The absolute worst quality product ever! And it is impossible to contact anyone to resolve it! Everything redirects you to a "pre-sale" agent. But they can't help you. You have to talk to an "after sale" person. But i don't believe they exist. Phone number doesn't work. Messenger doesn't work... they are scammers! Trust me! Do NOT buy from them. It would be a huge mistake!
That's my first experience with Rose Gal and so far I have nothing to complain about. I've bought a flashlight, a garden lamp and couple of organizers for my toolware. All the purchases were for a very very good price due to the sale's season or something. I got my goods in 30 days or so and everything is okay, as it supposed to be. But I would like to mention Rose Gal's support team specifically - they provide a proper support for a buyer, answering you in an adeaqute amount of time and being very specific about the problem you having if any at all, without vague answers just for the sake of it.
So all and all it's been rather pleasant experience and I can defenitely recommend this shop.

I can recommend this store. I have placed 5 orders with RoseGal (there were several items in each parcel). Some items arrive separately but at the right time. The products are of good quality. I really like the "Home & Garden" section. I also bought a vintage cardigan there, it is amazing, very warm, made of good material. Customer service responds very quickly to questions. I recently bought some clothing items for my wife for Christmas from Rosegal and 4 of the 5 items were great and fit her perfectly. One dress, however, only came in one size and it was too small for her. I contacted Rosegal about a return/exchange. I loved this site up until Feb! They never inform client if the item has been discontinued, they just keep the money until you write to them! My refund was supposed to be done a month ago but look... NOTHING! LIES! They are going downhere and i see why they get such bad reviews!
