I am over the moon. I purchased a few items. One was a size issue. They sorted me out in no time. The other I had was a mistake on the warehouse end where the wrong colour was put on the pack so the wrong colour wig arrived. I messaged them about it and the issue was handled very professionally I might add. I will be using Rosegal in the future. I already have a few items waiting on my wish list. They do not make the clothes - they are a distributor for cheap clothing from China (which is why it took so long to ship). Paid around 25 CAD for a hoodie. Quality is horrible - the different colours on the hoodie are made from different materials, all equally rough. Fuzz balls were also present on a NEW piece of clothing. Stitching was equally as bad - first time I wore it I heard some of them rip. Also, I ordered a medium hoodie while I usually wear small - this hoodie fitted like an extra small.

I ordered Christmas PJs with expedited shipping. The next day I received an email with a tracking number that said my items had shipped. When my items never showed I tracked the package. When it failed to show up I called the shipping company and discovered the tracking number was fake. I called my credit card to report it. A week later the package were at the door, but I was out of town. I refused the items due to failed promised processing and shipping time. Well after emailing them they have refused to reimburse me.
Check them out on the Better Business Bureau. They are a HORRIBLE company that pays to get good reviews. BEWARE!

I placed 2 orders with Rosegal. The first one was never received. I ordered it Dec 14 and it is now Jan 28, well past their 5-15 day shipping period. I contacted rosegal support about once a week since the deadline passed and their response is always "wait additional days". Against my better judgement I placed a second order on Jan 4. That one did arrive, but nothing fit. The clothing was laughably small, and I ordered a size larger than I normally do. Contacting them now about returning the too small clothing, but their website says that they expect me to pay the return shipping, which will likely be more expensive than the price of the clothing.
