I ordered a pair of jeans that were one size too big. Revolve has an exchange option where you just write down the item number you want instead, ship the original item back, and they ship you the new item. I've never done this before and I got an email saying if I wanted to exchange, I needed to call customer service. Claudia the CS rep was extremely rude. She cut me off mid sentence and looked up my order number and said "ok so whats your problem?" she could have said "how can I help you?" I have never gotten that much attitude from customer service ever. I love the store and they carry amazing brands. If it wasn't for the clothes, I would never shop here because of Claudia.
