I have always been unlucky with ordering items online. Revolve made it easy to order, the shipment came fast ( Free Shipping a huge plus, Free return label as well!)

I had not really seen this site before and thought their items looked pretty. I found a jacket on sale for 28.00 advertised as previously priced at 174.00. It is non returnable for this price and felt it worth the try. It arrived today and is just ok. I will wear it a few times. It runs big. It definitely would never sell for 174.00. That is the really misleading part. I should know better than to trust these kind of sites after nothing but trouble with Shein clothes. So I will stick to well known companies in the future, as I really hate dealing with sites that are dishonest and manipulative.
I found a dress from another department store site and ask Revolve if they would price match it. I contacted the customer service through their live chat and within 10 minutes, they did price matching and refunded me for the extra which I paid. They told me that the amount will show up on my credit card probably the next day. And I just can't believe this matter literally has been resolved within 10 minutes. For me, it is just an easy and pleasant shopping experience with them. I'm still waiting for my order but I'm already getting excited.
Formerly known as "RevolveClothing." They have a great mix of designer and premium labels. Their sale items are pretty impressive. They ship out orders really quick, which I love. Their policies are fair and clear. The return process is painless too (they provide return labels with each order). I bought a final sale item and they let me return it because there was a small makeup stain on the collar. Thanks Revolve for bending the rules when you should bend them.
Revolve allowed me access to some very exclusive shoes that my 22 year old daughter had her eye on. They were handmade in Italy. My order was received in perfect condition and in an extremely timely manner! Thank you Revolve!
I had used a similar product before which worked equally well, but was 3 times less expensive for twice as many strips (this ended up costing me over $150 CA for 64 strips). It also came in a little plastic case for easy carry, as well as a small instrument to easily peel the strips from the backing and more easily apply. I don't know how I would have used these had it been my first experience. I ended up using the applicator from my other set. Unfortunately I can no longer find the website where I made my first purchase. I'll continue to look for a more affordable alternative.
Revolve's customer service is abysmal and in need of substantial improvement. On September 5th, I submitted a request for a price match and received automated response stating, "We have received your email and will get back to you within 24 hours." Today is September 9th, and my request has not been addressed.
Their website clearly states they will price match products. I found an identical item priced $10 lower on a competitor's site and, instead of immediately honouring the price match (which is so simple and straightforward to verify), I was asked to submit an official request through the "Contact Us" page— I did that, provided both links to their product and the competitor's with a clear $10 price difference. And now, the competitor's promotion has ended, and Revolve not only failed to price match, but they didn't even bother to respond to my request. But in the meantime, they successfully sent me 12 promotional emails about new arrivals, best-selling items, and irrelevant content like "Welcome to NYC." One would expect that Revolve would prioritise honouring what they publicly state - their price match policy and their promise to respond within 24 hours. If you publicly commit to responding to customers within 24 hours, you should stand by that promise. And if you state you will price match - that too should be honoured and streamlined rather than unnecessarily complicated. I haven't even bought my first product from this company and I already don't trust them.
My skirt was sent with stains on it, filed an exchange. And the skirt I was suppose to receive was a bodysuit. Had to call back and do another exchange. They said 1 skirt was left in my size, let's hope I get it
Revolve is the poster child for quick and reliable shipping and returns. It really empowers the consumer to order with ease knowing that they have time to try on and consider options before returning. Thank you!
First they attempted to not stand by the 15% discount, they then had my order delayed for over two weeks while they fart arsed around in admin. They still ended up over charging me not taking into account the changing currency and date of purchase- god help them, can they get anything right?
The aus company appears to be directed through a number of ABN (Aus Business Numbers) which I can only assume is an attempt to skimp the aus government of GST. They also have a very tacky american voice message recorded to tell you the opening hours of the Australian number- this is always on- they are NEVER open.
So. Morally they are corrupt, financially they are fraudulent and customer service wise? I'd have an easier time jabbing myself in the eye with a pen.

I've order many times from revolve the clothes are usually ill fitting too small, too big, uneven pant legs ect. On top of those issues I've found they charge a lot more than other sites. I bought a pair of Nike zoom, every place else they were $80-$100 cheaper. I began watching prices, revolve has significantly higher prices. I suggest shopping around.
I've bought three pieces from revolve… all returned as the quality was an absolute joke for the price! I was actually shocked thinking it can't be right given the price. Dumb me - I decided to give it a go for the last time putting an order as a pre-order only to find out they had cancelled my order and sold it to someone else.
Thinking it's a good thing in the end given that the quality has been poor for every single item. Even the packaging! I felt like I bought something from wish or eBay. I have since then deleted the app and telling friends and everyone do not fall for this website! Trust me you could find better quality at a cheaper price
I have been a customer of Revolve for years. I recently returned an order, and UPS tracking confirmed the return was delivered back to Revolve (and SIGNED for), and somehow Revolve is claiming the package was lost, will not give me my refund and has told me to dispute the order transactions with my credit card company. I'm actually gobsmacked at how horrible of a "resolution" this is, I feel like they've stolen money right out of my wallet. I have completely lost trust in the company and will never purchase anything from them or their sister companies again. If you are someone that makes online returns, be warned.
Website is well organized and easy to navigate, pictures of the products are clear and helpful, and everything looks so cute! Can't wait for my purchases to arrive. Update: all my items came quickly and were well packaged. The skirts are super cute, if not a little thin at the waistband area and the material of some tops is closer to cotton rather than an athletic fabric. The padded tank top and tennis dress were amazing though! All around super great designs for an even better price
We needed a pair of light pink chucks for my 14 year old daughter to wear to a school dance. I thought that I had waited too late to get them, none of the local stores had anything close. Thankfully I came across these online and they were able to ship them to us on time! They came in and she squealed with delight when she saw them. They were even more cute than we expected. They had a faux suede like texture, the logos were all whited out and they were the perfect shade of pink to go with her dress! Thank you for helping this mom get the right shoes just in time for an important event! I will definitely shop here again!

I've recently started using Revolve and plan to continue buying from them. Their clothes are great quality and you can find good prices and good sales. I've reached out for questions a couple of times and representatives have picked up the phone without a long wait. Website categorization, pictures, descriptions and size chart are very clear and helpful. Some pictures include a close up of material which is great to know what you're ordering. Shipping and returns are made very easy. Overall great experiences with Revolve.

Perfect packaging, fast delivery. Unfortunately the items ordered were not what I was looking for. One neutral dress I kept it fits beautifully. The white dresses did not fit to my liking although beautiful.
Revolve has been a good experience for returns especially in online shopping where sizes and fit are imprecise and unpredictable. I appreciate the customer service Revolve provides in this regard.
