I love buying clothes for Rosegal. I will admit in the very beginning i had my doubts about the a company that did their advertising on facebook, but they have did more than prove me wrong. My latest order was placed in January of this year. Their payment process is pretty straight forward as well I just use my debit card, but you can use credit card or pay pal to name a few. In total I have placed 7 orders and do not plan on slowing down any time soon. They offer free shipping and they ship pretty quick and I love getting my packages from there. I will tell you that you do need to pay attention to the description and the sizing. From what I can see Rosegal tries very hard to describe the items and they allow us to review the items and I try to do that as much as I can I think it makes it easier for other customer to order. On my order in January I had a size issue and I contacted customer service they responded within 24 hours with options for me. I cant be more pleased with Rosegal. I will be order with them very soon and I think that if anyone has any questions or doubts I would be happy to tell them of my experiences.

I have ordered several pieces of clothing through Rosegal and I have always been pleased with the quality of the material and the stitching of each item. Much of what I have purchased has been hand wash only, but for those things I have ordered that have been machine washable, they have held up without frayed threads and discoloration. The last item I ordered were wigs. I ordered two of them and wore one of them to church. No one knew I was wearing a wig. It so closely resembled my natural hair color it looked like I had worn a new hair style. The wigs came in record time--literally the fastest order I have ever received.

This new wig I bought on Rosegal.com is amazing. I had never ordered a long hair one, but now I am glad I did it. The wig is really soft and it has a wonderful quality/price. It is super realistic, which is why I will wear it for my photo shoots. I highly recommend this item. I am pleasantly surprised with it.

I saw an add for RoseGal on face book 4 years ago. Although I am skeptical about shopping for clothing online, I decided to give their site a try. I have never been disappointed. In my opinion, they keep up with the fashion industry with their many cute styled clothing. I always order a size bigger than I am, being that it is not made in the USA. Usually works out perfectly. I always check the material and sizing while ordering so I know whether it will be comfortable and agreeable. Occasionally the color may be a tad off from the original picture but close enough to not complain. Keeping in mind that they are quite affordable and materials are what they list. I have always found them to be honest and reliable. If I need an exchange or refund, I get one, immediately. If my item ships, it ships at the correct speed indicated at check out. And if they no longer have an item I ordered, they accommodate me in whatever choice of resolving the matter I choose. I have always found them professional and Courteous. And I like how they allow customers to post pictures of items they have purchased so I can get a feel on how the item may or may not fit or look on myself. And I love the coupons and points. So, if you like cute clothes, but can't afford cute prices, Rosegal is your place. A+

Payed extra for quicker shipping and it did not arrive for 4-5 weeks. When I opened the box to build the gift I could immediately tell that it was dreadful quality, it broke as I was setting it up despite the fact I was careful. Quite embarrassing really since it was suppose to be a Christmas present. I have spoken to many people about this site and many have had similarly poor experiences with rosegel, surprised to see that there are so many positive reviews. Would not recommended this website to anyone!

I got PU Leather Ladies Fashion Woven Shoulder Messenger Bag. I was convinced of the practicality, elegance and economic functionality of the bag both when going to work and when visiting a relative's anniversary. Camera, smartphone and 2 children's juice fit into two section of the bag. Each section is closed by the zip.

I've ordered from Rosegal a dress, two small bags and a brooch and it was pretty difficult to decide what to buy, because they have so many items. I was careful with the size of the dress and followed the measurements from the site and the size was perfect for me. The bags are super cute and they were so cheap! But the brooch was absolutely gorgeous and so big and looked so, so expensive, by far my favourite item from the order. All the products came in perfect condition. I will order again from Rosegal, because of the small prices and the diversity of the items.

I ordered a variety of things, one being a carpet which was supposed to be 16 x 47 but was 15 x 45 and paper thin. All the clothing I ordered was no where near what the sizing chart said and was terribly made, |I'll be lucky if they last through one wash. A scarf I ordered looks nothing like the picture and wouldn't even be useful for a rag. SOOOOO disappointed! If you try and use the live chat it says they are too busy to SEVER (should be serve) you, though I haven't had any luck with it at all.

I bought a T-shirt there and wanted to share my opinion. All in all it was not expensive and I did not expect a miracle. However, I'm surprised! The shirt turned out to be very cool. He has been working out in the gym for 2 months. If you're looking for cool sports clothes, I recommend it.
An additional plus for that I made a mistake in the order and the service itself sent to me and asked if I made a mistake. Thus, the parcel arrived without any problems.
