Well when I first joined they were good.Sure offer the deals and suck people in.Then downhill fast.Now the coupons are horrible they want you to spend more to save a tiny amount.Promo deals you think are a deal are really not.You can search the site or app and find the same item lower priced than the deal.Most orders arrive in bags and mutilated products.Looks like a thrift shop rampage of bin items.Even when they actually ship a box if arrives crushed up or holes in it.As far as refunds OMG its like talking to a wall for customer service robots.Even the humans are as bad as bots.Then they have this queue to speak and you wat a hour or more to conect to someone who doesnt help neither.They have a habit of saying a ticket as made a supervisor will get back to you.Hmmm in days if your lucky and they act like a bot.You get the same copy paste over and over.If you fight them enough you get a refund no return.Sadly they ask you to return items that are not even sanitary to return.They resell used items to other customers.So if you buy clothing it is possible someone else wore it.Even a hat or undergarments(gross people have lice or diseases)Temu cares nothing about anything but making money.I have gotten products shipped to me with dead bugs in them.Hard to think I had to fight weeks to get a refund for that and they love to offer creit as refund.Why? So you have to buy more of their damaged items and go through it all again with support.Aside from all the bad issues they do on occasion send me ok items not damaged but it is rare to get.Their warehouses are full of damaged items and they pack them damaged and blame postal.It is not postals fault.I promise if you could walk into a warehouse you will see a mess of damages being packed.No idea how this temu has not been shut down already.They must be paying someone to keep selling.Once the lawsuits hit them they will close or smarten up.I have been shopping online for years and this is about the worst I have seen.If I could rate them minus ******* I would.

Tip for consumers:
Shop other sites.It might be a penny more but at least other sites and apps do not have horrible customer service agents or refund policies.

This survey site lets you join and then within a few days they suspend your account.Seems to me they are hoping people sign up and give info they can use to hack them.I dont know how this site is even online still.There are numerous reports claiming the same thing on other sites about them.I will continue to report them every day to sites.Bunch of crooks and hackers is what surveyhoney is.

It is helpful not to give this site any of your information .Do not trust the people who run this as they are frauds,hackers,and scammers.

This site was ok at first but now they want a ridiculous shipping fee.They bombard you with emails of sales and offers.They are all gimmicks to get you to buy more.The quality of clothing material is horrible.Sizes all run small.I will not order form them again.

First of all they lost my whole order. Then they fought with me for months before finally re-packing and shipping it. They wanted at least a 25USD order now they ask you to spend 30USD or you cant order. The same items are on many sites without the limited order price. I will never go to this site again and never recommend it to anyone.

Shipping was fast.The cat towers I ordered where ok but not the best made. Very cheap materials and I constantly have to tighten them up.My cats rarely go n them so no idea why they always get loose. I am glad they were on sale. Hey are not worth the price paid though. I dont think I will order there again anytime soon.

Worst site I ever dealt with. You never get the deals. They wont help. All support does is give you the run around. They have an excuse for everything. Anyone claiming they got deal is full of it. Even a live support person told me the deal was working yet you add to cart and it shows up quadrouple price of what they show as on sale. Totally a RIP OFF site. Stay away!

They try to get you to buy shoes offering great deals. Then they charge shipping so it ends up not even being a deal. They offered me free $10.00 in my account. I login then there is NO $10.00 to use towards my order. I do not trust this site!

I purchase from them but only the buy now items.So far I have gotten great service, fast shipments ( depending on where its coming from). I dont think the deals are good bidding. I would rather buy as a set price.

Nice site. I received my cashback very quickly. Although it was not cash just a gift card lol. They do not give alot back but it depends on where you order or how much the cashback offer is. I continue to use it. Anything back on a purchase is better than nothing.

Nice selection of foods, clean stores when you visit. Prices are a little higher than most. Sales are not bad but others do better. Meats are great, bakery needs big improvements. Employees are fairly nice but with all stores you get some rude ones. Dealing with many customers I can see why frustration is a deal lol.

I ordered quite a bit of items. Took well over a month to get and they then blocked me from using my card asking to email them an ID and other items if I wish to order and use the same card again. HELLOO... Thats very rude and what the heck do they need my ID with personal info for? To scam or hack me? I think NOT. Just order with another card but DO NOT send them ID info.It is cheap China items you can buy on other sites without sending info. They have rude customer service as well.
