I was expecting to wait far longer for my items to arrive, as everything I've ordered from other websites (often those much closer to home) for the past few months have taken much longer. What a pleasant surprise to have everything arrive so quickly, and with no items damaged or faulty (another problem that seems to be occurring a lot lately).
It hasn't had any kind of customer experience. The package came on a small plastic bag. The worst experience. Even not a card, this email take a lot of time. You have to treat better your customers. My package tracking never worked
They absolutely suck on a professional level. I waited two weeks for a dress, To find out that it had been shipped back to the store. I called multiple times before it was due and no one could tell me anything. Then learned the day before I needed it that it would no longer arrive when it needed to. So all they could offer me was a refund or a discount. I've ordered from them a few times, because I online shop religiously and this is the worst experience I've ever had with anyone. I will no longer be giving them my business because they really don't value their customers.
UPS said my order was delivered but it was not in my building. The revolve customer service team were very helpful in resolving my issue after the 24 hour waiting period. I was sent a replacement item and was upgraded to 2 day delivery. Thank you!
Perfection. A very good quality faux leather. Perfect fit. I'm 5'2,125 lbs, I purchased the medium. It fits a tad loose, but in the cooler months when I'm wearing thicker tops it will fit comfortably. I highly recommend this jacket.
Can't beat the convenience of online shopping. Fast and reliable shipping and easy returns. So much easier than going to a mall! Also love the variety, selections and so many different designers - one stop shop!
Ordered some skincare items from Revolve, and they were all great. I will say though, the site is a bit pricey, so I would often compare prices with the original brand site as they often have first customer discounts.
Very easy company to work with. Shopping the site is a bit daunting because there are so many clothes. I am in my 40s, slender and tall, so I'm looking for more basic flattering styles, less trendy (can't wear crop tops or super short shorts,etc.) Thank you

Do not waste time buying from these pricks. I ordered a dress for s big event even paid $50 for next day shipping and they never even sent the dress. They suck buy from Shopbop.com way better never an issue. Revolve sucks

I purchased a swimsuit from Revolve for my destination wedding. I tried it on, realized I needed a new size, and immediately put it in the mail. About three weeks later I received an email stating that the product was damaged, and they were sending it back to me. Why would I wear a swimsuit in early April and return it the next day for a different size? This is horrible customer service, and terrible judgment. Given that this was a very expensive swimsuit, and most things on their site are expensive, I would expect better. I thought about ordering more things from Revolve for our trip, and for my bridesmaids, but this will most definitely not be happening. I will be spreading the word about how terrible this site is. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Find another site with product that is equally as cute, but they know how to treat customers with respect.
I recently explored some offerings and found a selection of high-quality items. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the diverse range of options makes it worth considering. Overall, a positive experience with good-quality products.
Terrible customer service. They promise discounts to attract customers but deceive you in any way possible. I will never use their service again as they had promised to manually apply the discount to my order but did not.
This site is great if you are looking for brand name clothing for cheap. Shipping is quite reasonable as well. Around 5 days or so. If you want 30% off your first purchase, you can call them and let them know it is your first time ordering. It's a great way to save a lot of money on your first order!
Its rare to find a website you have so much positive experience with. Customer service are very friendly and accommodating. Returning has always been easy, getting a refund on orders that go on sale within 30 days is never a hassle, even applying a coupon code to an order because it wouldnt work during checkout has also been handled quickly and politely. Free returns from Australia is amazing and saves me $40 each time. Im super happy with this site and think a lot of stores could learn a thing or two!
I rarely wear dressy pants and I just wanted to thank Revolve for the amazing quality, durable, heavy, literally water proof Arch Jogger Pants that I received in the mail today. They're so adorable, I might actually go outside to show them off! Haha! No complaints, the order came exactly when it was supposed to, I'm completely blown away by the quality of Publish Brand. I will definitely be a returning customer to by these in every other color that you have. I'm a petite guy so it was an extremely difficult size to find anywhere else. But not here! I want to point out revolve is full of many different brands. Its not just one "revolve brand", they offer clothing by pricey designers and sometimes at a lower price. I love everything I've received and placed high dollar orders with no problem but sizing, which is general. No problem returning, or buying, and clothing is good quality. Some materials ate thinner but needed for the style and fit of garmet.
I ordered a pair of jeans that were one size too big. Revolve has an exchange option where you just write down the item number you want instead, ship the original item back, and they ship you the new item. I've never done this before and I got an email saying if I wanted to exchange, I needed to call customer service. Claudia the CS rep was extremely rude. She cut me off mid sentence and looked up my order number and said "ok so whats your problem?" she could have said "how can I help you?" I have never gotten that much attitude from customer service ever. I love the store and they carry amazing brands. If it wasn't for the clothes, I would never shop here because of Claudia.

I found this website now and I feel like that makes sense they have only 2 stars because they are really suck. They lost my order and I've been contacting them a lot but nobody response. I still don't get my order or refund, email(explain) from them or anything and now the product is out of stock. I really don't know what's wrong with them. Also, I returned few items in another time but I still don't have refund too and of course they don't do anything. I really can't believe this company treats customers like this.
