Revolve's shipping and return policy is by far more expedient than Saks or Neiman Marcus where a return can take as long as three weeks to post to your account versus Revolve takes about three days. The complaints about the quality of the merchandise is in my experience very simple you get what you pay for.
I can't believe anyone would spend $110 dollars on a swimsuit top that is basically one you can buy from Wal-mart. I bought it because it was good, and looked of decent quality in the photo. I bought it on discount, and even at $45 dollars I feel like I got ripped off. The top is made of incredibly thin material, not even as thick as a normal box store swimsuit. I ordered the extra small, was on the larger side of the size chart and it was STILL too big. It's not lined at all, which is preposterous for a $110 swimsuit. I guess it's my fault for assuming, but nobody else should assume they'll get their money's worth. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that it is a cute cut. Literally the only reason. Thoroughly disappointed, will not be shopping here ever again.
Always loved shopping online at Revolve. Love their ability to offer a ton of recommendations based on your search and viewing history. No other retailer really has that robust of a search engine it seems. You can really conduct super specific searches and come up with a wide variety of options. Love that everything is super current and fresh. And of course, the returns process is super easy as well.
I used to purchase a lot from Revolve but my past few experiences I am DONE with them! It took over 2 weeks to get refunded from my returns! They sent out emails that they received my return but yet even after making several calls, speaking with management still took 2 weeks to be refunded! Seems to me Revolve is using their customers to fund their business! Buyers just beware you will no longer get your money back when they receive the return!
Go to website to get cute pieces last minute. No other site gets you clothes shipped faster and accepts returns easier. Wish less items would be on preorder but otherwise great.
I love shopping the occasions section of revolve clothing as they give me such great ideas for outfits based upon what event I am going to. I want everything from the LA getaway weekend! They have free shipping and returns all the time so they making online shopping easy.
Honestly, I do not have anything negative to say about REVOLVE. They are customer friendly, promptly addresses customer needs, offer clear communication, and resolves issues effectively. Not to mention the price match they do. It is a win-win.
I like the vast selection of top, trousers and dresses. The prices vary from economical to high end merchandise that is costly but has quality and style. And the returns are as easy as can be. No hassles, no need to provide lengthy reasons why the return was requested and the process a refund promptly.
I really like the Revolve brand. Easy to use, affordable options, quick delivery and no hassle returns.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY THE RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM. I RETURNED 2 ITEMS THAT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME FOR. THEY STATE "THEY NEVER GOT THE ITEMS BACK" WHEN I EVEN PROVIDED THEM PROOF OF THE UPS TRACKING INFO STATING I RETURNED THE ITEM. AND NOW THEY ARE PUTTING MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD, REFUSING TO PROCESS ANY ORDERS OR PROCESS ANY REFUNDS FROM PREVIOUS ORDERS. Through blogging myself and instagram etc I always see girls post about Revolve clothing. I visited the website maybe 12 times and never purchased from it. Finally I decided to pull the trigger and give it a try on two items Revolve had that I had been wanting. I am beyond impressed with the ease of the shopping experience and customer service I was provided. I have worked in upper management at a luxury retail business for 14 years so let's just say I am not impressed easy. It was seamless and easy to do an exchange, the items came in perfect condition and the selection of items on their website is fantastic. I would promote and push people to buy from them anytime simply from what I experienced. Thank you Revolve and I will be bringing much more of my business to you.

I did not have any difficulty with ordering and/or receiving the shoes. I would have liked one size up, but did not have that option as all the sizes were sold out except for a 6 and 6.5!
The sandals are unique; despite being a bit too small, I decided to keep them!
The process to purchase these limited shoes was not as easy as my other purchases but I understand. As an application programmer, I think it would be nice if the system could automatically check if the buyer has had prior orders and if they are buying a reasonable amount of a shoe. These filters would hopefully weed out some of the bots or resellers. But I did get to speak with a wonderful rep who helped me get the shoes I wanted.
Although the products are quite a lot pricier than other fashion retailers, the quality of the pieces seem to be great. I purchased some necklaces from Revolve. They were discounted which was great and the quality was better than I imagined.
I usually wait for any sales as the price point of their products is usually too high for me.
Shipping took around 4 days (Australia).
However, navigating the website is super easy and I had a smooth sailing experience.
I would like to write a general review about Revolve Clothing. I have used this company/site since 2011. Although yes garments are not always what they appear to be online, this would be an issue with the actual designer not revolve. It is a matter of getting to know the lines you are buying. For the most part the clothes are excellent. As far as the company itself they have excellent shipping and make return a breeze with the shipping label and return envelope provided. I have placed over 50 orders with them. Keep up the great work Revolve!

I was skeptical to order at first because of all of the negative reviews, but after my favorite Mara Hoffman swim suit went on sale 70% off, I decided to give revolve a try. I received a confirmation email immediately after ordering and a guaranteed date of when the suit would come. A tracking number was also provided once the suit shipped and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to. I never ever write reviews, but I think that Revolve deserves 5 stars because I had nothing but a great experience ordering from them! Thank you! :)

I love most everything on this site and they charge you accordingly. I wait for sales to be able to afford these various sexy pants and dresses. Very good customer service and the company was quick to send me replacement size and my refund.
I've ordered g-shock watch as a birthday gift for my nephew, of course the first thing they did is to charge my credit card. After this the shop tried to write off some more money from my card. Transactions were blocked by my bank. After this Revolve wrote me that I need to verify my identity, meaning a I have to send them my ID and a copy of my credit card (!). After spending an hour with their customer service I was assured that the order will go through. It did not. Next morning. I received an email stating that my order was cancelled. After I called them, I was told that my order was rejected by their risk management manager. So two days in discussions with customer service, no money and no purchase. The money were returned within a week, but considering that was usd 500, which were held by the shop, I believe Revolve is a scam for milking our money.
