I ordered my product from Rosegal on 12/09/2017 with expedited shipping. But, didn't receive it until 01/29/2018 after, I contacted my bank and filed a claim.
This is just FYI! I want to give you some steps if, you have any issues with receiving a product from Rosegal in the future:
1) Contact your Bank and file a claim.
2) Have your order confirmation e-mail.
3) They should give you a temporary credit until they hear back from Rosegal.
4) Finally, if the merchandise is ever received, write on the unopened package.
5) Return it to the post office, and you will not be charged for returning the package
To sender, as long as it hasn't been opened. ***Remember, you must right

6) Now, you have your money back with the credit the bank issued. But,
Unfortunately, you don't have the merchandise. Which, you shouldn't want it now,

I've shopped on here a few times and has never been disappointed with any products I've gotten. The clothes are super cheap but if you shop around you can find some real gems n there. Shipping can take some time and sometimes orders are shipped separately but customer service has always answered quickly and resolved any issues I had and helped me track my parcels. Like anything for the prices, some things aren't going to hold up for very long but love that you find trending clothes to give a go for really cheap. Sizes are true to size as well which is always a plus! Would shop here again :)

I ordered over a month ago last update on shipping says it arrived from Netherlands says it arrived in Canada over two weeks ago no product the bots who answer customer service don't even look at your order told me last time I will have to wait three months to get one single jacket. The wigs I've gotten are very well made. They're synthetic but look close enough to real hair that people don't realize it's not my own hair. I also got a well-made wig cap with one of them, which was a pleasant surprise as I was just expecting the package to contain the wig. They're easy to style and easy to put on. I bought a watch from rosegal for £4.70. I wasnt expecting much of course due to the considerably cheap price but I must say I was impressed. The packaging that it came in made sure that the product wouldnt have any problems (like scratches) whilst being shipped and delivered. I have received many compliments about this watch. To this day it is still in perfect condition aside from a bit of rusting but that is understandable and only noticeable if you look very closely.
I am definitely sure to buy from here again!
