sold with their company by people who stole them from someone else. They have been sex trafficking and stalking and attacking the person that they stole these designs from ever since. After selling the company says they dont have any information to show they were sold with the company. Yet this woman is still being stalked and is unable to prove it while the people who sold the designs to the company get away with continued stalking, hacking, and sex trafficking. I wouldnt shop there!
The manager at the store location in Auburn, Wa ( The Outlet Collection) watched my daughter shop the whole time in the store, not once did he or the sale associates offer to help find what she was looking for like they did others in the store. He made a shopping experience out to be the worst day. My daughter felt targeted because of the color of her skin, and felt like she didn't belong in the store. When she moved to a different part of the store he did too. They need better customer service/cultural awareness training. Will never shop at that store again. That manager definitely doesn't belong in retail.
I placed an order from Rue21 online Monday, September 19,2016 and have yet to receive a tracking number saying that my order has been shipped and every time I go online to check the status of my order, it just says "Processing". I've been in contact with customer service multiple times. They've offered me a 10% discount on my next shopping experience, but couldn't do anything about my order. They told me that they're moving their distribution center to a different location and to be patient. One of the customer representatives even said that they would take $10 off my order because of the delay but I have yet to receive an email saying that they've done so! They should've notified customers in some sort of fashion about delays in orders due to them moving their distribution center BEFOREHAND, because I would've taken my money elsewhere!
Did I mention that it's now Tuesday, October 4th 2016 and my order is still processing? :)
I went to rue 21 in Blue Ridge Mall. Workers were very nice. I was served by Jesse, he was very helpful. Rue 21 has a lot of sales and trendy clothes, and program called Rue Bucks. I would recommend this store to people who are looking for trendy clothes or presents for this holiday. -Thanks
I ordered a shirt from rue 21 following their size guide. It was way too big. I emailed rue 21 to ask if they could send me a shipping label. They sent it through email. I have to find a fed ex to take my emailed label and have it printed out. Not worth the hassle. I will never order from from them again.
I usually shop in the stores but decided to give it a chance ordering online. Never, ever again! I wish I would've read these reviews first. I ordered on the 18th and it says that my order is still processing. It's now past the 3-4 day processing window. Now I have $63 in my account that i can't touch, with absolutely nothing to show for it. I wish I could just get my money back but that'll take even longer. I'm so disappointed and I FEEL HOODWINKED!
I went in there for the first time and the service was really nice, but the clothes barley lasted week. The patch in my jeans ripped, and the 2 pajama pants i bought both ripped in the legs.
I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 18th, 2020 that I have yet to receive. I called the customer service several times for a refund and they refused. My order apparently lost with USPS but they keep pushing back and telling me I have to deal with USPS. I ordered my items with Rue 21. Once they have your money you are on your own. I have submitted emails to this company with no response. I have never had this kind of service from a well known company who was not interested in accommodating me in any way. I will never do business with this business again.
After leaving rue 21 after doing a little shopping christmas eve i realized i could not find my change from my previous purchase. I went back asking if there was anything they could do and the assistant manager by the name of Nick Belmontes was so helpful! He ended up getting me my missing money so i could finish christmas shopping. I am so thankful for him!
Answer: Be careful. I ordered from them and never received. My items. Their response. So what. They never even looked into it. If they haven't charged you, call your bank and hold the money. They are horrible. Good luck.
Answer: Well I'm assuming it would take 1 business day. It'll prob take longer and they'll lie to you that it's on it's way when on the carrier website you can see it's not. Customer service is really bad in general but don't expect your stuff to arrive quickly even if u do 1 day shipping, it can arrive like weeks later
