Even though it took a while to receive my order everything was great! Fit very well and look like when I ordered which is not the case sometimes when shopping online. I will definitely be ordering more from this site in the future. Especially to start my new summer wardrobe!
I bought my daughter a coat in her usual size and it was way too small. I'm trying to return for a refund and I've gotten nothing but hassle and ridiculous requests--such as pictures and measurements!
I've already spent a lot of time completing their ridiculous form, twice. And have had no results. The pic, which I already tried once to send, and the measurements, using a ruler and a tape measure, are the most recent request from them. What kind of nonsense is this?
I don't recommend purchasing anything from Rose Gal unless you are willing to just absorb the cost if it doesn't fit.

So bad on me for not checking the reviews before I place 2 orders but I was taken by the great pictures and prices! Ordered in November and it just arrived, one thing arrived a few weeks back. I order a cute black jacket but it turns out it's a mix of black and navy blue (what ever fabric was available). The other was an army green canvas with some brown additions (that turned out to be more orange than brown) Oh and the sizing is way off. My size medium is way too tight and I can usually wear small. But not sure it's worth the time and energy to try to return, if they even allow returns. Hopefully they'll make someone happy when I donate them to a shelter.

Cheap, that is the only thing true, all else is a lie.
Product was shipped from somewhere in China factory.
It took so long and when it arrived, color is completely wrong, sawing and fabric was so cheap. Must have cost them less than $1 per cloth, charging total of $19 ($12 for cloth, $7 for shipping.)
When I contact customer service, they send reply but when I reply next day to send back what they requested, such as document, photos, numbers etc., they deleted the complain case and would not allow to let me file, sent nor file new.
Do not buy anything from them, just the photo on web, nothing like that.

Not impressed at all. You definitely get what you paid for... super cheap and poor quality clothes. All the items I purchased look nothing like the pictures on the website. Looks like they use pictures from random sites and try to remake the clothes. I'm pretty positive a 5 year old can make the clothes better. Shipping takes longer than 5-10 business days. After waiting awhile for my items, I called and emailed the store plenty of times and got no response. This site doesn't even deserve 1 star. Don't waste your time

Don't ever buy anything from rosegal! They are scam! It took them more than 3 weeks to deliver only half of my order! The material is unbelievably CHEAP! They mixed up my order, delivered me some very cheap looking dress that I had not ordered!

I discovered RoseGal through a friend and have placed several orders. I've had nothing but positive experiences. It is from China so be sure to check the size guides that are included with each clothing item as a lot of the sizes are different from American or UK sizes and the sizes can vary by piece. The shipping takes a bit longer but if you know that in advance it's not a big deal. Any minor issues I had were quickly resolved by helpful customer service agents. The quality I've seen in the products I've ordered has been wonderful. I cannot recommend this site enough.
Once your order is placed they dont keep you updated even if you paid extra for a tracking number (which should be free). I paid for expedited shipping 5-7 days and the only thing that was done quickly is them taking my money. My items have yet to arrive but from the looks of other reviews it can take months. Not to mention their contact number is a magic jack line.

Such a scam! I ordered products in December and as of Feb. 17 have still not received. Rosegal customer service claims the responsibility is on the shipping company, so they'll only refund HALF my money or they'll let me use that HALF towards another purchase. Are you kidding me? Why would I take another chance and lose more money? Ordered a cute lace dress... it's blouse length, cannot be comfortable worn without leggings dies not resemble the shown pictures other than color. I ordered from them not long ago. Took for ever to ship with back ordered. It took a while for my them to reimburse for un-shipped items. The clothes received are nothing like picture shown. It is made with cheaper fabrics and/or manufactured defects (holes, ripped, uneven sleeves). Out of 8 pieces received, maybe one is wearable. Did I mentioned the fit is way off? I normally wear size M (115 lbs), the clothes received fits my tiny 12 years old...
This company is a scam and unethical. All negatives reviews are deleted on Facebook. I think they even block me from their FB page as I can't re-write my review!

Well what can I say about Rosegal? At first I was very hesitant on shopping with them, after all, I think everyone is weary about spending money through a website that they may not know. But after receiving a few items that I bought, I absolutely love them! Even tonight I did spend hours looking through the huge variety of woman's clothes they have to offer. And what's great about it, is that they sell themed clothing too! So when Christmas comes around Rosegal has got you sorted. Not to mention they also sell plus size clothing for us bigger girls, so we don't miss out! I for sure give Rosegal a big thumbs up for the service and quality of there products and will continue to be a happy customer of theirs.
I initially liked this business. However, their sizing chart was so off that none of their clothing fit correctly. I had to get PayPal to resolve the issue after wasting my time. Garments are thin and cheaply made. I will not purchase from them again.

I am highly suspect of any positive rating for "RoseGal". Anyone - including Rosegal can come and create false reviews. But look at the largest number of reviews are 1 star meaning stay away.
My experience with Rosegal is that it is a complete 100% scam.
After I posted here they said they would refund my $ and still send the item. Of course there has been nothing either way. There support site claims the order number does not exist.
