I was very happy with the shipping. I had some concerns that there might be some issue with Canadian Customs as I have had trouble with overseas orders before. The package was packed small & tight and was not dinged at customs with extra fees. The clothing was, in general, thinner in fabric weight. Not a bad thing as it opens up options for summer wear. Just something to keep ion mind when buying for winter. I am looking forward to more shopping in the future :)

I like rosegal website because of its variety of products. Everyday i find lots of particular and beautiful items. The quality changes from product to product but in general is quite good. Products are sent from china so the shipping is quite long, but sometimes i received my parcel into 8 days, other times in a month. In other cases i received my parcel some weeks later, but i always received everithig. So im happy.

The thermometer turned out to be of good quality. The product was in the original packaging and included batteries. I was very pleased with the goods and work of the store.

Normal store with good prices. I made several orders from them. There are no problems with the problems. One minus is a long delivery. 4-5 weeks. Goods match the description. Promotional prices are very attractive.

First off i just want to say everything I have ordered from RoseGal has been gothic or halloween style items.
I have placed 3 orders with RoseGal and every item came exactly as advertised.
I have to admit i was expecting cheap material especially from the items being of an alternative nature but the items have all been well made, withstood the washing machine and honestly from some of the £60 items i've got from official alternative shops for a 10th of the price you are better off shopping at RoseGal if you're part of this type of community.
The items arrive separately but within the time frame i expected.
Any time I've messaged the team they have always replied within 24 hours.
Not much more I can say really, I have a huge cart on the site and plan on buying everything eventually.
3 Orders, all 3 came through perfectly, I will be buying from them again.

Item took so long to receive and once I got the dress it was not at all what I pictured from the site. It was so short and the sweater that came with it was so thin. The dress and sweater were stuffed into a small package and both being so thin it fit in a small package. Also you never get a packing slip with items. I won't order again.

Ordered Hooded Longline Lace Up Coat. It's warm. Perfect for winter. Ordered M size, but looks good on me even tho i wear mostly XS/S sizes. Height is 155cm and this coat looks like a winter dress, reaches my ankles. Great quality item. Not expensive. Very fast shipping. Amazing customer service.

I will admit, I was a little nervous about buying clothes online, without being able to try them on first, but now that I have bought several things through Rosegal, I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. The pictures they have of their clothing is very true to the actual items themselves, and the quality of the materials is there as well. The clothing styles are unique, without being over the top, so I can stand out just enough for my liking. I get compliments on all of the things I have purchased, so I make a point of telling people where I got it. I have even started buying gift items for upcoming birthdays for friends. I am happy I have discovered Rosegal, even if my credit card may not be.

Moreover often the products have discounted prices so they are even cheaper. I bought clothes, makeup, shoes, hats, beachwear and a lot of bags and I loved all them. The packages were always packed very well and the products have always arrived intact. It's very easy to choose the size of the clothes according to the size guide even for me that I'm Italian, I never wrong the size of my clothes or the number of my shoes.
The customer service is impeccable: they are efficient in responding to all requests, they are always available to hep you to solve every problem you have. The payment is easy and safe, you can choose your payment method and immediately they send to you an email with the order number and all the details of your order.
I'll buy many other times on this site, I really recommended this shopping experience.
I initially liked this business. However, their sizing chart was so off that none of their clothing fit correctly. I had to get PayPal to resolve the issue after wasting my time. Garments are thin and cheaply made. I will not purchase from them again.
