I purchased a G shock watch from Revolve clothing and received an email not long after saying that they needed to verify that I was the cardholder in order to proceed with my order. This was understandable... I did as they asked which was to report 2 transactions back to them and then they replied to my email saying "We're very sorry, but your order has been identified by our risk management team as a high-risk order for which we will need further verification" and also asking me for a copy of my credit card or drivers license. I sent them a picture of my passport and credit card 2 days ago and still have not received an email saying whether or not they will be sending my order. I'm very disappointed as this has been dragged out for almost over a week now and I've spent 130 dollars but gotten nothing. Zzz
I find so many beautiful pieces for everything-from barefoot on the beach to styling on the job! I've never been disappointed with this site! There is a price range for everyone in every category of clothing.
The only negative: I put a gorgeous lace Alexis romper in "My Favorites" (mainly because i wanted time to think about whether this was exactly what I wanted to wear for an event-and it was expensive enough for me to hesitate to make a quick decision). Today I returned and the Alexis romper is gone!
Question: do you periodically "retire" certain pieces?
The customer service is out of this world. When you live somewhere with very limited shopping options, it is nice to have access to the styles that are trending. Thank you for the return process being so seamless! I love Revolve!
I love shopping at Revolve. They have a lot to choose from, shipping is fast, returns/exchanges are easy, and best of all, their customer service is incredible. I have never had a bad experience with them so far. Revolve is definitely my go-to shop for online shopping.
I contact them immediately cause they had put my order on hold even if the payment went through and then promised the dress would get here for the expected date, and one dress came in but the wedding one didn't so I wrote again and they apologized and gave me a $9 something dollar refund... :/
Been waiting half a month for a two day order. When I called today they said I needed to verify my ID. Thanks for making me wait forever without notice of where my stuff is. I spent 2000 with revolve and received nothing. Go to the mall and buy a dress that way at least you have what you paid for.
Everything turned out amazing especially ordering them the weekend eve of my birthday. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was on-time & the dresses i ordered look even better on than they do online. It's so hard to pick my favorite!
I ordered a few wedding event outfits on Revolve and was quite excited as everything looks so good on the photos. Customer Service was very prompt in replying to my questions and the package arrived very swiftly despite living abroad. However, when I received my package I was really disappointed. I ordered a $300 dress and it looked so sad inside the box all folded up as small as possible. My other dress retailing for $70 was made in really cheap fabric. Both dresses had really bad quality fabric for the price so I do feel quite ripped off. Do not order from here unless you know the brand you are buying because their photos do look much better than actual product.

I chose a sample, that ended up being completely different than any of the options listed. I guess the eye cream i chose was out of stock but instead of any of the other amazing choices originally I got a cheap cheek color set. It felt like a bait and switch between a good product and something inferior. This has happened multiple times to me.

Perfect dress. Bought it for a black tie and received plenty compliments. The halter neck part was slightly too long for me but I understand having to accommodate ladies who might have a larger bust. 9/10 for me

I've ordered from revolve two times and I'll never do it again. I thought the first time I ordered five dresses and all of them were very poor quality. Some of them had threads that were unwinding. The second time I tried my luck again a year later to see if the quality had gotten better but it didn't. I got a dress wear the strap was completely broken off from the dress. Just because influencers are posing in their clothes doesn't mean that's actually the quality you're going to get
We live in a highly populated area and always require a signature due to high package theft. They just dropped the package without signature and naturally it was stolen. Contacted revolve since these things happen, and they wanted me to sign an affidavit and were super accusatory of me stealing it myself LOL. Only refunded me when I said fine I will just dispute it on my credit card. Goodbye forever
I placed an order and I never received any notifications that it never shipped or that it was delayed. I call because I paid extra for next day shipping to be told that it had never left the warehouse. This happened to me multiple times. I would not buy from this site if you are expecting reliable delivery times.

There are better sites to buy the same articles and much more serious!
I also found that the calculation of taxes outside of the united states is inferior to those applied by Revolve!

I have been a customer of Revolve for over 15 years. I wear an XS in most items of clothing which I find difficult to find in stores, plus the selection on Revolve`s site is by far superior. I live in Canada and many of my clothing choices are not available here. In addition I love the fact that I can receive the item the next day, free in most cases, and can return it if necessary, also free. What more could one ask for!
I can't believe that there are so many bad reviews. I have been shopping at Revolve for at least 8 years and I have never had a problem. They have great designers, always coupon codes for discounts, free shipping, free returns and no sales tax. I always receive my order exactly when they say it will arrive. This is one of my absolute go-to sites for clothes shopping. Love them!
