I am very pleased with all of the items I received! All of the clothes were in nice condition and fit well.

Placed my order at the beginning of December 2017. As of date 23. 1. 18 I have still not received my item. And all they want is the order number which I do not have a copy of. Have given them name, address etc so they can cross reference... Obviously beyond their capabilities... Run away
I bought last year at Rosegal for the first time, and I loved it. The shipping was really fast!

I have in this time found their dresses and other products to be good quality, really lovely to look at and wear and their cost to be very affordable. Also their customer service department is more than happy to answer questions you may have within a very short time period, so all in all Ive had a great shopping experience with this company!

I wouldn't order from Rosegal. I order a tapestry and was suppose to be here on the 18 of January 2018. My tracking said it was delivered but I have not seen the package anyway. I contacted them to ask but with no response. I waited 3 days so I didn't jump the gun but it seem like this company is as bad as the review that I read about them

Ordered December 4th 2017 and still waiting. Tracking says it has reached the destination and they cannot tell me where to follow up what that means. Just keep sending me the same canned email. Never will I order from them again.

I ordered two products from Rosegal, and they were really profesional. I always buy things from the plus size section, and you can't always expect that everything fits in your body, so I always check the size measures. For my great surprise, everything fitted me really good when it arrived! No delays, no bad quality!
It is a very nice experience from Rosegal , great shipping time , amazing prices and great service, a high quality of products .
I ordered some accessories and a shirt for my parents as a Christmas gift. They loved the items and my mom wore the accessories I got her the very next day at work! It's nice to see my parents' responses.
I'm not sure how well the shirt fit my dad. His initial response was "2xL?!" which I thought was funny. He's not particularly big, he's just tall with a bit of a belly, so I have mixed feelings on how the sizes are categorized for the clothes in general.
Ultimately though, the styles are very nice, and not something I see often in stores I usually go to or seen. I haven't bought it yet, but I am in love with the dandelion seed necklaces and I'm dead set on getting the whole collection.
Overall, pretty happy and satisfied with my Rosegal experience so far~
After two months I still had not received my order despite many messages asking for information about its delivery. They offered me 2 options, refund or resend item. I opted for resend hoping this was an isolated incident. The next message I received was that my query had been closed as I had not responded within 7 days even though I replied with my selected option on the day the offer was made. Thankfully I paid through PAYPAL so I may have some redress through them.

These are the poorest quality of clothes I have ever had the misfortune of buying. Shabby quality fabric and very poorly sewn! And try to get a hold of customer service, impossible!
