Revolve is always my go to spot to buy clothes for a holiday or event. I can almost always find something. But this time I ordered several items and not one fit. They were too big, the quality felt poor for the price and on one of the dresses I liked, the sticky part inside the dress to hold it up, lost its stick. Revolve is always quick to ship and quick to return so no fault there but was just disappointed in the overall quality of the items k bought this time.

Pretty dress, I ordered for a summer wedding. I did not end up wearing it because it was an outdoor wedding on a very hot day in Texas and the material is heavy. I like the dress anough to keep it for another occasion

They were incredibly fast to resolve an issue with a missing package providing quick service, kindness and impressive turn around time in getting me my order! I had ordered a new tanning lotion and was having it delivered to the Florida address where I was staying.
It was supposed to come within 2 days. When it didn't I called customer service. She was very helpful. It turned out I hadn't completed the order so it was never ordered in the first place. So I wasn't sure I wanted to order it, because my trip was for only 4 more days. She said she could send it overnight. Of course overnight shipping is expensive, so I politely declined. She said they would overnight it for no cost. OMG! When was the last time that was offered to you? Especially when it was my fault that I screwed up the order to begin with. So it was overnighted at no cost to me and I was able to use the lotion for the rest of my trip. Hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced.

The jacket I received looked cheap. It had hanging threads from the stitching as if it han been sown in a third world factory. No attention to detail or quality control. First and last purchase from revolve.

They have the best biggest selection, and what i appreciate even more is that they have life actual people helping around the clock who seem to truly care. A rarity these days. Also shipping is always so fast and returns are easy, can't say enough… thank you!

I found a dress from another department store site and ask Revolve if they would price match it. I contacted the customer service through their live chat and within 10 minutes, they did price matching and refunded me for the extra which I paid. They told me that the amount will show up on my credit card probably the next day. And I just can't believe this matter literally has been resolved within 10 minutes. For me, it is just an easy and pleasant shopping experience with them. I'm still waiting for my order but I'm already getting excited.

Great. I wish you bring back ordering different sizes to make sure they fit, cause I always have to order multiple sizes of the same item to see what fits me and it gets expensive. But love your clothes

I had used a similar product before which worked equally well, but was 3 times less expensive for twice as many strips (this ended up costing me over $150 CA for 64 strips). It also came in a little plastic case for easy carry, as well as a small instrument to easily peel the strips from the backing and more easily apply. I don't know how I would have used these had it been my first experience. I ended up using the applicator from my other set. Unfortunately I can no longer find the website where I made my first purchase. I'll continue to look for a more affordable alternative.
