I ordered a dress from rosegal in mid-November. In mid-December I was informed that it had been shipped, but the shipping website showed it in transit and never changed. In late December I was told my item would likely be delayed by holiday shipping overloads, but that it would be with me by January. In mid-January, having still not received the item, I checked the shipping site to see it was now marked as delivered. I reached out to rosegal customer service and after some run around was told that rosegal completed its obligation to me, and if the shipping company lost it, I was out of luck. While this is technically true, I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of support from this company. So long as they choose to ship items through unreliable shipping companies, don't bother wasting your time or money. That's $25 spent for a lot of emails and nothing more.

I placed my order November 18, couple days later I received my shipping info. Apparently was shipped November 20 2017. January came and still no package. Continues to tell me "In Transit". Now my shipping number is saying it was shipped December 30 2017. And guess what... Still "in transit". I contacted Rosegal and they told me to be patient or check with Canada Post. So frustrated.

My order was not delivered for almost a month when I mailed them complaining they didn't take time to respond and they fully refunded me the money and informed that if the order gets delivered I can keep it for free. I was upset with them but I am happy with their way of resolving issues with their clients.
