I purchased a flannel duvet cover in late september and just put it on the bed today. This is the worst! The quilt will not stay in right, there is all kinds of wrinkles and just won't lay flat. I have been using duvets for thirty years and have never had this problem. Because I will be keeping it folded at the end of the bed I can get it to smooth out, but if you want one to use as a cover do not buy a flannel duvet from this company.

I had not really seen this site before and thought their items looked pretty. I found a jacket on sale for 28.00 advertised as previously priced at 174.00. It is non returnable for this price and felt it worth the try. It arrived today and is just ok. I will wear it a few times. It runs big. It definitely would never sell for 174.00. That is the really misleading part. I should know better than to trust these kind of sites after nothing but trouble with Shein clothes. So I will stick to well known companies in the future, as I really hate dealing with sites that are dishonest and manipulative.

Well... here it is March and I have not received a refund for items they received back 1st week of January. I will be giving all the info to my credit card company today. Save your self a headache. These are poor quality clothes and the worst service ever. I can only assume that by holding refunds for a very long time they are manipulating funds, robbing peter to pay paul.
